The thought of going to a dealership to buy a car makes my skin crawl because of a few past experiences that I’ve had but that was not the case at this Jaguar dealership. From the very beginning I felt comfortable with Jared (my salesman). I felt more like I was shopping with a friend. I never felt pressured which is usually the vibe I get from car salesman. Was not sure if Land Rover and Jaguar dealers were on the same website so I am leaving the same review here to be sure. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Blanchard last week and he gave me and my nephew an amazing and very welcoming experience. Not knowing if I was going to purchase or not, he treated us no different and still let me take a vehicle for a test drive. Went in to look at a new F-Pace or possibly a Range Rover for my wife. We had previously purchased a new Jaguar there and had a good experience working with Moses. We walked in and looked at the few vehicles there realizing it’s tough to get inventory right now. Walked around without a single person even acknowledging us. Salesman at their desks on their computers or phones without another single customer in the store and not ONE word to us. Will NEVER walk in that dealership again. What a horrible experience!
I highly recommend Jaguar Downtown Salt Lake. From my experience purchasing my E-Pace to my experience with their service department, I’ve always been very happy. Everyone is courteous and helpful and they make the purchase process and scheduling service appointments very easy.
My F-Pace has an alternator issue and is inoperable until the issue is resolved. I dropped my car off today and was told it would be FIVE WEEKS before they could work on it — which is outrageous! If you live in SLC, the delays at this dealership in getting service is a reason to consider another brand of car.

I recently purchased a used Jaguar F-Pace from a different dealership and needed to get some work done on the vehicle.Not only was I treated with excellent customer service, Erik went above and beyond and helped not only figure out a drop off and pick up time after hours, but also was in communication with me daily to keep me up to date on the progress as well as seeing if there’s anything else that needed to be done.I’m in the Car Business myself, and was truly impressed by their professionalism as well as their attention to detail. We went to test drive the newer Jaguar at this dealership. My boyfriend was instantly profiled from an old contact method they had from 10 years prior while was relying on military income. For whatever reason, the salesman profiled him and assume we couldn’t afford this vehicle when we could’ve easily paid cash OTD. The salesman had previously been highly communicative and only after pulling my boyfriends previous contact did he wrongly and negatively assume that we couldn’t afford a vehicle that is easily affordable to us.Don’t base people on the income they made 12 years prior. People grow, create businesses and quadruple their income. Get over yourselves.We took our business to Toyota and bought a TRD-Pro instead.Thanks!
Great people, great service and an exceptional experience
SLC delivered fast, efficient, and helpful service. Even though were were late arriving because of my one way confusion concerning 500 and 600 and trying to get there they were really wonderful. It was a 4 hour ordeal (travel time and service) though because the new Jaguar LEHI Center was NOT able to conduct a basic maintenance service on a 2012 Jaguar. This new Lehi facility is less than a half mile from our home. We were told the Lehi Center has no trained mechanics knowledgable in servicing vehicles that old. We walked out today paying $308 (with $30 off coupon) for basic service maintenance at SLC Jaguar and we are very happy but it would certainly have been much easier if Jaguar LEHI would have hired a fully trained staff that is able to address all Jaguar owners needs.
We took our Jaguar in for service here and were blown away by the difference between the quality of our interactions here versus those at Lincoln and Lexus dealerships in the past. You really feel like youre getting additional value from your investment in your luxury vehicle when the service center is clean, comfortable, prompt and attentive, getting you back on the road quickly in a comparable luxury vehicle rather than having you spend half a day dealing with managers who try to shirk responsibility for the issues that may arise. Im strongly considering buying another JLR vehicle just because of this quality of service.

My experience at this dealership was awesome. I had just visited a Mazda dealer in Ogden and ended up walking out due to their behavior towards me and their sales tactics. Walking into Jaguar Salt Lake was a complete 180 compared to what I had just been through. The salesperson (Jake) was great and he helped me find the vehicle that best suited my needs, while also helping me ensure I received top dollar for my trade. I plan to buy another from them when the time comes.
I took my car in for a coolant problem. They were busy but said theywould work it in within acouple of days. They had my car for 8 days! I asked for the GM to call me I guess he was too busy, another lady spoke with me and said because they were moving the jaguar dealership out of North Salt Lake to Lehi they were swamped in the service department. My question to them is what happened to all of the mechanics at the other dealership, why didnt they work them on a swing shift or graveyard shift to take care of their customers? The service at this dealership is horrible, I would never recommend anyone to use them for any type of service at all!!!!!

