I think the best way to describe in the nicest way possible to describe Mimi is, lost. She doesnt know customer service, she doesnt know how to answer simple questions when it comes to mileage, billing, or the simplest of questions like, So, for incidentals that might occur, what is the process? We dont do incidentals....Oh, really? Why is it that you need a CC on file?Every step of the way completely belligerent, ignoring the questions. When asked, what portion is the financials covered in on your paperwork being to frustrated that there were non answers. Pointing to some section on the paperwork, it had nothing ANYWHERE about it. I asked again, she became more upset and stated the same thing. We ended up showing here the area and then she couldnt find it and shrugged her shoulders, telling us they have been in business 35 years. Thats great. I didnt ask how many years. We asked a question your 35 years in business should make this answer EXTREMLY simple.Find another place, like rvshare or something else. Mimi makes the whole process so completely difficult with even the simplest of questions. She overcharged because of how she changed a reservation when it was confirmed with the owners of the RV before hand and corporate. In terms of miles, it was asked what they were and it was .27c then and now somehow its to the tune of .49c. I even stated that I cant believe its as cheap as .27 then and she was emphatic well, thats what it is.Just go somewhere else. This isnt the place.

Full service storage has been exceptional in meeting our car and camper storage needs. They respond promptly and make it easy to pick up and return your vehicle as needed. Their customer service has been prompt to respond. We will definitely continue to use them when the need arises.

Bob is a really good guy and a good business man. I know for fact that he goes to great lengths to run a tight ship for his clients. If you want your investment kept as nice as the day you bought it, or better, this is the place to store it at. You could eat off the floors in there Covid and all, it’s as though you are storing it on the showroom floor.

I had my 5th wheel stored there and when I picked it up, it was raining and was not able to check it out. The next morning, my wife noticed that the ladder was bent. When I notified Full Service Storage, it was two weeks before the owner got back to me. He insisted that something like this would not have happened. So, check you rig before you leave, They say they are not responsible. Go Figure.....!

Was a customer for a couple of years.......paid the full service executive price, a supposed upgrade! I mean you get delivery/pickup, if they can fit you in? But most of the time......phone calls and communication was iffy! Almost never answer the phone when you call during business hours and you need to read your contract closely as they will bill you for unused months. I picked up my boat for the summer in May and in August they were still billing me......had to call to cancel, but they dont answer the phone so you have to hope they call you back!

We recent purchased an RV we saw online through Full Service Storage. We contacted Bob the general manager and he was very helpful with the purchasing process and made it unbelievably stress free.We live in Washington state and drove down to pick it up in Salt Lake City. During that time there were many offers on the RV, some even for a higher price but Bob is a professional and stuck to our agreement.With us being first time RV purchasers Bob and his entire staff were friendly, kind and very helpful throughout the entire process with the countless number of questions and personally showing us all of the ins and outs of the RV.His mechanics came out and explained all the components of the engine we needed to know so that levels could be checked and even made time to squeeze in an oil change and generator maintenance before our drive home.Bob made sure we had all of the extras we needed for our RV and had us all set up to go in no time. Upon returning home we had a few more questions and Bob walked us through everything we needed to know. Ive stored my boat with Full Service Storage in Salt Lake City since Jan 2016. Theyve always been very responsive to all requests and have done what they say they would do.It always impressed me was how clean my boat always was when I would pick it up. It wasnt covered with dust, which told me that they keep their facility clean.Another thing I like is how they have a secure after hours pickup and drop off space. There are times when you cant get there during normal business hours and knowing that if my boat was left out it was in a secure place really gave me peace of mind.Id recommend Full Service Storage to anyone who is looking for clean and secure place to store your recreational vehicle.

When I call in to schedule a pick up they ALWAYS seem to be put out. I understand they have a 48 hour policy, BUT there is no need to act like the world is coming to an end. What is happening with customer service these days?? I spend a lot of money with this company and deserve to treated at least like a fellow human being. Come on!

These guys are awesome! They take very, very good care of my trailer. Im in my 4th year and my trailer looks as new as the first day I bought it. Their service is impeccable. This place is great, I will definitely use them if I need to store my van in Salt Lake City in the future. Even when I came to town and left town on the weekend I was able to leave (and pick up) my van in a gated lot and confirm things with an on-call after-hours rep. They know RVs and the needs of people who own and enjoy them... highly recommend.

