They were easy to make an appointment with rather than having to wait two weeks. They were very professional and completed the work in 1/2 the time originally quoted. They were respectful of our need to wear masks and went the extra mile by registering the vehicle for us when we requested it. Despite being short staffed, Jay was very patient and accommodating. Excellent service!We loved the “video tour” of the service performed. Terrific idea!!
As always, they did an amazing job. I love the multi point inspection they do with the oil change and even find a nail in my tire and repaired it. I didnt know it was included in the cost. The 3 oil changes for $109 is the best deal around for my Honda civic and even includes tire rotation and a car wash. I mean come on, such a great deal and they are very thorough and they have a free shuttle service.
The service writer was ready and nice, first thing in the morning. Hw explained everything and was not in a rush to get to the next customer. I was offered a ride, but I was going to wait. The building was clean and quiet. The repairs were do e sooner than. I was told which was very nice. The car looked like nothing was touched.
Had a great experience with Ken Garff Honda. I worked with Gerardo to buy my new car and he was very helpful and friendly in every step from the time I called to the time I drove my new car off the lot. 2021 is a tough time to buy a car, but I feel like Gerardo made the entire experience comfortable.
I started bringing my car to this place for maintenance after I purchased my step moms car..since it had a history of maintenance there, I just kept it up. I do not regret it one bit. They always take great care of me and the pricing is good too!
They made it a seamless experience. We had to order in the odyssey because of the microchip shortage, it was about 4 months, but I was kept up to date the entire process. We were able to do financing ahead of time and we were in and out faster than expected.
Adam was my tech car inspector and Joe Baker was the register check-in person. They were both efficient, addressed all my concerns and friendly! Loved the inspection video and that I could make an appointment so easily. I even had some hot chocolate. I did buy the 3 oil change checkup package for $109. Great savings!
We love Ken Garff! We’ve bought two cars from them, and both experiences were fantastic, especially compared to past frustrations with other dealers. Their service center is also wonderful, and I continue to drive across the valley to bring my car in because they take such good care of us. Love the friendliness upon arrival, the prompt and thorough communication about what is happening with my car, the ease of selecting which services we want to go through with, and the ability to ask questions via text when I need more info. This most recent time especially they really went above and beyond my expectations and were so gracious about it, never making my requests seem inconvenient.

As always, I was very pleased with the service performed on my 2013 Honda Accord as it was prompt and thorough. I was a little concerned, however, that in the email estimate I was sent, it appeared that a replacement of all of my tires was being recommended - which I declined. I was told later that the tires were about half worn. I believe that I would be better served if only repairs that are reasonably needed were recommended by the service center rather than repairs that seem to be promotional.
They did great. Just for feedback, I don’t like it how when I go in for service I just stand there for 2 minutes while everyone ignores me (maybe even 5 minutes). Please at least acknowledge me and let me know that someone will be with me but there is a small wait. Then I would be ok with waiting up to 5 minutes. But just walking in and being ignored can be infuriating
Very friendly & accommodating. Dropped in to get the oil changed & they did it right away. The bad weather was a plus because people canceled & service took the car in without hesitation. They sent texts with service reps phone numbers & a video of the service check narrated by the tech a out what they were checking & the condition of the car. That was super cool & informative. Will schedule an appointment ahead next time. Great experience. Highly recommend.
These guys are awesome! I just bought my first brand new car yesterday, an awesome new 2022 Civic Sport. Eddie is THE best. He reserved the car for me, because the Civics are flying off the shelves. I had to wait a few weeks for the car to come in, but it was worth it. I was out of the dealership with my new car in less than 2 hours. Eddie will bend over backwards for you. I won’t go to another dealer or another person when I purchase my next car. :)
We set up the service appointment online. The service advisor, Chris, was so friendly and helpful. He was really great about explaining things and communicated really well to make I understood what was being done to the vehicle and what I was being charged and if it was ok. Since we are new to Salt Lake City, having someone so customer service oriented like Chris to help us was a great experience. Also the assessment videos are helpful. Finally, the waiting area was a nice, clean, quiet place to work

It was a pleasant and relaxed procedure buying our honda passport. Of course, all the usual elements are there, so you need always to check the proposed invoice, as all car dealers try to smuggle in extra costs and at the end there is a strong recommendation to sign up for various warranties etc by the finance dept. Still given that, all else was relatively pressure free, and the car was presented well. The salesman was a pleasant fellow who did a good job.
We have always had a great experience at this location. Our we have had our cross tour for 10 years, they have kept it driving just like new. They always get us in and out quickly, even arranging for rides when necessary. 6 star service!

