Wow. Just wow! I am so happy with my wedding dress alterations. The service is amazing and affordable. I even brought a bridesmaids dress here to get altered as well. I would say that my alterations were not super straight forward because I was altering the design of the dress and it was done just the way I wanted. Couldn’t be happier. Cannot wait to wear it for my wedding. 💕

My experience with Perfect Fit Alterations and Bridal was amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend using this business for any of your altering needs. I came in with a strapless wedding dress and Connie was able to add long sleeves and make it look amazing!! She was so professional and so fast. Her attention to detail is amazing. Connie wouldnt stop working on the dress until everything was perfect. I have gotten so many compliments on my dress and it is all thanks to Connie!!

My wedding dress was two sizes too small and I could not sit down in it when I first brought it to The Perfect Fit Alterations and Bridal. Making a dress smaller is easy but making a dress larger is not. She was able alter my dress perfectly to my curves and I was able to actually SIT DOWN at my wedding. The owner is a little hard to understand but her work is phenomenal! I would highly recommend going to The Perfect Fit Alterations and Bridal.

Connie is so so so amazing! She was great to work with. She built the whole top of my dress from strapless to modest. It blended so perfectly. It look like it came like that!! I will refer her to everyone I know. She impressed me so much. She also was so fast and got it done really quick when I needed the dress sooner than I thought! Go to her if you want your dress to be amazing!

Connie was seriously the best to work with on my wedding dress! She took my gown in from a size 12 to a 0 and it looked like it was made that way. Not only that, but she swapped out the zipper for a corset back, added a bustle, altered the length, and dry cleaned and steamed the dress to perfection. It looked brand new and made for me! Not only was it perfect but the price was amazing. Anywhere else wouldve charged me double and probably still wouldnt have lived up the quality of Connies work. She was also super fast, I was never worried I wouldnt have my dress done on time, and she was always sure to double check my wedding date every time I came in and asked for more things (which I did every time I came in, I think, she was so awesome to work with all the things I kept asking for). Connie is the best, bottom line.

Highly, highly recommend this place! My dress was sized too big and it was too late to order a different size before my wedding. She fitted my dress to the perfect size for me. I was a little picky and she was so precise and patient with my requests. She does phenomenal work! Thank you!!

Connie is amazing. I had the opposite issue of most women in Salt Lake City- I had a temple ready gown that needed to be restored to its former hedonistic glory. Not only was she able to complete the work in a short amount of time, she did it for a few hundred dollars when a different local tailor quoted me $1500 for the same job. She knows what shes doing.

My favorite jacket of 5 years was failing me. My zipper was not working anymore and both pocket liners were ripping. She not only fixed them beautifully, she gave me advice on how to wash and properly care for it, so I can have it for another 5 years! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I had my wedding dress altered here, it was perfectly done! I ordered a dress to fit my measurements but it didnt fit when it arrived. She took inches from the sides and and about two inches off the length. She had the dress about 8 weeks and I had one fitting after the initial one. I put $50 down when I left her the dress and paid another $160 when it was finished. My dress was strapless and for my entire wedding day, I didnt have to pull it up once, even when dancing! I would recommend Perfect Fit to anyone with wedding dress needs!

Connie did such an amazing job with alterations on my bridal gown. I had previously went to David’s Bridal, but they said that they couldn’t do the work that I wanted done. Connie at Perfect Fit Alterations and Bridal immediately was able to do what I wanted (that David’s Bridal said wasn’t possible). I was SO happy with the quality of work. She was wonderfully skilled and so kind.

