Would give ZERO stars if possibleWeve been unable to use our system since it was installed a month ago. Weve had over 6 agents come out to our house (more than one a week, sometimes twice in a day) and the system is still causing issues.The information on the panel is still not the same as the information on the app (despite uninstalling and reinstalling over 20 times).We have gotten different information from each technician who has come to our house. Some have been super rude and defensive about the system which doesnt work.Weve had 2 instances where the technician has not even shown up after having to rearrange my work schedule to meet their 4 hour time window.Do not recommend at all!

After the initial install taking more than 4 months to complete we are finally up and running thanks to randy. No thanks to ADT and the extra charges and creepy people who did the initial install and having to sweep our house for hidden cameras. Can’t believe how much we paid and then ADT keeps charging US to finish the install. Would never recommend ADT to anybody.

They sent Brett over a few days after I called. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to up-sell at all and showed genuine concern for my safety as well as kept cost in mind before making any extra suggestions. Everything was installed quickly. He was awesome and has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is set properly and that I feel safe. Seriously great service and genuine employees.

Michael was phenomenal! He helped us get what we needed and didnt press us to do more than that because we honestly didnt need that right now. He helped us every step of the way, was honest and straight forward, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable about his product and why we needed the exact items we purchased. Absolutely would recommend them every single time!

Worst experience ever. Nothing was as I was told. A supervisor promised my gift cards would come with in 7 days. While filling or the paperwork to get the gift card it says it takes 6 to 8 weeks! On top of that you have to send money to them for them to send you a gift card. Never in my life have I had to send money to get a gift card! The technician was very friendly but failed to mention there were prorated charges until i was on the phone confirming my services. He said I didnt have enough equipment credit to install cameras and suggested I purchase camerasand install them and then I would have cameras. Also I was never told there is a 3 year contract until I was on the phone with customer service confirming my service. I have never been so disappointed in getting services before in my life.

My home is secure. Though there are some areas I would like sensors. I do wish companies would stop with the contracts. If someone likes the service they will stay. Monthly monitoring could be cheaper as well.. Protected.

What an awful company lost my apartment and home so I have no place at the moment for their services yet they still make me pay over a grand for the contract I cant use im homeless have nothing left and this horrible company doesnt care

After purchasing our first home my fiance and I thought we were doing the right thing by seeking out ADT Security. I saw an ad advertising $27.99 a month with a gift card rebate that essentially gives you your installation for free! Sound too good to be true? It is. We called and set up a consultation, and potential installation. A sales technician came to our home and told me about all of the bells and whistles he wanted to do in the house. That hes a manager and he is going to do things no ther technician could! Cameras, sensors, yadda, yadda. Never mentioning price, at which point I decided I should probably ask! He then told me cost per month would be around $59 a month, which is double what we were quoted. The promotional pricing they were offering, we did not even qualify for. They just use that as a bait and switch to get into the home. Even with original pricing being off the table, we were still interested in adt service. So without signing anything, or really letting us know what we were getting into, the technician proceeds to cut a hole into my wall as he is telling me about all the thousands of dollars of equipment hes going to hook me up with. That makes my mind wonder, how can they install thousands of dollars of equipment with no formal agreement? Well there is a formal agreement no one tells you about. There is a 36-month contract ADT chooses to leave out of their bait and switch sales pitch. Upon finding out the service will be over double the price and a three-year contract, I told the technician we are no longer interested. He proceeds to call his boss from my phone to tell him we are canceling due to not knowing of the contract. I can then hear his boss, Sean on the other end of the phone LOUDLY complaining about how stupid my fiance and I must be. I was appalled. The technician then gives me a phone number to call regarding the damage and says not to worry about the hole in the wall, they will have a superhero out to fix it right away! Not to worry at all, this sort of thing happens all the time! Well that was a lie so that he could get out the door leaving behind a huge hole in the wall of our brand new home. Upon calling ADT we find out we need to have three licensed contractors come give us a quote, and we can then submit those quotes for PROCESSING . They may not even repair it!! So I now have a six inch hole by my front door, and its going to be a very long process to get it fixed IF ADT will even cover it. After finding this out, I then call Sean back to let him know what Im running into. I was hoping he would be of some help or at least be understanding. Instead I was SCREAMED at by this man who was supposed to be some sort of authority figure representing ADT. Instead of apologizing or offering some sort of support, he screamed at me for being stupid and not knowing that there was a 36-month contract, that we should have stayed on the phone after we ended the conversation with the representative to listen to a recording that would have informed us up there 36 month contract. (So after we said goodbye to the sales representative we should have stayed on the phone to listen to a recording that no one mentioned and it was our fault for not doing so) I was also screamed at because they are based out of Salt Lake City and they drove over an hour and a half to come do an installation and we canceled and how dare we? This man may have been certifiably insane. He was so irate and so elevated, I have never encountered anything like this ! I cannot stress enough, I have never ever in my life run into anything like this. I wanted ADT for added safety and now because I let them into mt home I am fearing for my safety and have significant damage to the interior of our new home. I almost feel violated.I WISH I NEVER LET THEM INTO MY HOME.This was a nightmare.

We had a terrible experience with this ADT dealer. First the installer came and put in the monitoring box and then went over all the pricing which was so different from their ad or what we were told over the phone. We went back and forth and finally decided we didnt like being lied to so we said we didnt want the system. The installer then said hed call his boss, whoever that was, and the boss threw in a few keychain systems and said they would give us three months of service in the form of a refund after we signed up. Well our $100 rebate was denied and then our so called three free months was never a real thing. I like the system and ADT so far but this authorized dealer is a joke. Find a different dealer who deals in honesty.
