Went with my bff who is the bride to look at dresses. she had a specific dress in mind and browsed through the racks and didnt see anything that was her style. the lady helping us with our appointment (julie, i believe?) told my friend that shes more of a davids bridal girl since her shop didnt carry what she wanted at her price point. super rude.

Ohhh my goodness! I adore this place and all the people who work here! Such a beautiful and comfortable space with absolutely gorgeous and unique dresses! Chelsea was incredibly accommodating! I got my dress altered at a different shop and it ended up looking like a different dress and I was panicking a little, but Chelsea had me bring it in and she fixed it and made it absolutely perfect! I could not be more happy with my experience here!

This place is so dang cute and the atmosphere is amazing! The dresses are so beautiful and one of a kind. Chelsea was so awesome to work with!! She helped me find my dream dress and the process was just so much fun! I would definitely check this place out! It will be well worth your time!

My experience with them didn’t go as I would have hoped. I Ordered my wedding dress last oct 2020 and didn’t get it until a year later. Their communication with me and even amongst their staff is horrible. I heard many different reasons why my dress was late. Voicemails and texts went unanswered and calls not returned. I could go on and on about the things that happened but to sum it up I’m beyond disappointed. They were great at the beginning and it went down hill from there. I started to worry once I saw other reviews saying the same thing I was dealing with and when I brought it up to them they told me those reviews were “fake”. I wish things were different. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is such an important thing for a bride to have and look forward to on her wedding day she needs to be able to trust those people she’s getting her dress from.

I got my wedding dress from off white bridal and they messed up on the dress I ordered. They got the color wrong and added beads. Not what I was expecting, but since my wedding was 2 weeks later I just went with it. Also, the on-site seamstress is an independent contractor that costs $$$ in addition to the dress. Its not free for alterations if its too big etc. I would be careful with what you order and allow plenty of time if you are more picky of what kind of dress you want.

Off White Bridal really saved me when it came to my wedding dress. The first time I went there I found such a beautiful dress, but I wasn’t quite sure it was the one. While waiting I ended up going to other shop to see what they had. I ended up getting talked into making a custom dress with them and after 8 ish months I ended up with the ugliest dress out there and I thought I would never find the perfect dress for the right price. I ended up going back to Off White Bridal and I found the most amazing dress and I couldn’t be happier with it. They really saved my wedding and I couldn’t be happier.

I never leave bad reviews but this has been so disappointing.My wedding is in a month now and I ordered this dress last September of 2020. It’s been over 7 months now since I ordered the dress. I was originally told that I’d be receiving this dress at the end of December 2020 and it is now April. I’ve asked multiple times when I would be receiving this dress and have all the messages showing I asked them and haven’t received any direct answer on when I would be. I’ve called in twice as well & it was always a new girl that said it was her first day and she couldn’t help me. All I have been told is that the dress has not yet shipped from Europe and they don’t know when it will.Since I do still need a wedding dress since this one never arrived and this company haven’t given me any information, I’ll have to find a last minute dress elsewhere. I’ll be reporting fraud with my bank for the deposit I paid since I haven’t received anything and it doesn’t look like I will. I can’t do anything with a dress after the wedding so I don’t expect there to be any more problems moving forward with being refunded. This has been very disappointing and frustrating, especially having to pay $1,000 up front to receive nothing.

I have never written a bad review until now. I did not receive my dress by my wedding date. I ordered my dress in July 2020 and the expected delivery date was in October. When it did not arrive in October I called once a month for 7 months to check on the status. Every time I called I was told it would be shipping that week and I would receive it in two weeks. One week before my wedding I called and asked for a refund since I hadnt yet received by dress and had to last minute get another dress. They told me I could not get a refund since it could still show up that week before my wedding. I told them this wouldnt work because I wasnt going to be able to get it altered or even bustled two days before my wedding. They still told me they could not refund me. Two weeks after my wedding and I still hadnt received my dress and I called to speak to the manager to talk about getting a refund. They told me to call back because the manager only works on Saturdays. I called two Saturdays in a row at two different times and the manager was not there. I left a message asking for the manager to give me a call at her convince. I had to call every week for over a month before someone was able to answer my question about getting a refund. When I finally did get ahold of someone (not even the manger) about the refund it didnt go through and I had to call back AGAIN for them to resubmit the refund.I am totally understanding with covid that I was not able to get the dress in time but it is the way the company went about the refund process that was unnecessary and unprofessional.