This place has been incredible. Extremely easy storage for our camper. They moved to a newer facility with enhanced security and great access. Danni is great to work with and on-the-ball with all kinds of requests. She was incredibly accommodating every time. They have very fair pricing and we used the pickup/dropoff option once which was a lifesaver. They offer all kinds of services including charging, cleaning, water, propane, maintenance, etc. which makes it truly full service. I have had zero issues with storage here and the concierge-style service has exceeded expectations.

Update:Almost 1 year later, they finally got rid of the girl who used to work the front desk. Now, every time I send an email for pick up or drop off, I have a response within an hour and they seem to be very accommodating. I still dont trust their service department, and take my boat elsewhere to have anything but winterized. The owner did reach out to me personally and apologized for our past troubles, and even gave us compensation for it. For me, it is far less about the money and far more about the customer service experience. With their changes at the front desk, I am updating my review from 2 stars to 5 stars.We have been storing our boat there for almost 1 year. At the end of last boating season, I asked them to winterize it for us. There was hardly any communication from Stella, unless I prompted or asked questions, then we were charged an extra $100 on top of the requested service. I understand the charge was for extra work that was needed, but the work was performed and we were charged without any communication, or authorization. When confronted about it, Stella was very argumentative and extremely rude with no apologies. At the same time of this service, their employee wore boots inside our boat, tracking greasy footprints from the swim deck all the way through to the seats in the bow. There was also cheesy fingerprints on the transom step and swim deck, where it was obvious someone ate their lunch. After forwarding pictures, exchanging emails, and in person conversations, we were promised a full detail of our boat to clean up their mess. Three months later when we took the boat out of storage again, the footprints and cheesy substance were still there!! It took over 3 hours of my time to clean up after them.The first time we used their valet drop off service, it almost ruined our family trip. It was scheduled to drop off on a Friday by 1pm. I called at 12:30 to check on delivery, because I hadnt heard anything from them. Danni told me my boat would be delivered within the hour. The hour came and went, still no communication. We called repeatedly for the next 2 hours and no one picked up the phone or returned our messages. After hours of waiting and repeated calls, I finally got Bob on the phone. He was very nice, he apologized, and sent someone over with our boat shortly after. Finally, at 5:30, we were able to leave town. He did give me a credit on my account for the inconvenience of having to clean up the mess his employees left behind (and promised to clean up), and thats why they received two stars instead of the one they have earned.

Full Service RV Storage in SLC went 110% to meet our needs. We would highly recommend them.The staff (especially Melyssa, Jen, and Stella) worked together efficiently as we reserved an indoor spot for our 30 ft long 5th wheel, made the drop off easy, and did all the requested services during the 5 (winter) storage months. The facility is excellent: large, clean, safe. The staff made many extra efforts for us during Covid 19 pandemic. They worked remotely, were available when we needed to communicate, arranged for a pick up so we did not have to even go inside. At that time, we needed extra help with an unanticipated battery problem, and the young man in the warehouse responded immediately, wore a mask to keep us all safe, and solved our battery problem. Later, due to my error, we had a billing issue. Melyssa was able to have a significant charge reversed and saved us nearly $300.We will definitely continue to use Full Service RV Storage in SLC, Utah.

Trying to find storage for my boat was a real pain. I didnt have to worry about size, dimensions, or security. You do have to be mindful of when you intend to use your boat but with a little planning the pickup and drop off process is very easy.

Ive stored two wakeboard boats with these guys for over two years and have referred friends. They have multiple storage locations that are convenient and also offer full service beyond storage. Ive also had them wax my boats, winterize, and have had custom requests like letting the boat air dry inside before storing and theyve always been accommodating. Theyre also able to trickle charge them for me. At times Ive requested a quicker than normal turnaround for pickup and theyve always pulled it off. Im happy with the service they provide and would recommend them.

Giving three stars as the facility is secure, clean, and convenient to the airport. My car has been taken care of so far. However, any communication I have had from Danni has been condescending and rude. You’d think she was doing me a favor instead of me actually paying for services. Unfortunately, 48 hours, M-F and only during business hours (and we close early on Friday!) is not always possible when you are coming in from out of state. They do offer after hours service, but expect a nasty response and pushback if heaven forbid you should need it.Update: Bob, the owner contacted me directly. What a great guy and exceptional business owner. He apologized for the poor communication of their policies and services and got us more than taken care of. Thank you, Bob for your genuine concern for your customers! Five stars all around.

