I hired Peak Alarm to install a new camera security system in my gym. During installation the technicians cut ALL of my existing CAT5 wires in the attic without asking or telling me about it. One of the wires they violated was our WIFI to the back section of the building. I started receiving numerous complaints from our members and our treadmills (which run off WIFI) went down. The salesman from Peak Alarm suggested it was my internet provider and called Xmission and got me a quote for new service. I ended up switching service providers, which was 3x more monthly than my old provider. I had to bring the fiber into our building and purchase a new router. This process took about 4 weeks. Once the switch was made, I thought everything would be great, but it wasnt. The WIFI still was not working. It took hours of trying to figure out the problem and we had to purchase a toner to test the wires. Once we discovered the cut wires, I called the Peak Alarm salesman right away. He said hed contact the owner of the company. With no response from the owner we went and bought new CAT5 wires and ran it ourselves. When the owner did reach out, his response was to have my IT department run new wires and send him the bill. After sending him a message of everything that we went through, he replied with I dont know what to say . Thats it and I havent heard anything since. I will never use this company again.

Was a client of peak alarms for a couple of years. Through those years I have received two business full security info, including their passwords, schedules, and codes. I can even provide these businesses info if they deny it. They have overcharged me, lied to me, and ultimately sent me to collections agency while trying to cancel the account. They then gave me the offer to bring my account if I signed a new contract. Best to go somewhere else because theyre just a gigantic scam with fake reviews.

I enjoy working with Peak Audio and Alarm because their staff is so knowledgable and they are so professional. Daren, my contact/sales person is spot on with his responses to me. He is knowledgeable about his companys products but takes all the information back to the design engineers to make the project complete and accurate with options - which I appreciate.The installation and service is beyond anything I have experienced as a customer in many, many years.This company wanted to do right by me and kept costs manageable while providing me the best equipment.Daren was beyond responsible and knowledgeable and Ron, who headed my installation project was extremely competent and reliable.I appreciated that the sales deferred to the installation person, Ron to know exactly how to implement the engineered design. Such a professional company with complete followup. I highly recommend working with this company

My alarm installers Eric and Devin were amazing. They showed up on time and when the part that had been ordered for my system was incorrect, they drove 30 miles to go pick up the correct part and came back to finish the job, staying well after hours. They were polite, showed me how to use the system and thoroughly answered all my questions and even moved the motion detector that was originally installed (by someone else several years earlier) in a place I didn’t like. I wish more service and installation technicians at other companies and other industries could deliver this type of service. Thank you Devin and Eric for making my night better and helping me feel good about the alarm company I chose.

I had been with peak alarm for over 30 years and decided to leave peak to bundle everything with One of their competitors to save some money. They convinced me that their system was compatible or better than my current service.with Peak Alarm. I took the plunge, Peaks well known competitor came over and pulled all of Peaks system out before checking to see if it was going to be compatible with my home. To make a long story short not only was it not compatible but I soon found that their system was far inferior to my current service with Peak alarm. There was no way I could change over and feel protected. It was definitely not worth Changing to a new provider. To save a few dollars. I was then informed that if I did not go with their service II would have to pay Peak alarm to put their system back together. To say the least I was not happy. I called Peak alarm told them my situation and they immediately came to my rescue. Not only did they come out right away to restore the system they did not charge me for the several hours it took to put it back together. Amazing customer service and I learned the hard way that Peak Alarms system is far superior than their competitors. Thank you so much Peak alarm I hope to be with you for another 30

I’ve worked with Joe Farro on several occasions and have found him very responsive, accommodating and detailed. I have also spoken with a couple office staff employees and onsite technicians and have found the same to be true with all of them. I feel they do honest work and have honest prices as well. I recommend their services!

Worst company to deal with!! One department transfers you to another & they still cant figure out what the problem is! The tech I dealt with (Greg) is rude and barely audible! IF you want an alarm company you can rely on - Peak Alarm is NOT the one for you!

He was very quick to assess and repair the troubled Zone. At one point I actually saw him jogging back and forth to provide quicker service. Now thats impressive! Peak alarm is superior! I had a camera system installed over 10 years ago with these guys at my home and my business. I also had a home theater and audio system installed. Peak alarm left my place of employment with a broken alarm ringing for over two days (48+ hours). Calling the incident irritating is a massive understatement, it nearly brought us to a grinding halt.We are currently shopping for a new security provider. If they take over two days to make a repair, what kind of response can we expect in an emergency?Peak has lost all my confidence with their awful repair service.9/25/2017: Peak got their 2nd chance and did much better. Now, a little over a month later the same thing happened and it only took about 8 hours to get it repaired. A vast difference over 3 days but still..... Isnt one of the key points about an alarm or security company the speed of their responses?

These guys actually KNOW what they are doing. My job has required me to move from state to state and I have needed to get security at my new residence every time. Peaks people actually answer their phones and they know what they are talking about---Hands down--. I have never worked with any other security company as professional as this one.