My best friend ordered her dress and veil from this company. Not only did she not receive her veil in time for her wedding, but the entire staff belittled her. Being the maid of honor I got to hear about every single time she called in to get and update. She was literally being criticized over the phone for simply trying to figure out why her veil is 8 months late. Then the company called her a week after her wedding and was like come get your veil like absolutely nothing had happened. Turns out the veil is cheap, and wouldn’t never have been worn either way. Fair warning: to anyone looking for these types of items, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Man I wish I hadnt gone here in the beginning because now my standards are too high!! I fell in love with a couple of the dresses I tried on here and Id have gotten one in a heartbeat if they werent so expensive 😭 the girl helping me was so sweet and helpful! I loved my experience there!!

Very upsetting, I was really looking forward to this store and I drove over an hour to get there. We called ahead and they said walk-ins are available for the time we wanted to look at their wedding dresses.We entered the store, no one was around to help us, so I called the store number while I was inside the store and they said no walk-ins, its appointments only. Thats fine.So we setup an appointment for later time that same day, waited outside for an hour, walked back inside and they said someone walked in without an appointment and since they got there a few minutes before our scheduled appointment it therefore kicked us out of our appointment and we had to leave. It was very unorganized and confusing.

I had a wonderful online experience with Ashley. She helped me get the dress I fell in love with even though I am a last minute bride. She explained and answered all my questions clearly and listened to my concerns. She even assisted me through placing my order and taking my measurements. Ashley really is the best!! She went above and beyond to make my experience stress free and fun!!

I am really disappointed in the response you get when trying to reach this store. I purchased a dress a couple years ago for my sons wedding and wanted to go back to purchase another for my other sons wedding. They closed their store that was located in Sandy and I have called multiple times to try and see if they still carry gowns other then Bridal gowns, if I can come into the SL location to look or whatever... Left numerous messages to NEVER have them call me back. I guess their business is doing well and doesnt need repeat customers. Super disappointed since my last visit in the Sandy Store years ago was so amazing. Definitely not the same staff!

Expect dress delays. Communication here wasnt the best. But they did manage to get my dress 7 days before my wedding. They were very accommodating once my dress came in a hustled to get my alterations done in a few hours. Kudos to them for busting butt to make it happen 👏. THANK YOU!

Julie is amazing!! I loved working with them my whole time during getting my dress they make it personable & fun and they actually care about you during the process of getting your dress . highly recommend!! Also the store has so much cute merchandise you can buy for all your bridesmaids and they have some cute jewelry as well you can use for your wedding as I did

In January of 2020 I ordered my bridal dress and received it in June of 2020 as they told me I would. I have no issues at this time and my expectations were met. But Off White will give you 50% off a veil if you purchase it through them. So in September 2020 I ordered a veil through them and was told it ship in 4 weeks and be ready for pickup in 6 weeks (the beginning of November). I paid my money and was told I should receive a confirmation once the designer receives it and when it ships. The sales women specifically told me she didnt understand why I was ordering it so soon when my wedding isnt until April 2021 and I might change my mind. When November came around I havent heart anything and waiting until the beginning of December to contact them as I was trying to be patient and had been specifically told by them that I had plenty of time. I contacted them multiple times throughout December with failed attempt after failed attempt. Finally in January I was able to get ahold of someone and they mentioned I never got confirmation and that I would like and update and expected date. The women stated that they didnt know where my veil was and she would update me. It took her another month and many failed attempts to contact them before she told me in Feb 2021 (two months before my wedding) that it says it should ship the end of February and they will call when it ships. Once again I didnt get a call and I called them middle of March for an update and she said it will ship soon. I continued to call for weekly updates (most often not getting through to anyone) to see what was going on. Two weeks before my wedding they said it has been sitting and waiting in shipping and thats just the way the world is so I shouldnt be worried because they arent worried. I waited one more week and then of course heard nothing back. Im pretty upset and worried at this point. Every time I called I was belittled and blamed for getting married during covid. Im a nurse. Trust me, I know what the heck its like to be struggling through the past year. Finally I called and aid we needed to make a plan because my wedding was in a week and they had no expected date. They said I could borrow one of their veils to wear and return it. I did end up borrowing a veil but there were only two options and didnt end up using it because it wasnt what I wanted. They text me a week after my wedding saying they got the veil. 8 MONTHS LATER. When I picked up my veil and returned the rental, they were jot apologetic and my husband was personally offended and irritated that the women helping us made comments about how we decided to get married during COVID. No refund was offered, no apologies, no professionalism and no kindness. REALLY disappointed. The previous women who helped me with my dress no longer works there. Good for her! And to top it all off, THE VEIL WASNT EVEN WHAT I ASKED FOR. 😡

