Perfect spot to get all decoration needs for birthdays or any other type of celebration. Parking is ample the store is super organized. Amira (not sure if I spelled her name right) was super kind, helpful, and friendly. I was able to get what I needed quickly and the prices were super reasonable. I will be back and I highly recommend.

We stopped in the store this afternoon (4/7/2021) at 2:45pm searching for plastic Easter eggs. I asked a woman at the counter who was just leaving her register if they had any plastic Easter eggs. She waved her hand in a general direction and said, Theyre over there.I thanked her, but then asked her if she could tell me where, because the general direction she pointed to was massive and I wasnt familiar with the store.Her response was, Theyre right over there, I can see them from here, Then added, Theyre in the corner; at the front of the store. I thanked her again and left to go find them.My wife and I were both flummoxed, because who treats their customers like this? We assumed that she was the manager because of the way she directed the other ladies at their registered before she left.Im sure to her, spotting these eggs was not a big deal. She worked there, so of course she probably knew exactly where they were. But it was her tone and manner that was upsetting.I thought to myself, I wonder if its because Im brown? She could not have been more rude or less helpful. It was like she could careless if I got what I came in the store for.Thank you, Zurchers for this moment. I wont be returning anytime soon.

The worst experience I have ever had! We called to try and get our balloons ordered and were told their system is too slow. We were also told that they were really slow and we could get them done really quick. Well..... it took 40 minutes to fill up our balloons. We watched person after person get their balloons before us, when we ordered before them.

I went to the Salt Lake store looking for red chocolate melts for Valentine’s Day and I needed more then they had and the manager went the extra mile to get all the chocolate I needed and even went to another store to pick it up for me. That’s what I call good costumer service, thanks Salt Lake store for all you’re help.

Zurchers (according to the inside of the store, pronounced zir-koers, I think?) I just have ONE question to ask you right now and I need you to answer honestly, what would your new year celerbration look like without zurchers? Mine would look the same, minus like an awesome selection of plastic and paper stuff, and brightly colored metallic things that brighten things up and make you realize that it’s a different year and EVERYTHING is different! Like, do you have the same calendar as before? I don’t!Oh wait, I just checked and I did keep my old calendar, cause I didn’t buy it for keeping track of the days and months, I bought it cause I like the political cartoons! HAHAHAHA can you believe that!? So I’m just keeping it, you know, like who knows how long I’ll keep that calendar, right?! Oh geez, I’m cracking up right now. It’s so comforting to remember that there’s always a place you can find a scary or cute mask, or like maybe something for a birthday party for a child, or for an adult? When was the last time that you (an adult?) decorated and had a fun party? You should go do that sometimes, cause it makes you feel young again haha and it’s fun so answer that question

Wow with the customer service!! I’d been up since 6am running around to Costco, Walmart and target trying to grab a stormtrooper costume for my 8 year old. Everyone was out of stock and my little boy was at home with his dad crying because he didn’t want to go to school without a costume. In desperation I called zurchers and asked if by any chance they had any left. It was 30 min before they were scheduled to open but still answered the phone, were SUPER polite and went searching for the costume. By some miracle they had one left in stock. Alizie pulled it for me and had it waiting for Me when I got there! On the way out I thanked over and over again and Soraya just said “that’s what we are here for!”. Alizie and Soraya thank you for saving Halloween!!

Very cheaply made costumes with expensive prices. Its a great place to find a costume last minute but theres other places to find better costumes worth the price

Baby shower super selection

This is an average party store in a relatively convenient location. With so much retail space and so few customers, I wonder how they stay in business. They have good selection and my wife was able to find what she wanted at a good price, even after Amazon failed her. Employees seem competent enough. Parking is ample enough. Egress is fine, but not always obvious.

Your employees need new jobs. I had 3 different interactions with 3 different employees. They appear miserable. Dont offer help, if you truly dont want to help, and when you do offer help, dont be sarcastic. If you cant crack a smile to a customer, dont work the register. If restocking shelves is more important than helping a customer, work at Costco or a hardware store. The management needs to make a decision to teach customer service or get new employees. Simple as that. Im shopping elsewhere.

This store ranges from costumes, decor, settings for parties, billboard character etc. They always have what I need for parties at a good price. Some things a bit more glammy can be pricey while still being cheaply made like the other items in the store. The staff is very kind. I see the same short lady working here who always has balloons done quick and right. She ensures that the balloons are the color I thought they were upon expanding etc. They could use some seating for the balloons but other than that I have a great time shopping here!