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Jaguar F-Pace 35T from Salt Lake City Utah Juguar less than a week ago. This vehicle claimed to have a checklist of items inspected before sale, but I find that practically impossible considering the condition of the car upon arrival.The salesman gave a video tour of the car and said there wasnt a scratch, dent or other visible thing wrong with the car. Upon arrival, I was thrilled to see that this was the case. Visually, this car is awesome. Mechanically, its a different story.Immediate issues:- warning lights: I would imagine this shouldnt be there on a CPO vehicle- low tire pressure (could this be a slow leak, a tire issue, a sensor issue, or something worse?)- brakes squeak ALL of the time- exhaust rattles ALL of the time- plastic heater vents are falling off in the rearAfter contacting the dealer, I was told I should have someone check these issues out - some things may or may not be covered under warranty.After driving the car for a short while, another warning light comes on - this time its the coolant light. I called Jaguar in SLC to see if they inspected this - they said yes, must be a sensor (which theyd seen before in other cars). Soon thereafter, another light comes on - the engine is overheating. At this point, it seemed clear that the car was not in driving condition. The weekend with my daughter, whom I had fly up 1500 miles, was ruined.The repair job on the was fairly fast (less than a week) and the dealer (MCL) was great; however, now the car absolutely wreaks of coolant. Im embarrassed to drive the car around in public with the terrible smell and rickety noises. I cant even park the car in the garage because the toxic smell immediately permeates the house.About 100 miles in now,, whats next?***update***Salt Lake City Jaguar offered to pay for a detail to remove the coolant smell. I thought this was a very kind gesture. However, after submitting the receipt as instructed, no reimbursement was sent. Sigh, another bait and switch

Even though we went another route with our car purchase (we bought a 2 year old AMG GT instead of a new Range Rover), I wouldnt hesitate to seek out Gage again to work with!

I went into the Downtown Jaguar/Land Rover dealership to purchase a new Discovery Sport & automatically assumed that I would be dealing with a “salesman” who only wanted to get paid but that wasn’t the case. Kyle Blanchard helped me & he was very profession, genuinely sincere & he didn’t rush or pressure me at all. He took the time to listened to what I wanted & helped me find the perfect vehicle for me! I had such a great experience I requested some of his business cards & I have referred multiple people to him. Not satisfied with the service at this dealership. I had bought 3 or 4 Nissan vehicles in the past, and thought I would go with Jaguar to see what the experience would be like. I bought a pre-owned Jaguar XE and had a few times where the salesperson did not respond after.I set up an appointment to get service and once again I am disappointed with the service. All this for a car that is depreciating at an unprecedented rate. If only I could go back in time and reverse the decision to buy here.
We wandered in to the Jaguar Salt Lake dealership feeling a bit out of place, looking into electric transportation for the first time, and feeling very overawed by being in a “Jag” dealership at all. Gage Milligan immediately put us at ease, walked us through the I Pace, took time (even though it was pushing the closing hour) to answer questions and give us a very fun test drive, all with good humor (he’s not a stuffy guy, but what would a Jaguar dealer do with stuffy customers anyway?), and sincere interest. This time around, the I Pace is not for us, but we left with lots to think about and a very good impression. Remembered and appreciated.

