This service department is honest unlike the Bountiful location. Beware when going to the bountiful location (which is not connected to this Nissan dealership). I would rather drive the extra distance and to another county to go to this location where they are honest, accommodating and truly care than go to Bountiful Nissan. This place is legit.
I went in for routine maintenance and when I left my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. The service manger Oliver had the car readmitted immediately and Brad and Ammon were amazing to communicate with while they worked on my car to resolve the issues. I appreciate them a standing behind the Nissan and Garff name. These guys are the BEST!

The salesman Tyler and the finance director Skyler are the best people to work with!!! Purchased a vehicle from these guys and it was an awesome experience. Went to a couple other dealers and had the typical horrible experience, pressured, and giving the run around. When we settled on my Pathfinder Tyler brought it to me to do the paperwork and picked up my trade in, saving me the 30 minute drive. We had a LOT of work done to our daughters Nissan Rogue - including a new transmission. The work was done quickly and we were made aware of every step of the way. Totally blown away by the video Brad sent showing us everything that needed to be done - Ive never experienced that type of thing before and found it incredibly helpful. Spending as much as we had to spend was a much easier pill to swallow with the incredible customer service and attention. Bravo, guys!! I was really impressed with the communication that Ken Garff Nissan made! The representative Daniel did a great job to fill me in about everything that was happening during the service. The minute I dropped off my car, I didnt have to wonder how much something would be or what they were going to do to fix my car. It was a quick fix and everything went smoothly.
I needed an emergency oil change. They fit me at 7 am, did the oil and tires, and replaced the rear breaks that were below 2mm, all by 8:30. In and out and on the road to Colorado Springs. Great team!!

The team at Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake City worked not one but two miracles for us. Were missionaries from PA and needed a 12+ passenger van. Miracle 1: Due to the recent chip shortage, they were the only team across America able to find us one. Within one days notice, we flew to Salt Lake City to pick up a beautiful, barely used 2016 Nissan NV Passenger Van ready for us to drive away. They even installed a towing package for us with no notice at all. Miracle 2: At no fault of their own, our Vans radiator broke driving it back home to PA in 100+ degree weather. They worked with another Nissan Dealer to get us immediate service and paid for all of our towing and repairs. Honestly, we couldnt have worked with better people. I have tears of thankfulness just writing this review. Going forward, we will fly to them for all of our vehicle purchases and we recommend you consider the same!
Great dealership. After almost buying from a different dealership I was glad I came here. It was refreshing to get solid numbers and true pricing. They did add a theft protection charge I didnt expect when seeing online prices, but its probably worth the 5 years of theft protection service that comes with it.

Our salesman Paul was amazing. We were buying an inexpensive used car for our teenage daughter. We had put down a deposit on a car that turned out not to be right for us, and Paul spent a good five hours helping us find another vehicle so we wouldn’t have to eat the deposit. He even drove us down to another lot owned by the same dealership on the far other side of town. This was not an expensive purchase and because of this, I’m guessing the commission on it wasn’t huge. Regardless, we got the white glove treatment the whole time. Paul did everything he could to ensure we found exactly the right vehicle at the right price and was incredibly patient with us. He was also just a straight up really good guy. After a bad experience with another Nissan dealer in town, these guys hit it out of the park.

The sales person I met with, Vlad, was awesome, and I have absolutely no complaints about him. My problem is that the car I bought has a bad transmission, which needs to be replaced, per Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake. A car with such a problem should NEVER have been listed for sale before the necessary repairs were made! But, instead of taking care of the problem, you chose to just pass it on to the buyer! Legal? Yes. Ethical? No!