Allot of selection but the staff cant seem to guide you or assist you any better than if you wander around the store and find things by yourself - they seem happiest when holding up the counter or blowing up balloons. I think theyd make more $ of they were actually willing to help you party plan and had ideas and then could actually help you find the stuff. Prices are fair. Allot of the items are very similar to oriental trading and the service is about as effective as ordering on line. Fun store to look around in though.

Theyre the party place. Hard to choose-too many choices. I was in the Salt Lake store and helped by a young man named Andrew. He was very helpful and pleasant.

The store seems to have a logical layout. The staff was nice and helpful. However, they seem to focus their inventory on a few topics. We werent able to find anything related to the type of party my some wanted. They do have a great selection for the action movies and most popular Disney and kids movies. The balloons are reasonably priced and filled quickly.

I think the only thing that is keeping you alive is the need for the party supplies you offer. Ive been to two of your locations and both times Ive had pretty miserable service. The only reason I ended up at your store is because I didnt have enough time to order supplies online. Your employees either dont care about helping people or dont know what you have in your stores. Long story short I had a 1 year old Troll Party on November 3rd and made the mistake of buying a costume and all my party supplies on October 30th. I spent $300 between 10/30 and 10/31 and your employees were so stuck on your policy of no returns or no exchanges during the Halloween season they wouldnt let me exchange my granddaughters $24 costume. By the way your exchange policy is not on your receipts either. I totally understand that there are people who are trying to get things for free however Im not like that neither are probably a million other people. I tried to exchange my granddaughters costume that I bought for her birthday party NOT Halloween. I received the run around and rude service from several people at your Fort Union and your Salt Lake location. In fact one of your employees told me that she didnt appreciate my sass The only reason this rating isnt a 1 star or a zero is because I actually received decent help from Heather the manager at the Salt Lake location - I had to call her to ask her to help me out. I will have 6 grand children before the end of 2019 and will continue to host several parties. I hope my next visit to one of your stores improves before my next party

This party store has just about everything you could need for a party or for costumes. They have prizes for pinatas or competitive games. They have a lot of things in bulk and really great prizes. They have so much and organized by theme so it is a great place to get everything you need or to come up with ideas.

Went in for a couple things and although they did not have all of what I was looking for, the staff were able to help me find some excellent alternatives. Definitely a great place for your parties and gatherings materials.

I used to work here and it was great. But recently went back and the same older lady kept looking at my husband and I. I felt like she was following us thinking we were stealing because we had a car seat in the cart. I work loss prevention so I know that when an employee or employees follow a customer it’s because they look suspicious.

I needed balloons so I called to preorder them. They said they normally do this but couldnt as all the registers were being used. I decided to go in (about 10 minutes later) and there was 3 employees and only one register being used with no one else in line. They then got to helping me and were very polite but took their time. What couldve taken a few minutes took about 15 minutes extra as the employees were talking amongst themselves. I was pleased, though, as they gave me a free balloon bag to properly transport the balloons. Overall they were polite but most certainly took their time.

I found exactly what I was looking for. That hard to find thing that I needed for a party in just the right color. This place has a great selection of things I thought I would need to order online. I know there are a ton of bad reviews about lack of staff or unhelpful staff. They must be making an effort to remedy this. One person in an aisle asked if I needed assistance finding something. Another person at the register. Register person seemed to be on the phone dealing with personal garbage and I waited at the register with no one else before me for a minute. I bought 3 things (2 packages of wands and a serving platter) and was asked if I needed a bag. I did and it seemed like a slight impossision. I dont care if youre put out about providing customer service when thats obviously your job. I will still insist on it and Ill smile and say thank you anyway...but the attitude was noted. Thats why only 4 stars and not 5.

Ive come to this store before and everyone is usually nice. However, today one of the employees yelled at my husband and me because my husband sat down on one of the shelves. We dont mind being told a rule but this lady was so rude and aggressive. Her name is Kuweti ( it sounds like kody). She actually tried kicking me out of the store when I approached her about it. I asked for the manager and she said that she had to stand behind her employees and that she couldnt do anything because she didnt see what happened, and this as Kuweti walked off and threw something at one of the shelves in a rage behind her. The only thing I was asking form her was to be nice. Honestly i believe the manager handled the situation poorly. Other employees that werent even involved apologized when the manager didnt. Zurchers please select better employees.