There are much better shops in SLC, in my opinion...We made an appointment in July at 12pm on a Saturday and showed up 15 minutes early. There was nobody in the shop so we waited outside while another bride waited with her party as well. A woman finally arrived, frantically passed by us, and told us to wait until she could sanitize the store. We finally were shuttled into the shop, and the woman introduced us to the consultant, Ashley I believe was her name. Ashley took us upstairs to where the dresses were and told us to look around and see what I wanted to try on. First off, I only found maybe 5 or 6 non-ballgown style dresses that were under $2,000. So this was a bit disappointing, but nonetheless I was excited to try those 5 dresses on. The entire time I tried on the dresses, the consultant was ill tempered and seemed completely disinterested, and quite frankly irritated, that she had to be there. While I was in the dressing room, my sister and mother observed the consultant drop dresses on the ground and KICK them around whenever I would ask her for help with the dress I was trying and she was holding another dress. Despite both consultants bad attitudes, I remained cheery and tried on all the dresses I picked out. Needless to say we did not spend money here, as I have yet to have an experience even close to as negative as this one was at any other bridal shop. It was a huge bummer because the shop and its inventory was beautiful and we had really high hopes. The employees really seemed unhappy that day and it did not make for a positive shopping experience for us. I’d recommend either Mary’s Bridal, Fantasy Bridal, or The Perfect Dress instead. We had wonderful experiences at all three! It is a bummer that my experience at OffWhite was not as wonderful as it seems a lot of other brides have had here.

My fiancé had a wonderful time finding her dress here and loved the staff. However, when she received her dress we were fairly disappointed because upon needing alterations, they referred us to somebody, but at the try on they said that alterations would be included. Another thing they said that they didn’t follow through with was the fact that they could change where the sleeves ended to accommodate garments only to disappoint there as well. Just be weary that the dress may be a decent price, only expect to add a few hundred more for very small fixes that a lot of places would normally take care of their own. (Update) they responded taking no responsibility and blamed my bride about things the salesmen lied about. She was told by all the staff that the alterations were included then when they came to pick up they let her know in the receipt that it states they’re not included. Be aware that what they tell isn’t going to be held up. Read the fine print when you purchase.

What a beautiful boutique. Came here to help pick out a dress for my friend and it was such a sweet experience. Amazing dresses and everyone made sure she was going to be ready for her big day. Im coming back here for the dresses they sell in the shop level too which are great for any occasion 💕

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Ashley and Chelsea were incredibly helpful and so nice, and created such a comfortable environment. The dresses are extremely well priced, and there are so many unique and beautiful designs, my favorite I’ve been able to find in Northern Utah! The staff are so accommodating! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

I absolutely loved my experience at OffWhite bride. The selection was amazing (especially for UT). I really enjoyed my time with the staff, and they were so helpful. This was my second stop in looking for a dress- and I am so glad I did. The dress did come about two weeks late (but that is on the designer not the store). I recommend getting your dress early- and going to this store. I will be forever grateful to the staff for helping me find my perfect dress.

I said yes to the dress! This store was so fun and light hearted. The owner helped me and was so easy to work with and not pushy at all. To top it off, they had an amazing unique selection where I found my dress!!

They had a very wide variety to choose from and very friendly staff. The dresses are fairly pricey(regularly around $1100), but some sales make some of the dresses only $200!