It was a horrible experience. I went in for a recall. They scheduled me for about a week after I called them in order to make sure I had the parts. When I got to the dealer they noted some other items which were not necessary and would have been far cheaper elsewhere but since the car was in I got the work done. At the end of the day they informed me that I would need to come back to get the recall done because they didn’t have the parts for the recall. A complete waste of time and excess expenditure and they didn’t do the work.
The experience was awesome I new the truck I wanted went in talked to Jackson got approved and was out of there in awesome time

Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at any dealer. NAP In Taylorsville were very unprofessional and LHM Honda was very pushy for the sale. Nick and Skyler really knocked it out of the park over at KG Nissan. Didn’t feel any pressure, they were very polite, and even after I paid and left with the car Skyler called me saying he was able to get me a lower rate. They take care of their customers when looking at cars and even afterward you buy. Hats off to you two!

THis was by far the worst customer service. My husband went in and was treated HORRIBLY BY both the girl at the desk and the manager. The manager came out and tried to scare him and treated him so awful. We have had problems with our NV 3500 and they couldnt find it. We needed a rental and he was fighting with my husband on who was going to pay for the rental! It was absurd! Our van is still making weird noise, and they didnt fix the problem. ITS BRAND NEW! We were definitely not impressed with the attitude and treatment we received as customers who had just purchased a very expensive vehicle. We buy all our vehicles from Garff, as we know the Garffs personally. And we were very disappointed in our experience here.

I took my care to get fixed at ken garff nissan in Salt lake because my A/C wasnt blowing cold air they told me it was probably my Freeon but i told them i didnt think it was that so they filled it up and it worked for 2 days and they charged me $300. It quit working so i took it back and they said it was the condensor but i had extended warranty so i asked them if they were going to refund me back my $300 i had payed for something that wasnt caused by the freeon which was the condensor and they said no we had to fill it anyways so you are still going to get charged for that, i asked to talk to the person in charge to get my money back they said they would have him call me back and i never heard from them again. so much for how they treat there customers cant even respond a call back. i will never take my car there again.

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and it was like new! I got a great deal, a great financing experience, and great service from a very friendly and helpful staff.
They were very friendly and attentive during the purchasing process. Now that we need their assistance with an issue post sale, the same quality of service of course is not there. We should not have to keep calling back because we are put on hold and the line mysteriously disconnects. Once, understandable but multiple times suggests it is deliberate.Update. I went back to this lot to potentially trade in a vehicle. Figured I’d try to work with them again. The numbers didn’t work out and that is not an issue. The sales person I met with Frank, is awesome. However trying to deal with this company when it is not related to a sale is an absolute joke. I’m trying to cancel a GAP waiver so I can sell my vehicle to a different dealership and instead of getting the help that is needed we get “why didn’t you call months ago”? Great question we’ve been calling to get assistance with a lost title that eventually required help from the DMV. No one here was able to give a clear answer but they have giving the run around down so it should have been expected that getting help with the gap waiver would be the same song and dance.“We hear you”.....if you are making a purchase.

My experiences with Ken Garff auto Nissan Salt Lake, has been nothing short of horrible I’ve come to visit them about a problem with my seat in my new car twice and they said they would get the part for me and repair the car I go there and wait for one hour and they come out and say all the parts wrong we have to re-order so I still have a bad problem with my seat then they promised me that they send a license for my car in the mail and I’ve had to get a temporary license for twice for two months and still I have not received my license plate it expires tomorrow and they haven’t done anything to help me they told me to come back Monday and if I got a ticket in the meantime they would pay for the ticket and it wouldn’t go on my record I don’t think that’s very ethical…!

Our salesman did great during the sales transaction. Just feel a little less now that the transaction is completed. Watch out for dealer fees such as doc fee. They charged for about 4 hours of doc fees but completed most everything while we were there. Not that excited. On top of that we have about 1400$ of repairs that need done.

Very happy with my experience buying a van at Ken Garff. I was looking for a specialty item (a 4x4 large van) and they were able to fit my needs. I was very happy with the way that Jackson was able to help me. If there were any questions I had he either knew the answer or got it for me quickly. Happy with Jackson, Skyler, and the rest of the team there.

Im very happy with my service experience here. I had reservations about the work they proposed, but then I noticed the improved performance in my car. They also performed it more quickly than I expected, and did some additional work around a recall that I had not been made aware of by the dealership I purchased from. Kind of makes me wish Id purchased from them in the first place.