I was 4 weeks away from my Wedding. I just got my dress back today 2 weeks till. I am very satisfied with my dress. Alterations done on the chest and shoulders. It looks great! She also will go down on the price if you ask her, not a lot but some. A Plus

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. My fiancee and I went to Perfect Fit Alterations with high expectations and excited. She found a beautiful dress that looks incredible on her and it needed minor alterations on the hem. Let me break down the experience for you:First, we walked into the store and were barely even acknowledged. The owner did not care that we were there or try to get to know us at all.Second, after putting the dress on, she came out and waited for the owner to come over. She tried explaining what alterations she wanted but the owner did not listen to a single word. She started talking about how many layers the dress was made of so altering anything on the upper portion of the dress would be expensive and hard to do.Third, she tells my Fiancee that she should just buy another dress. This was not only offensive, but downright uncalled for. We love the dress and it looks incredible in it. Her opinion was unprofessional and rude.Fourth, another client called while she was having the dress looked at and the owner went and picked it up. She didnt ask for a name or anything like that, but asked for a number like she was running a laundromat. She then promised to give her a call back when she was done with the client in the store and hung up. This proved to me that the bride didnt matter, but the business was not about customer experience, but about the numbers.Fifth, after awkwardly mumbling to herself for about 3 minutes, she tells my Fiancee that she needs to lose 10 pounds. I was FURIOUS. It was not productive and had nothing to do with the alteration of the dress. Even if you take cultural differences into account, this is still absolutely unacceptable.Sixth, she did not make a single measurement or write anything down during the entire appointment. When asked how much it would cost, she started mumbling that THE ALTERATION THAT WE DIDNT ASK FOR would cost about $300, but then she started talking to herself and bouncing the number back and forth. We just let her talk and talk and talk until finally she walked back to her sewing machine and pretended we werent there. We looked at each other in disbelief, and grabbed the dress and got out of there.We have since brought the dress to Betsy Couture Wedding Gowns, honestly feeling a little disheartened about our previous experience, and our attitude completely changes when Betsy REALLY listened to what we wanted. She laid our all of the options and gave us so many suggestions for our wedding. It was incredible. She spoke to us like she truly cared about the success of our wedding and about making my Fiancee happy. It was unbelievable how different the experiences were. It was night and day.I do not write reviews unless I feel very strongly about letting other people know about how great my experience was, but also warn others about the opposite so that they dont have to experience the stress and unnecessary emotional turmoil that I had to endure. DO NOT GO HERE. You will not be listened to. You will not come out feeling confident about your wedding dress being in good hands. You will be nothing but a number in a sea of other numbers. I would STRONGLY recommend that you go anywhere else besides here.

I couldnt be more happy with the results. 2 weeks til my wedding I was freaking out because my dress didnt fit. I found this place on Google, had a lot of good reviews. Went in for a fitting and 3 days later my dress is ready and fits like a glove. She is speedy and does great quality work and at a decent price. I highly recommend this place.

My experience with Perfect Fit Alterations and Bridal was not a good one at all! I am not the kind of person to normally write reviews on things, but I hope I could help someone from having the experience I did. Also I normally would never talk harshly upon a small business owner, seeing as my whole family are small business owners. But my experience with the owner was not professional at all! She was very nice and seemed to care, but her work showed otherwise. I gave her my wedding gown 10 weeks before my wedding date and informed her that I would need a temple fill on my gown. Davids Bridal told me it would take 8 weeks but the price was too high so I asked Perfect Fit. She said she would do it for half the price and could get it done in 5 weeks. I supplied her with all the necessary fabrics that matched my gown perfectly. She ended up forgetting my wedding date, and forgot everything I asked her to do initially which costed me more than what Davids Bridal had quoted me. I had to pick up my dress AN HOUR before I got married on my wedding day! I had to cancel my bridals with my photographer all because she forgot my wedding day. Davids Bridal quoted me an estimated amount of $400 to do my alterations in 8 weeks. Perfect Fit quoted me $200 in 5 weeks. I paid $500 + having to buy $100 worth of fabric for her and it took her 10 weeks!!! Plus she was going to charge me $50 extra for something she wanted to do on her own without my opinion. I will NEVER go to Perfect Fit again! It was a complete waste of time and money, and caused weeks of unnecessary stress just right before my wedding!

She doesnt speak English. I could not communicate what I wanted altered. It would make me nervous to give my dress to someone that I cant express what I want to. Who knows what the end result would be! She was very negotiable on pricing.

Really good job for the right price. Im satisfied with the price and service.
