JJH came in with an estimate that was lower than three others. Even with the lower estimate, I decided to go with them for our repair. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Sergio, who provided the estimate. I bought my car here in March 2020. They were fantastic to work with . No hidden dealer fees. They had the car ready for me to simply pick up, as I live along way away. The car was clean. The paperwork was ready to go. They offer a warranty and free oil changes for a year. I came back in June for an O2 sensor and they got it taken care of. I will be back again for their service. Wonderful and helpful shop.

What a wonderful experience I had with them. I was looking to buy a car and can across their pay on Facebook. I quickly went over to see the vehicle and it was in immaculate condition considering it was used. They had a great selection of vehicles and outstanding prices. Never buy a car from them. I did and so far it’s cost me $4000 in repairs in the 8 weeks that I’ve had it and it’s been in the shop for 6 of those 8 weeks. They refuse to let me return the car and won’t own up to the repairs. I can’t say anything about their service but the cars they sell are sketchy

I took my 2014 Fiat 500L to Johnny and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he and his team provided. JJH Auto Body is the only body shop in the valley that was willing to put my “Fiona” back together. They promised to have everything finished within 24-48 hours and that’s exactly what they did. The office and service staff were professional and efficient. They even found the cause of my oil leak and cautioned me about it. As a woman, it’s difficult to know who to trust when car service is needed but you can’t go wrong with JJH Auto Body.

We had to get the top of our car painted. We loved the attitudes of the employees, they were really flexible and understanding. Before coming here we got several bids from other companies. They said they would do the exact same work as some of the other companies but for A LOT less! We were very satisfied with their work. We found two spots that has missed a polish, but they were more than willing to fix them right then and there. We would gladly choose to come back!

I dropped my car off Thursday night and was told they needed to order the part to fix my grill so it wouldnt be ready until Monday or Tuesday. I got a call Saturday morning to come pick it up. We took our car to JJH Auto Body to get our passenger door fixed. The door made this horrendous noise that would wake up our baby when we used it and due to our garage situation we had to use that door. I pulled in and Sergio came to take a look. Instead of trying to sell me on something I didnt need Sergio showed me that it was a loose bolt and he simply got a cordless driver and tightened the bolt for me on the spot. The noise was gone! JJH was suggested by a insurance agent, so I followed his suggestion and went there. I must admit, I was somewhat optimistic with a new place. I went in and met with the appraiser named Godwin. He was polite and professional while doing the appraisal. We arranged for the day of the repair and its time frame to be finished. Godwin made the necessary calls to get the job done and was in contact with me keeping me informed. The job was started and completed as they said it would be. I was very satisfied with the work. A fine job I believe and I am picky about my vehicle. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but this business has given me some hope. A big thanks to Godwin for his professionalism and his friendly demeanor. Because of him and the quality of the work, I will definitely go back if needed.

This is the second car we have brought in to JJH for autobody work. As always they did an excellent job for an excellent price. It took a little longer than usual because I had brought it in during peak season but as my car was being worked on, a friend of mine had taken her car to another shop and after getting it back the bumper has fallen off and paint has begun to chip. (All within 2 weeks. On top of that the shop wont warranty the work that was done so she is having to take them to small claims) My car on the other hand, looks brand new and has had no issues. I will always recommend JJH over anyone else. They are personable and do quality work. It may take a little longer depending on what time of year you need the work done, but its still worth it. Godwin and the rest of the JJH Team are top notch people. I also HIGHLY recommend paying the little extra for a detailing job. They make your car look brand new. Its great.

I came in with my truck having a driver side door not able to close, scrapes and dents from clipping a car in a parking lot, and another dent on the fender. When you have a 2016 Corvette Stingray you dont just take your car in to anyone. I found my experience at JJH auto body to be exceptional. They did an excellent job on my car, they were punctual, came in right on budget, and offered to do the job for significantly less than their competitors. Godwin, the head of marketing, was a pleasure to work with and really made me feel like a valued customer, rather than just another person bringing in a car. Quality work at a reasonable price. I have an older F150 and the rain channels on the roof were beginning to rust. JJH took care of the rust and repainted the roof. The color match is perfect and blended well into the pillars. The staff is courteous and professional and kept me informed of the status of my repair. Reluctantly trusted these guys with two small scratches on my black 2015 BMW which they said they could work out for me. Service looked ok at first, though they left my tires and floor mats filthy in white dust. After washing the vehicle and seeing in direct sunlight I was STUNNED to see horrible paint swirling across my entire hood and driver side door. I took it to several other shops to survey the damage and they were in awe at the terrible quality of the work. Additionally, they applied some material to the entire hood which hardened white in every microscopic rock chip that was previously unnoticeable.Godwin was great working with me on the phone and through emails and assured me the owner would make it right. I met with the owner who was quite contentious from the beginning. He made it seem that it was MY fault that I asked to have them work the scratches out, and that I should have known the polish would fill every tiny rock chip and likely swirl all my paint. He then wanted to BET money that nobody could remove the hardened white residue from the chips and if they could not then I would have to PAY HIM for the BET. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and responsibility from a business owner. At one point he admitted it was done wrong, but was not his fault because he wasnt there when it happened. I did get my $90 back but am now stuck with a much more expensive and much more stressful problem, a new BMW full of swirls and white spots. As an insurance agent I have worked with many body shops over the years but I have never found one like JJH. They just simply care more because they are family owned and have a hands on approach to their business. Absolutly WONDERFUL!!Great experience with them, they took care of my car and did a excellent work. The interection sthey have with their customers does above and beyond. Sergio was the one that who kept me with updates on my car, he was so nice and friendly.I will defently recommend them to anyone

Worked for this company for about 3years . To be honest its not fair working for the owner of this shop. Always changing plans on the day of paying his workers..... people who want to work there i dont recommend it to you. Thinking of sending him to labor commission so he can pay me my money back . Thanks .

Horrible experience end to end. Over 6 days late with my car. Was told they were covering the rental car then they backed out and tried to bill me. Had to wait over an hour when I dropped the car off. They changed the quote after approval so my insurance company flipped out. Total nightmare, worst service I have ever had. Go somewhere else.In response to their response-I called them and confirmed that the rental coverage would be through the weekend since I was going to be leaving town before the car was completed. Their staff confirmed it would be covered. They are lying-

The work these guys did on my wifes Porsche was incredible, i was really worried but they made it look brand new! I tell all my family and friends about JJH, they are the best shop in town.

I cant say enough about how awesome JJH is. They took care of my wifes very damaged Jeep Grand Cherokee after a bad freeway accident. I was afraid it would never be the same but i can honestly say that the car is better than ever. Godwin went to bat with the insurance company for us to get everything back exactly the way it should be, even when the insurance company tried to cut corners. We got the car back faster than quoted and it looked better than expected, plus they detailed it! I will never take a car anywhere else.