I had the best experience at OffWhite bride. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was so easy and was done completely online. They had the time I wanted with just a 2 hour notice. I went to a few others store and hadnt found THE ONE yet. The selection was great at OffWhite bride, but the first dress I tried on was perfect. I tried on a few others, but they were not topping it. The girls fully jacked me up and I was able to really picture what the dress would look like with a few alterations. I was also by myself so the girls took lots of pictures and actually held the phone while I face timed my sister to say my official yes to the dress since she couldnt be there in person. It was a magical moment. I would definitely recommend going to OffWhite bride if you are in the market. The staff is amazing and the dresses are gorgeous; you wont be disappointed. I had the most AMAZING experience at this shop! All the ladies there were more than helpful in finding me the perfect dress. I was asked questions that I wouldnt have thought to ask myself when picking a final dress. They were so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do when I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I had the best time here with Lisa and Julie, and ended up picking an amazingly beautiful dress! Lisa helped me out as soon as we walked through the door until the second we left. She was very professional by making sure each dress was on and clipped back to give me the best image as well as maintaining a friendly personality and giving me much needed feedback about what I tried on and some tips on how to pick the right dress for me! She was 100% involved with me and my group of ladies the entire time and made me feel like I was the only bride-to-be there. All the dresses I tried on were great quality for a great price! I found my wedding gown here yesterday and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. Ashley helped me out and she was amazing. She never left my dressing room door so she was always there to help me get in or out of a dress. She pulled things that were exactly my style and offered her expert advice and opinions without pushing anything on me. She found my perfect dress and veil. Even as my appointment was coming to an end, she let me stay in my dress so I could really enjoy it. The whole staff was kind and involved and they made me feel important. We went to a few different bridal shops in the salt lake area and the staff at off white was by far the best. They took time to make sure my daughter found the perfect dress and made the experience amazing for her. Other shops didnt offer that one on one experience and they made you feel rushed. I had such a great experience at Off White! They had so many unique beautiful dresses that I hadnt seen at other bridal shops. One of the most important requirements I had for my dress was that it be a shade of blush. Other stores I had been to had very limited options of blush dresses and the ones they had looked nude and not blush. Off White had just what I was looking for. I tried so many dresses on and loved so many of them, which was the opposite problem I had at other bridal stores.Julie helped me and I cannot speak of her highly enough. She was the best! Not only did she help me find my perfect dress, but she helped my fiancé find hers! It was so nice to have someone that could say our dresses looked great together, since we wont see each others until the wedding.Off White provided a memorable and fun experience and I cant recommend them enough!

I contacted them multiple times about my sisters dress and they never responded. The dress arrived weeks late, and we missed the bridal photo shoot entirely. The ladies were nice in the store, but they totally dropped the ball on actually getting us the dress which was their main job. And for the PR person reading this post, OffWhite Bride sounds like youre describing the bride...not the dress. Which is a bit odd.

Off White by Bridal Expressions is seriously the BEST place to shop for a wedding dress. The atmosphere, service, selection, prices, and kindness is absolutely incredible. Bridal Expressions was fantastic. I went to a ton of dress stores, but this was the only one where the service was both attentive and helpful without being pushy about buying a dress. The attendants genuinely seemed interested in helping me find a dress. I started shopping pretty late and didnt end up buying my dress until a month before my wedding. Bridal Expressions worked hard to get me the dress I wanted with enough time for minor alterations and cleaning. Additionally, its a happy medium between dresses that look/feel cheap and dresses that cost a bundle.But I write this review because of what they did weeks after I bought the dress. I was supposed to drop off the dress a week before I needed it so they could clean and steam it. But I totally forgot about picking up my dress. I was going to be leaving to California on a Sunday and I didnt remember about the dress until 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They agreed to wait even after closing to give me my dress. I was so panicked but they were so understanding and accommodating.

My cousin’s wedding was a few months before mine, so when I started to think about shopping for my dress, I asked her. She and her mom both independently and emphatically told me to go here. We had a fantastic experience, and Ashley and I ended up chatting and having a great time as I went through options. They were amazing to make my 12 year old niece feel special and included, and they dug through spare buttons for quite some time to find a single button for my dress that has hundreds of buttons. I came back a few weeks later to ask a question and they were every bit as friendly and helpful, and remembered me and asked follow up questions. It was overall a great experience.

I had an amazing experience! They had a huge selection of dresses and all difference price ranges. Kelly didnt push me into anything either. She was there to help me try on the gowns and in the end I found the perfect dress for me! Little did I know, I was expecting! So i immediately called them and was able to get a bigger dress size. I later decided to postpone my wedding, and they were so helpful. My dress came in and they worked with me on pick up, since I had just had my baby! I highly recommend them, and cant wait for my big day!