Great experience! At first I was a bit nervous to purchase a car from out of state (Im in CA) but the salesman I worked with, Jeremy, gave exceptional customer service. He was professional, friendly, and responsive. He even checked in with me after the fact to make sure transport went well and I was happy. The whole process was pretty straight forward and way easier than I expected.
Not sure what the girls name was but the car salesman wasn’t very professional. Definitely not what I expected from this dealership. I wanted to look at several cars and test drive a couple but she insisted that I go get pre approved first. Ended up going down to the MINI dealership and had a 10/10 experience there and now plan on buying one of their cars instead.
We had a strict budget to follow and Baun recognized that. There was only one car we wanted and we were able to get the job done. No pressure no car “salesman” type of atmosphere. My experience with the service department has convinced me to not get another Jaguar. Over the past few years, Ive had to make at least three trips to the dealership for repairs (because it required parts/computer issues that I couldnt fix at a more local mechanic). Every time Ive had to wait at least 2 weeks to even get an appointment. After I drop the car off for my scheduled appointment, I still have to wait multiple days to get any diagnostics and price estimates.The communication is terrible. I understand that delays can happen, but I expect to be notified if something comes up that will make it so I cant get my car back when I was initially told. Heres what happened on my most recent visit:I called about my car in early May. We scheduled an appointment for about 2 weeks later. (The earliest they could schedule.) I hadnt heard anything, so I called them about 3 days after and was told that they were working on the car and would call me later that day. I never heard anything, so I called again 2 days later. They then gave me an initial price quote (for the exact item I told them it needed when I dropped it off), and an estimate of about 2 weeks for the part to get in and be done. There was also another issue that needed to be taken care of. (I knew about the additional issue, so Im not accusing them of making something up. Ive had an experience with one of their service guys trying to sell me on unnecessary work a couple years ago, but not recently).In the weeks that followed, I had to initiate every single follow-up conversation to get updates on the car. And almost every time, the person I talk to tells me that Ill get a call back that day, but they never call back and I have to call again a couple days later. One of the parts apparently didnt arrive on time (supposedly held up in customs) and got delayed another week or so, but I had to spend about a week to find that out.When the car was finally finished (a little more than 2 months after I initially dropped it off), I was out of town, and when I got back, my flight would arrive after the service department closed. I arranged with the service agent to leave my key with the sales team so I could still get it without having to make a special trip to Salt Lake. When I got there, though, the sales team had no idea what was going on. They spent about 30 minutes tracking down the service agent and getting the issue sorted out. My car was mostly fixed (the additional repair didnt solve the problem it was supposed to), but the old ignition cylinder was sitting in the cup holder, and there was a sticky note saying needs to be driven.Ultimately, I was without my car for nearly 3 months, and I had to fight to get updates. The staff was friendly and polite when I did speak with them, but the lack of follow-through and the fact that this has been my experience on multiple occasions makes me not want to go back.

As I shopped around, she gave honest feedback and helped me make appointments with another dealer to get the most options possible before buying. I didn’t end up getting the Jaguar, but I would recommend this dealership—and Kori—to anyone.
Fantastic experience at KG Jag downtown. The follow up from Adam, Garrett and team was timely and professional. Usually I can’t stand the time suck of buying a new car but Garrett asked several times how I “was on time” which I appreciated. Knowledgeable and non-pushy pro’s!
Update:I would like to add some additional comments to this. After this experience I received a call from Lindsey at SLC Jaguar. She was extremely nice and extremely helpful. She started off by apologizing for the info I received regarding my situation. She assured me that changing my bulb on my tail light wouldnt void my warranty. So I took it in to a local mechanic and he said it was something different than just the bulb. I contact Lindsey again and left her a message regarding the need for me to bring it in. When she called back I was unavailable and didnt receive her call until after hours. So now its 7:30pm on a Friday night and she said that she would make arrangements if I wanted to bring it in on Saturday morning to get a loaner vehicle and then they would be able to get to my car early the following week. Well i wasnt able to confirm that is what I wanted to do with her so I just took it and and they still were able to do exactly that. The service manager that was there was able to get my in the door and out the door in less than 20 min. The car was ready the following Wednesday but I wasnt able to go pick it up until that Thursday. They were able to fix the issue. I feel ver pleased with how they were able to get that taken care of for me.I love my Jaguar!original post-I have loved my Jaguar but scheduling anything with them has always been such a hassle. The last time I scheduled an oil change I had to wait four weeks just to get it in. I live in Utah County and just had my blinker go out. I have to go up to Salt Lake to get it fixed or apparently it will void my warranty. I mean seriously. I love my car, love the way it drives, and love the look and feel but I will not be getting another one simply due to the inconvenience.