I came into the store with balloons with corporate logos and the store associate refused to fill them with helium. She informed me of some ridiculous corporate policy that required I purchase a balloon tank to fill them myself. I offered to still pay the cost of the latex balloons but she said it was still not possible. I then spoke to the manager, who was very polite, and informed me that this was how they interpreted the new corporate policy. This leads me to believe there needs to be more clarity on the matter. She also suggested I buy a helium tank to fill my dozen balloons but she did offer to fill the balloons for me which was sufficient while needlessly difficult. I’ll just go somewhere else once I use up this helium tank I was forced to purchase.

You can find what you need hear hands down! ....... But it is very over priced.... I mean to decorate and buy candy and what not for a small party... You looking $100 plus just for decorating..... I mean if its a really special like a wedding or something in the nature sure maybe ... Even then I wouldnt because for something like that you getting professional help? But hey if money isnt a option then sure .... I only came for the small must have that its ....

Store seems very disorganized with only two imployees in the entire store and they were both up front blowing up balloons. So if you need help trying to find something you can completely forget about it. Their prices are what youd expect, a little overpriced for the quality youre purchasing.

The customer service and kindness of the employees at this location was amazing. My car needed to be jumped and without hesitation, they were seeing whom had jumper cables and Kawehi had a pair and was more than willing to help me out and give my car a jump. Thanks for your help and for continuing your customer service outside of the store.

I use this Zurchers for almost every party. They have all the basics. Its a fairly large store so they have some good selection but I often wish they had more for large group entertaining. I always get my balloons here too. They are always on time and exactly what I asked for. They also have a good selection of small toys for goody bags and such. Before travel I stop by Zurchers to pick up a bunch of those toys to keep my kids entertained.

I love this store. I always spend so much more time here than I plan for because there are so many fun things.

I love it here. My church has a lot of events, so anytime we need decorations, etc. this is my go-to for sure. Everything is pretty easy to find. And reasonable prices for mostly bulk stuff.

I spent $120.00 today at this store and I honestly did not feel welcome or comfortable or treated with respect if anything all the associated need to back the fudge out throughout the entire visit I was looked out ! Like I was stealing ! I doo have 3 kids from 10 7 and 5 off course it requires time and patience on my behalf for them to make the right costumes selection, I am defenately not goin back!

Zurchers is a warehouse for fun times. Party favors, costumes and accessories, wedding decorations - they are all here. The displays are seasonal and must need an army to arrange and maintain. The quality is decent, for the price - this isnt Neiman Marcus after all - and the quantity is satisfying. We go there frequently because it is the only store in our area which keeps a supply of black, and purple, napkins. Among other things.

Overall good shop when your in need of supplies. Locations good and service is quick. Some of the stuff is a bit overpriced though.

Got there about 8:30pm, my girlfriend & I were kinda pushed for getting ready for my daughters baby shower on saturday. On the way I found a coupon for 30% off (in store) they kept announcing store closing, we got to registers about 8:55, customer service was extremely lacking, went to show coupon they wouldnt even look @ it, just said: that is online only I tried to state my case,but they just wanted out of there, I thought the prices were quite high, I figured with my coupon it would offset the cost. Had to go there because of color scheme, got alot of the same things @ dollar store, just needed gray & teal. Anyway, that is it in a nutshell, got what was needed, but overall not a great experience & definitely paid for it!!

In purchasing candy for a party we were quite frustrated, the scale at the bulk area said 2.2 lb, but at the front the cashier said it was 3.4 lb. in addition to that, the price in the bulk area said 4.97 unless otherwise marked, but it rang up at $5.97 (it was not marked at $5.97). My wife had a child crying in her arms and did not realize she was charged fully $9.00 more than expected. Before leaving the store she noticed and decided it was not worth the price and attempted to return the candy. She was told that should would have to return a different day when a manager was available. To top it off we weighed the candy when home, and sure enough it was only 2.2 lb.This experience occurred 5/04/18.

On the 4th if may I was sent to get a cinco de mayo piñata for the office party. Obviously being the day before cinco de mayo they were running way low. One of the managers helped me not only find a great one, but then while I was standing in line he brought up a sombrero piñata which is exactly what I was looking for! Such great customer service and made my job so much easier!! He also made sure I wasn’t spending too much on it! I would recommend this store to anyone and will definitely be coming back!!