Julie and Breanna are so great to work with. Not only are they patient and super helpful but they made my experience so much better after a not-so-great appointment at another bridal salon. Ive been to 5 to 6 other stores, but didnt find a dress that I felt comfortable and like a bride in. I love the selection of dresses Off White has! The staff know the selection and pulled some really good dresses that actually ended up being the final one I chose. I love how I looked and Im so grateful for Off White being flexible and working within my tight deadline.

After 3 hours of searching for a bridesmaid dress and having zero luck I decided I would give this place a shot before pushing my luck with online ordering. I wish I went here first! I went to both malls, 5 other bridal stores and everyone else could not be bothered to assist me. These were the only people that made me feel like I was a valued customer. I was shown options and even helped into dresses. They even helped take photos of me in the dresses to send to the bride. It ended up being a great experience! I highly recommend this to any bridesmaid struggling to find a dress or even a bride! I wish I went here to find my wedding dress, from what I saw the selections was amazing and unique. I went to like eight other wedding dress places before I came here. Honestly the thing that makes the biggest difference to me in a good bridal shop is the people helping me not being over the top or too pushy! I had two people helping me, went on a Thursday and it wasnt busy at all. I found my dress for 50% off and it was stunning!! They were very helpful and I thought they had the best selection of dresses that didnt break the bank!

Be careful going here. We went and the staff was rude. They told us someone just had covid there and she proceeded to spray the couch with glass cleaner acting like it was Lysol and turned the can so we couldn’t see that she just used glass cleaner to sanitize the couch. 🙄 don’t go here!

Tracey was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and gave us great info on every dress I tried on. They werent over-bearing and made me feel totally comfortable when trying on the dresses. They made a steasful process very easy! Julie was also very helpful and was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend Bridal Expressions for buying a wedding dress! We also plan on buying the bridesmaids dresses from here because they have such a great selection with so many colors!

I had such a great experience with Tracey at Bridal Expressions. I am just one of the brides maids and not the smallest of gals, but Tracey and the rest of the staff made me feel very comfortable. I was also able to get a fresh, honest opinion on my dress picks. Tracey understood my needs and helped me pick dresses to those specific requirements that I had. I have been to several dress shops over the last month or so and this one is just great!

I cannot give OffWhite Bride enough stars! Their customer service far exceeds the limit of 5! They helped me out last minute (only a few weeks before my wedding) after my dress was ordered erroneously with another company. I was devastated and thought I was going to have to settle for another dress after I had already fell in love with the one I had chosen. Chelsea kept great communication with me throughout the process; and Julie was AMAZING with her patience and diligence in ensuring that I would receive my dress on time! And they were still willing to help me out despite my panic and were so understanding. In other words, I was not only assisted with my dress, but given understanding and empathy in my time of need!

I saw that Bridal Expressions had very good reviews as far as the dress selection, so even though it had a couple bad reviews about customer service, I decided to make an appointment anyway.When I called, the woman who answered the phone was not friendly nor helpful. I was a bit put off but again decided it may be worth it to get the perfect dress.My daughter (the bride) and I arrived at 10:58 for our 11 am appointment. We were standing right next to the door. A couple minutes after 11 a woman walked up and without acknowledging us, she started opening the door.I was surprised but said good morning. She said that she needed to turn on the lights before we could go in and then walked in and shut the door behind her, leaving us waiting outside.We waited and joked about how absurd it would have been to actually let us in the store at our appointment time. After another five minutes, she walked up to the door, unlocked it without opening it, and walked away.At that point, so did we. I dont care how great the dresses are. If you cant even get the most basic decent customer service, it doesnt seem it could end anyway but badly.

I went in with my entourage looking for my wedding dress. It was the second store we tried and I was so thrilled we found it here. Chelsea was so excited with my sister and I, and extremely helpful. She knew the inventory so well and gave me everything I asked for, which was a lot. They even helped me find a bridesmaid dress while we were there, which I wasnt expecting. I will never recommend anyone else in the wedding dress business. Its a small, quaint little shop with beautiful gowns at a great price! They dont do alterations which is a bummer but they gave a list of recommendations for alterations which was so helpful. Thank you Bridal Expressions for a beautiful dress and a great overall experience!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing the staff at Off White Bridal Expressions are! The dresses here are stunning and you can tell right away how high quality they are!! Secondly, the staff is exceptional! My family and I felt truly cared for and Chelsea did the most fantastic job in helping me try on dresses and informing me about all the customizations that can be made. I’m excited to say that I said yes to the dress and found the dress of my dreams!! Wedding dress shopping is such a special moment for every bride and her family so I just want to say thank you for making me feel so welcomed and cared for. 100% would recommend this bridal boutique for any brides to be!