Hey, my experience over at Ken Garff Jaguar has been great ever since my husbands lease of his F-type convertible began a few months ago. I give Lindsay Gifford, service manager, the highest of marks for her kindness and patience in working out the little details that often come with a brand new car. I am the one who handles the service and maintenance issues for the cars our family drives, which is why Im writing this review. She is one of those rare fun individuals who always has a genuine smile on her face. She is sincerely eager to make sure I get all my questions answered, completely and with kindness. She has facilitated answering and correcting all the little issues weve had -- from annoying squeaks to replacing a faulty eject button in the CD player to making sure a factory recall on a wiring connection was taken care of to making sure I always had the most fun and awesome loaner car to drive. She calls back promptly to give me updates as promised. From my many visits in to the service department I have observed her ability to work well with her co-workers and all the other customers as well. She handles her work stresses very well and remains cool, calm and collected at all times. Shes great great great. I also think Chris, Brian, Wes, and Zach -- (both Zachs) are great and fun to work with as well. A big thank you and a thumbs-up for doing such a great job. Thanks a million.
I work for sunkiss towing. I took a car from Rexburg Idaho to Salt Lake dropping it off there I needed to use the restroom as i asked Erik Thomas he was very polite and even offered me drinks and snacks. Really cool to have that type of service! If I ever can afford a jaguar in the future I would buy it from Erik.
Began looking @ the F-Pace SUV a couple months ago and had done a couple of test drives with it as well. This is my first time working with the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful in answering any of my questions. I purchased a vehicle just last week & would say all-in-all it was a good experience and would recommend them over other local dealerships.
We are huge Jaguar/Land Rover fans in general, but I am overly impressed with this location. We were fortunate enough to be greeted by Jeremy who was completely personable, very knowledgeable, and had overall great customer service. Even followed up later to see how our search was coming along as we were looking to trade in our 2013 Evoque for something with more space. The Range Rover we owned has been awesome as it has stayed in great condition for the years we have had it. Great dealership and great name brands- definitely going back soon!
I was very intimidated to buy my first car on my own but I knew what I wanted and did my research. Kori Criddle was my angel during this process. No matter how many times I called or sent her a text with even the most minor question, she always responded quickly and happily. I was buying a used Jag so there were some things I wanted done before I bought the car and they made sure that everything was taken car of. Ive only had my Range Rover for less than two years. We have had three major issues costing $2,500+ each. I get fixing a problem once but three different issues, each time is crazy. Either your mechanics arent inspecting the vehicle properly when maintaining, or the car is just not manufactured very well. I will setup a point to revise my review one year from now, if my car can go at least that long without any major issues then I will bump you up to a 4 star rating for resolving.

I was more than well taken care of. When I found the car I wanted, a used Acadia, they did everything to ensure that it was ready for me. For example the tires that were initially on it were fine just slightly worn, but they still put new tires on it. Then when i got it home the check engine light came on and they assisted in making sure my car was in working order. I will always start my car search here.
I am very pleased with my recent experience with Ken Garff Jaguar. What started out as a routine oil change turned out to be major repairs on my 2012 XF. Service Representative Lindsay Gifford was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process while keeping me up to date the entire time. I have never had such a positive experience with any car dealers service and would highly recommend them in the future.

Lets get the bad out of the way first: Its a car dealership and theres no changing that. My complaint in this case is that the deals listed on new vehicles they have in stock are off by at least 20%, sometimes more.Besides that? Excellent. Best experience Ive had thus far buying a car. Ive been shopping for this one for over 2 years and I kept on coming and researching and test driving. Jake was patient and helpful from the beginning. Didnt make stuff up to make it sound like he knew everything. Kept things transparent and stuck to it until I drove off a satisfied customer.
After shopping a lot of dealerships we decided on a Jaguar. Went to the dealership and it was a comfortable experience. Not pushy or over-motivated. Moises is a stud and helped walk us through the process and got us setup with a slick F-Pace and got us a good deal with a bunch of freebies too. Stoked about the whole experience.
I saw an add for a well priced but without picture or much detail SUV. I called on it thinking I was the only one interested in it since there was no real description to it. The salesman was helpful and nice but got me the “there is lots of interest in this SUV” speech which could have been true since it was in super condition or not but left me a little pressured to make a fast decision. Overall it was a good experience. I wish they had a warranty beyond the super expensive option. Like a 1 week or even a 3 day return or even exchange just so I can get it checked out by my trusted mechanic for peace of mind. I’m still a little scared to bring it in and find out exactly what problems lay under the hood.Love my new SUV no matter what though.

