WARNING!... I had already installed new headlights and fog lights on my Jeep Wrangler that all worked perfectly but 4 wires, provided by me, needed still to be connected to the key ignition for the halo ring lights to work. They charged me $304 for a simple little wire connection job, no installation required or provided - OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Was pretty sure it was was my starter was out. Gave them all the signs. Girl on phone said It would be $375 should schedule a 75$ diagnosis check first. Couldnt schedule for a week..got it fixed elsewhere, they gave me free diagnosisrunning 👍

Best electrical mind in town. Ive had now two issues that no one else could fix and yet the mastermind at Aposhians was able to figure it out and fix the issue for a reasonable price.

On my way home from work this morning, I noticed that there was a light on my dash for low oil pressure. I had seen Aposhian Garage several times during my trips down 3300s for work so I called and Rick was able to quickly squeeze me in to quickly diagnose potential issues and ruling out easy other causes. Though I may be having it repaired through the warranty/Subaru dealership, Id recommend Aposhian to anyone I know who is experiencing car troubles. Rick was professional, timely, made me feel valued as a customer, and even squeezed me in really quick in the morning so that I could make it home after a 12 hour shift at work.5 stars isnt enough, I am rarely this impressed with customer service from any kind of company. Aposhian breaks that mold for sure.

I could not recommend this place anymore. As a female, I worry all the time that Im going to get ripped off. I have never felt that way here. Today I came in and was seen immediately. They fixed my car in under an hour!!!! I need to buy these guys a beer!

Been our family’s mechanic for probably a decade. My dad moved from Salt Lake to Eagle Mountain 3 years ago, and he still makes the trek to take his cars to get serviced here because he trusts them so much.

Took my Ford explorer in for AC work. Just wanted to check cause I heard a leak. Called me back later that day to say I needed a new compressor and condenser. I knew my compressor was working before taking it in. I just wanted them to find and fix the leak. Turns out there was no leak and the compressor and condenser were both fine. It has been so long since the system had refrigerant that the sound I thought was a leak was the system moving everything through the line. Just needed a good recharge. Took it to another mechanic I normally go to and they fixed it for a tenth of the price. These guys tried to get over a thousand dollars out of me for nothing. Im pretty sure they didnt even move my vehicle. It looked like it was parked in the exact same position I parked it in. Still charged me $80 for nothing. Skip this place

Aposhian Garage has been in business for 92 years. After my most recent visit, I know why. There customer service is incredible.I was an hour late for my appointment for an oil change and to replace my brakes. I had a time restriction that only allowed my car to be in the shop for 2.5 hours. I thought for certain I would need to reschedule at least one of the two.They were amazing! Kind and understanding when I brought my car in an hour late for appointment. They changed both my oil and brakes (and whatever other maintenance the brakes needed) within a very tight time frame.I am so grateful for Aposhian Garage and their excellent customer service, transparency with pricing, and quality work.THANK YOU!

Not very pleased by this place. About 6 months ago I brought my car in and told them that my car was pulsating and did not know why. I had a pair of rear brakes that I had brought with me for them to repair as well as diagnose the problem. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I asked what the pulsating problem was, and they simply said it was the brakes they replaced. It was not. They did not diagnose and repair the pulsating problem. Come to find out later, after a second failed repair job, the control arm was the reason for the pulsating. Also, I took the car in for repairs for a big trip. I asked them to make sure the car was trip ready. During the trip, my radiator failed and I had to drive half the trip with my heater on, while replacing the coolant every 100 miles. Going back to check the radiator after the trip, it was obvious that one of the hoses was not attached properly. They said they checked all hoses and radiator was good to go before my trip and I paid them for this false diagnosis. I referred a friend to the garage, and similiar story. They lost my business. These guys are nice but really do not go out of their way to make sure your car is running safely.

It is rare that a repair garage treats you fairly. I am not a mechanic, but I know cars and trucks. This garage has quoted repairs that are less than what I have expected. They have been great to work with.

Aposhian Garage does an amazing job, and they are honest! I appreciate their free second opinion policy. If another mechanic tells you you need x,y,z to get your car fixed, you can run it to Rick and he will tell it to you straight!Plus, I recently had the power on my car go funky, then fix itself. I just asked Rick what it could be and he helped me figure out that it isnt a major problem, but there are a few things I can do to ensure it doesnt happen again.So helpful! Thanks Rick!

Brought my car in for a check and there was some miscommunication on when I should pick up my car so I ended up at the garage at closing with my car still apart. I was frustrated cause it caused issues for me and the guy who was there seemed frustrated by me as well and we argued a bit. Ended up leaving without my car pretty upset but the guy called a half hour later to say the car was ready. Guess he had called someone to come in and get it put back together so I could take it that night. Thought that was pretty cool that he tried to fix the situation and made it work in the end.Also got a new engine put in here 4 or 5 years ago and was happy with the service.

It can be hard to find a trustworthy shop that does great work. I always have a good experience with Aposhian Garage. I recognize honesty and integrity when I see it in this family business. They get my cars in fast and back fast. Their rates are affordable and they do good work. All in all, its where I take my vehicles.

Its a great place to have a vehicle looked at. i didnt have a ton of time to get my car in but they were able to get it in and looked at with a fast repair.they are also very good with giving options on how to get repairs done.i would recommend anytime.