AMAZING!!! They ordered a dress in for me to try on, just to try it. I ended up loving it and that was the one I wanted. They had to hunt down the dress in my size and found the only one left in Europe. Im so glad they know the right people and were able to get me my dress in time! Julie and Chelsea were so helpful and friendly. They even remembered my name and my moms name several weeks later when we came back for a veil!!! I was so impressed! They recommended an amazing seamstress to help with the alterations to make the dress modest. I am so glad I went to here to get my dress!!! Thanks ladies for making my wedding day PERFECT

I don’t live in Utah, but made a special trip to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter for her upcoming wedding. We made appointments at several shops and this was the third shop we visited. I was very impressed with the wide variety of dresses available in this shop. The dresses were absolutely gorgeous. The dresses are neatly organized and the staff is very helpful. We were encouraged to try a few different styles on that we had not tried before and we had a great time. At the end of the day we narrowed our selections down to a few favorites. Julie was great about letting us come back and try on our favorites one more time and that made all the difference. I flew home to Texas knowing my daughter found her dream dress and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I felt cared for and respected at the beautiful boutique!! I found my dress in less than 30 minutes and LOVED IT. The dress and the staff made me feel like a real bride!! ❤️❤️

Horrible. Kind until they found out I needed to wait for my mother to be in town to purchase the dress; Julie said “what else are you waiting for your mommy to figure out for you?” Laughed at me when I told them my wedding was 4 months away and heard them whispering about me while I was in the dressing room. I have told everyone I know about my experience at Off White Bride and will continue to tell people about the derogatory and belittling staff. Would not recommend for someone who is looking for a pleasant wedding dress shopping experience.

My experience here was wonderful. I was a walk-in and was still treated wonderfully. Julie was very helpful and worked to help me stay in my very tight budget. She was very fun and super attentive! I would definitely recommend this place as well as Julie.

They have a ton of high quality wedding dresses at affordable prices. Ive bought my wedding dress from Bridal Expressions and very satisfied with their service on all aspects. First day out wedding dress shopping worked with Lisa, she was fantastic! (They all were great!) We actually left with the most beautiful dress my daughter is a very happy bride to be!!!

Bought my wedding dress from Off White and had the most amazing experience! I even got a custom veil for 50% off after buying my dress! The ladies are so sweet and remember me every time I walk in the door! I can’t wait for my beautiful dress to get here!

I would not recommend purchasing a dress from Bridal Expressions if you have any time restraints. My sister-in-law purchased her wedding dress there so we decided to take advantage of the 10% savings on the brides maids dresses. Our experience in the store was nothing special, we helped ourselves to trying on dresses and decided on a color and style with no assistance provided from the store. We ordered our dresses 11 weeks in advance with the woman there who took our measurements. We were told we would be called if a rush fee would be needed to get the dresses on time. We received no communication from Bridal Expressions. I called Bridal Expressions after 8 weeks and was told the dresses had not shipped and they would call me back. I received no return calls after calling for four consecutive days. We received the dresses week 10 and were told at the time of pickup that we needed to pay a rush fee for each dress. (Rush fee is for 8 week time frame) Granted it was only $45 but it was the lack of communication that frustrated me. I am also not sure what happened on the sizing, two of the dresses were 3-4 inches too big, and one dress was 1-2 inches too small. All of the dresses were about 6 inches too long. I did email the manager Chelsea who did respond with a time line and told me we should have ordered our dresses earlier.

Bridal Expressions is very professionally ran with a very helpful staff and a great amount of dress options. They went above and beyond when I was looking and even though I didnt buy from their store, I still appreciate how hard-working and friendly they were to me and my team of dress hunters. Tracey and Julie are fab, do recommend!

We stopped in to see if there was anything that would interest me enough to make an appointment worthwhile. The two women behind the counter acted annoyed that I would come in without an appointment (gasp) when there was only one other bride in the shop. We promptly moved on after a quick glance at their small selection.

Julie was absolutely amazing . She went above and beyond to help find the perfect dress for my niece . She was happy and positive and talked us through any concerns and came up with solutions for most of them, even though it wasnt in her job description. Absolutely wonderful experience . Would highly recommend !!! Made it a positive, happy experience.