Started using their service department years ago with my older Jag. The service department, and Lindsay in particular, has always been stellar. My wife has a Cadillac and the Jag service department always far out-performs the Caddy service department. It made my decision to buy a new Jag a no-brainer.Just purchased my first new Jag F-Type R from Jake. The sales team is just as wonderful as their service department. Everything was handled quickly and they worked really well around the conference calls I had to make for work while we put the deal together.
Jenny was great to work with, gave me the VIP treatment, happy in every way with the excellent experience. We researched midsize luxury SUVs for six months before deciding on our final four: Porsche, Jaguar, Volvo, and Range Rover. We booked appointments at the four dealerships to review the models and were assigned Bard at Range Rover. Bards knowledge of the car, engine options, frame, safety, snow performance, and subtle details and luxuries of the Range Rover sold our experience. Our final picks were Range Rover and Porsche - we landed with Range Rover due to Bards attentive treatment and the deal he managed for us. He got us to the payment we needed with all the details we wanted in the car. Great experience and we are obsessed with our new Rover Velar.

I had a long connection in SLC, and I was anxious to try a manual F-type, as my local dealer doesnt have one in stock, and wouldnt for some time. I called them out of the blue and set an appointment Moises, who was exceptionally accommodating. I arrived a bit early, Moises was not yet there, so I was assisted by Chris Garcia. Chris was exceptionally--processed the background details quickly and then took my on test drive (when all I had really asked to do was sit in the car and feel the shift action). He let me drive for as long as I wanted, and then (to top it off) gave me a ride back to the airport (which allowed me to evaluate the car as a passenger). All of this when they new I wouldnt be purchasing the car from them--they were just being superlative brand ambassadors. Bravo!

We bought are 2017 F series used from another dealer. We had a couple of recalls that needed to be fixed; so we made an appointment at the Ken Garff Jaguar dealership. Service department was absolutely wonderful.We had questions on how to use some of the functions of the vehicle: Service department was helping us, but they did not have all the answers, He asked a sale rep. to come out to help us with out questions. We were treated extremely rude, we were told to go back to the dealership we had purchased our F series from. My husband and I sat there in total shock, we were being talked to like we were trash. I might be more understanding if there had been anyone inside looking to purchase a vehicle.
I had the opportunity to meet and work with Adam Paulson. He was fantastic! I didnt feel pressured or like I was being sold. He took the time to get to know me and make me feel valued. Awesome job Adam!
Moises was great. I wanted to come up just before closing to test drive an XF on a Saturday night but got in terrible traffic because of a wreck. He waited for us almost an hour after the store closed and then let us take the car out for as long as we wanted. Hes a no nonsense guy and I appreciated that. Great help in buying a car.
Service programmed a new key for me and it works. They could not even Find where to activate my rear camera, and when I got my car back there were several Warnings on the dash. They took it back right away and told me theyd sell me a new battery... For $385. Nah. I drove home and charged the current one, works perfect for over a month now.Also, I bought myself the Jaguar SDD program and turned on my OWN camera. I SHOULD have bought it sooner, could have programmed a new key MYSELF AND SAVED $300. Now I have Zero Use for this dealer.

BEST SERVICE!!!! Even though we didnt end up buying our F-Pace from Ken Garff (they only had one in stock at the time) - we have received fabulous service at their dealership! Jeremy Blundell took about 45 minutes of his time to answer all my questions about my F-Pace. He set up menu items that I couldnt figure out, and added the app to my phone for better service. He couldnt have been more helpful! Also, Kyle, who we did speak with about buying a car there, couldnt have been nicer. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service!

I recently bought a car from Baun Jordan and he was incredible to work with. He really went the extra mile, got the sale pushed through because of my work schedule and then delivered my car to Provo because he knew I had a busy day the next day at work. And before I event bought the car he was sending me videos of different cars I was looking at since I live in Utah Valley and it was a longer drive for me to come look at cars. Couldnt recommend Baun and this dealership more.

Wonderful Waiting area nice service people good quality service would be nice if they would come and greet you when you drive into the service area and would also be good if your car were washed when they call and tell you it is ready so you dont have to wait 20 minutes for it to be delivered to you.
Parts are never in stock, everything is special order and you are in a perpetual state of limbo with their service department. Also, the service department never calls the customer! If your car is in the shop, you can guarantee you’ll be the one reaching out to them to check up on the progress. The ONLY reason they get two stars is...well..it is Jaguar.