I took my car into Rick and his guys, I figured for sure it was catalytic converter as per my google search analysis. 1300 dollar repair.....Rick could tell you better than I did what was actually done (problem was in the engine cylinders), but point being it cost me 400 bucks ( and I got some sweet new wiper blades). My car runs great, Aposhian did the upfront work and diagnosed everything before touching anything. And I had more issues that when I asked Rick for his opinion he told me they could wait. Aposhian has good guys that will take good care of you and be honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. Thanks guys!

Rick and his crew are masters of the trade! My Subaru was having power steering issues, cutting out at random and extremely inconvenient times, making the vehicle very dangerous to drive, especially in winter. As a commuting mother of two, this was unacceptable! I took it to Aposhian Garage, and I am happy to report that I no longer have to worry about this! What a relief knowing that my car will actually turn when I want it to. Timely, affordable and above friendly service! Highly recommend!

This is the best one stop shop. As a girl i find it important to trust who you are taking your car to. This is the only shop i would trust. They take good care of me and my Subaru. Over the years, We have had it break down and there is nothing they cant fix.

Went to Aposhian Garage after Burt Brothers took a look at my Yukon before a road trip and gave me a diagnosis that would cost $6000. Aposhian found their diagnosis was incorrect as well as what they wanted to do to fix it. They fixed everything for $2000, and it drives like new! Thank You!!!

I needed a mechanic in Salt Lake City that I could trust to work on my Subaru that wouldnt charge me an arm and a leg. The dealership is so expensive! I went to see Rick from a friends referral and he was very helpful! The mechanic that works on Subarus is very knowledgeable so I felt comfortable since my friend had a good experience with them before with his Subaru. Turns out the issue that needed to be fixed was less than the dealership. The other critical stuff the dealership told me that HAD to be done, Aposhian told me I could hold off on and setup a plan to fix everything over a period of time so I wouldnt break my pocket book. I am glad I finally found a mechanic I can trust in Salt Lake. I would highly recommend Aposhian Garage to all my friends now that I have experienced their honesty.

So when I learned that MY grandfather used to take his Model A Ford to THEIR grandfather, I just had to give them a shot. Glad I did. Rick is a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable. I did not hate my experience but in hindsight I am deeply disappointed. I brought my car in with some issues with starting the car and maintaining a battery charge. After much diagnosis they determined it was a battery cable issue. Expensive replacement of a battery cable at $325. Unfortunately 3 days later my car, a regularly maintained vehicle, had its engine seize. Dealership still cant understand why this happened but my experience at Aphosian was a pointless $325 loss for me.

I had an oil change done, it only took 30 minutes. The staff was great! They were able to get me in a little earlier than I scheduled which was awesome! Would recommend them.

I took my car to Sams Club to get a new battery and the completely ruined the cable that connected the power to the car. I called the Toyota Dealership and they quoted $1000 to fix the problem. I decided to take my car the Aposhian Garage instead (Sams was kind enough to pay for the tow.) Aposhian Garage got my car up and running in about 30 minutes and charged me a lot less than the car dealership. Im so glad I have a company that I can turn to that knows what they are doing and are full on integrity.

I was recommended Aposhians Garage by my wife Ashley, I took my truck in to them which is hard for me to do since Im a mechanic on Semi trucks and Trailers but between my long hours of work and the normal day to day I ran out of time to get my truck ready for a camping trip, I dropped it off to them and they not only fixed the issues I was having and asked to be done they found an issues with my transfer case and got it fixed as well all before I went out of town. I took my truck in to Aposhian recently because it was backfiring and generally not running well. After a week, they replaced the Mass Air Flow sensor and told me that it was running better and referred me to another shop to reflash the computer. As soon as I drove it off the lot, it backfired and was not running any better than when I dropped it off. They charged me $650. I left a voice mail that day but never got a return call. I took it to the shop they recommended. In less than one day, they had diagnosed the problem (grounded spark plug wire and a vacuum leak) and fixed it. 2 stars because they are very nice people but, needless to say, I am unhappy with the lack of response to my VM and inability to diagnose what seem to be pretty basic issues. Not terribly happy with the $650 bill either.

Its nice to have an auto shop you can trust. You still get the community feel without the compromise of quality. The place has been around for over 80 years, they have to be doing something right!

Rick and the crew at Aposhian are great with any car. I have an old classic Ford mustang, a Mazda 3 and my wifes car is a Mazda CX5. I started taking our cars there for regular checkups and car repairs. The Mazda dealership was horrible with service and they charged an arm and a leg for their simple regular scheduled car maintenance. I ended up paying $32 for a $1.25 part at the Mazda dealership and Aposhian isnt like that. They charge fair prices for great service. They have been around for 80 some years so it goes to show they take care of their customers. No matter what make or model of car you have I suggest taking it to Aposhian Garage for all your car repair or car service needs. My father has been having trouble with the Audi dealership for years so I recommended them to him and he loves them. I hadnt even heard of them before we started taking our cars there. We had a friend recommend them to us. Now they treat us like they have know us for years and are very friendly, honest and to the point with all repairs. I highly recommend Aposhian Garage!!!