Had a terrible experience here. Tried to make alterations and they messed the whole dress up and didn’t get it back for 4 months later than they had told me. Then after getting it redone and still not what was wanted, it still wasn’t finished and I couldn’t get all the alterations they had previously promised me. The dresses were too expensive for what they are.

I found a very unique wedding dress that fit me and my personality, perfectly. The dresses were very reasonably priced. I had some trouble with the alterations that were done by an outside company, but when I brought my dress back to Bridal Expressions to have it dry cleaned before my wedding date, they fixed the botched alteration. They went above and beyond to make sure my dress was perfect. Everyone at this shop was friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend Bridal Expressions to anyone who is in need of a wedding dress. They also have a cute collection of prom dresses.

I found my dress here. I had a hard time finding colors I loved but here everything was beautiful. The prices are reasonable also. The prices were anywhere from on sale to a little over $1,000. Shaylee was a great help.Totally recommend! : )

Wow!!! Seriously Julie restored my faith in the bridal industry. I was shocked how mean and pushy so many vendors have been. Finally someone who cared and even stayed late to make sure I was happy with zero pressure. The price is perfect and she is a blast to work with. Bridal Expressions has been hands down one of the best experiences about my wedding thus far! There are two gals in there that are FANTASTIC, they dont quite remember my name but I only have to say a few things and they know my situation precisely. Everything was done in a timely manor, the tailor that they recommended did an amazing job! And to top it all off I got a steal of a deal on my dress! I will for sure be bringing my sisters there first when its time for them to look for a dress.

I found the perfect dress for my big day at Bridal Expressions! They spent quality time with me trying on dress after dress until I found the ONE! They have a great selection and the best staff! I went in here with my best friend to try on some dressed for her wedding. We made an appointment 4 days in advance. We were the only 2 people in the shop the entire time.Breanne helped us and at first seemed helpful. She asked a few questions about styles of dresses and her budget. She let us know that some dresses were on sale and that she wouldnt have too many that would be in our budget of $1,000 and asked us if we went to the mall yet because they have cheaper dress ( that was a rude comment in my book). She also suggested that she try on bridesmaid dresses since they are cheaper and can be ordered in white (another weird comment, shes looking for a bridal gown, not just a dress).She then chose maybe 2 dresses to show my friend that werent even at all like she said she was looking for and then she never again tried to help find a dress. She left us looking around the store on our own. Then when it was time for her to try on the dresses she just said to push the button when she needed help. When my friend went into the dressing room, Breanne walked back to her desk and didnt come back until she heard my friend coming out. She didnt once offer to help her put her dress on or anything. She actually made us feel like we were a burden to her or we were interrupting her work ( we were the only ones there this whole time). When my friend came out she didnt once straighten her train or give her feedback on the dresses.Overall it was a really weird, quite and quick trip that left my friend feeling like she wasnt important and that we were interrupting her work. I will never recommend this place.

Love this place! After visiting many different stores I found my wedding dress here and its perfect! The staff was very kind and helpful and they had a great selection of beautiful dresses.

My fiance and I went to Bridal Expressions after we visited average 5 bridal boutiques but not found any dress that match with our desires. Our consultant was the best. She guided us to select the right dress that fit on my body and she was also suggested the sweet dresses for my bridesmaids. The prices were reasonable and my fiance loved my dress and those bridesmaid dresses. Were walked out from Bridal Expressions with smiles on our faces. Thank you.

Not great service, first woman we spoke to when we walked in quickly brushed us off when I mentioned I wanted to possibly make part of my dress. One woman was helpful but for the most part we were on our own. Maybe it is the subculture in the area I dont know, but it was disheartening. There was a chance for a sale even though I would be shipping it back to the east coast but I would rather support a bridal business that took time to educate the bride and make her feel special during this experience.

This is place was SO great. Excellent customer service! They opened up for my girl on a Sunday just so that us bridesmaids could see her try on her dream dress.

I have never been treated so poorly. If you are looking for a dress there are so many other places to go. These people are just plain rude. I suggest visiting Danis Bridal on 9101 S. Redwood Road. The owner (Dani) is awesome and will take great care of you.

I was hesitate to buy from this store at the first time but I really amazed by their friendliness customer support and unique wedding dresses collection so I decided to buy from here.