Full Service Storage isnt cheap, but they strive to offer a great value. Our 2013 Airstream needs to stay safe from the elements and secure. They are quick to respond, and the name says it all... our monthly price includes washing the trailer when needed. We would recommend using FSS to anyone who needs to protect their property and be able to conveniently access it when needed!

This is my second year storing my boat with Full Service Storage, and I can there is really no one else I would trust my investment with. First class service!! I’ve had my RV, boat and trailer here for about a decade now and there is nothing else quite like it around. Don’t hesitate to store your coach, trailer, “toys” or vehicles here; there’s no better or safer place for them to be. The facility is clean, secure and they even have locations in both Salt Lake and Utah counties, not to mention the outstanding valet, repair and detail services.

I can not comment on the storage services. I purchased a boat through them on consignment. The say they are a bonded dealer but dont act like one, which caused huge problems with the Department of Motor Vehicles. It took us 7+ weeks, dozens of calls and text, and three long trips to the DMV before we could get the boat officially register. The were not very responsive and their customer service was horrible. If you are looking to buy a vehicle through them, I would look elsewhere.

These guys rock! They serviced my RV, completed warranty work in half the time the dealer could and way more expertly. They helped me at the last minute, retrieving my rig and allowing me to get out between snow storms in February. A one stop, full service shop. Expert service, quality work and all very quickly. Full Service Storage in SLC have been very professional, friendly to deal with and helpful in all our dealings since we first contacted them via their web site. Their storage facilities are modern, secure and clean and we did not hesitate in booking our Ford Explorer Truck for storage between ski seasons. I would not hesitate in contacting Barbara, the Office Manager, to discuss your vehicle, boat or RV storage needs.

I have used them for more than 10 years and have never regretted it. I am so busy with work I do not have time to worry about maintenance, winterization, etc and I love that they can take care of everything for me. Including delivery to the dealer if I ever need any warranty work. Because I store my boat with them it still looks brand new even though it is actually 10 years old. Its the perfect way to protect your investment.

Excellent customer service! I live out of state so I usually have to use their after hours services to drop off an pick up our boat. Their easy to get ahold of for scheduling an always send me a confirmation that my boat was pulled in. Barbra and Melyssa are always there to help out with any services and answer any questions that may arise. Also, the facility is super clean! When I pick up the boat its just as clean as when I dropped it off, even after it sits all winter. Definitely the nicest storage facility Ive ever used!

A worry free, clean place to store our Motorhome and Jeep during our trips back to France. But best of all is the service offered by the staff, from receiving our packages prior to our returns, to handing us spotless vehicles and answering promptly our emails. After picking our vehicles this year, we broke down on the freeway a few miles away from their warehouse, they sent us a mechanic and found us alternate repair facilities Best service any Rver could wish for !

Stored my boat with Full Service for 4 years, the first year, I had another company winterize/de-winterize it and it went well. The next year, after a 25% increase in the monthly rate, I had Full Service service it, it took many calls to the service dept. to get it done (this seems to be a pattern). I had them de-winterize the next spring and when I got home with the boat, the bag with the plugs was still attached to the steering wheel. I had to pull it back to them so they could do the work and I still got charged for it. I had them do it again last year, and this year they left the lights in the cabin on and it drain both batteries. I was able to salvage on of them, but had to replace the other one. It nearly left me stranded on the lake. On top of the battery issue, when I got the boat home, the port side was covered with what looked like rusty water spots. I had to use a buffing compound to clean them off (pics available). I have since found other accommodations for the boat at significantly lower rates.

This is the second winter that my vintage convertible is wintering with Full Service. She was in need of some tender loving care and Ian and the team so to it that she was refreshed and will be ready for summer adventures.

I work in Salt Lake City two weeks out of the month but live out of town. I keep my work vehicle with Full Service. When I am in town I am working and cant coordinate maintenance. So, when I leave it with them and head home I let them know what needs to be done to it and they make sure it happens. Full Service saves me a lot of headaches!