So, as most people guess car shopping is stressful and sucks when you dont know much or kinda just feels like a task you need but dont wanna do. From my first thought of ugh, I need a new car to the research I did before even calling around to get more info than I had for what I felt were important questions but others might look at as odd. I had initially called this location just to get more info, and then later to just see if myself and another could come down and test drive even though we knew it would be a hot minute before any buying would be done. The awesome sales rep (Gerardo Flores) was from my perspective kind, did listen, and worked with my ridiculous schedule and sometimes inability to respond promptly due to work and life, he remained patient the whole time. Plus with my super picky, anxiety self, this guy was thorough with his description and knowledge. I may be quiet and struggle with verbalizing things, but he helped the whole experience go smoothly and without any moments that made me wanna run away from car buying ever again. Even the finance rep I worked with was kind, thorough in explaining what I was signing, breakdown of costs, warrenties, and add-ons. My overall opinion of this location and experience was awesome and great, would definitely work with these 2 again and recommend others to this location.

Bought my used car from their Centerville location in 2019. Paid around market rate at the time which I considered fair. I’d say that my experience with the dealership was overall positive, they made several special accommodations which was appreciated but also added several things to my purchase which I repeatedly had to ask be taken off. I’m giving 4/5 stars for my buy because I think if you’re authoritative then KG will treat you well.The service center Advantagecare is one of the best values I’ve seen in car maintenance. I called check on the car availability. I talked to Edel he asked me few questions and I told him I would come down for a test drive. When I got there Edel was already waiting at the parking lot, he showed me the car, gave me the key for a test drive. After the test drive I went to his office and he already had the paperwork done we went over the paperwork. There was a Pre market fee of more than $500 and I told him to remove it and he did. We went to the other guy to sign the final paperworks.It was fast, easy and effortless. I came home in my new car. Best car sales experience. Thanks

Honestly, the best car buying experience Ive ever had. It was easy, low stress, low pressure, and felt transparent, upfront and honest. We had been searching for awhile and we were having problems with other dealers having pre-load and hidden fees. Wed get to the point of purchase and then walk away because things felt shady or like we were being tricked. I never once felt that way with Ken Garff Honda. I so appreciated the buying process and also the extra care we were given to educate us on how to use the car and all its features. Gerardo Flores was fantastic in partnering with us during the purchase, I say partnering because thats what it felt like. It didnt feel like he was trying to make the sale, it felt like he was shopping with us to make sure we found the right car. It was truly a great experience and they will have my future business.

Update at the end, even more impressed.Im so impressed by the service department. They got my car in quickly, were extremely communicative, professional, and went above and beyond. They provide a video showing inspection points, calling out any potential concerns without asking you to schedule the work, just informing you and showing thoroughly the condition of the car. They also put air in one of my tires that was low, vacuumed (even moved stuff to be able to vacuum better), washed my car, topped off fluids, and offered me a ride when dropping off and to pick up, as well as offered to leave my keys with the front desk to give me more time to pick up my car.So pleased!Update: short and sweet version, I wrongly claimed they caused an issue. After my car was lifted, it became obvious it happened while I was driving. And while I absolutely deserved to be scolded, the manager Becky was extremely kind the entire time and still resolved the issue which was clearly, clearly not their problem to fix. These are genuinely fantastic people that care and will go the extra mile.Im blown away at how amazing their service department is. I so appreciate all of them. I took my car in to make sure it was road worthy for a trip in hot weather. The mechanic topped off fluids and suggested two services be done for which there was no past record. I authorized these services and was especially pleased with the power steering service which made a significant difference in ease of turning. I appreciate the comfort of the dealer’s waiting room, the communication system with staff, including the video sent by the mechanic, explaining what he was doing. After I returned home I noticed liquid leaking from under the car and returned to Garff concerned that there was something seriously wrong and after quickly putting the car on the rack and watching the dripping, they informed me it was condensation from the air-conditioner-no worries! (And no charge!) I have never regretted buying my car from this dealer.

Read all the way through to save your money!!When we asked our salesman about the tires and if the tread was okay on it (after the car had been through their shop), he told us that they don’t replace tires that are over 50% tread life. But once we got the tires checked out by someone else we were told that the two front tires were very low with only a tread of 2/32. That is barely street legal so the car shouldn’t have been sold to us with tires in that condition. We don’t appreciate being lied to about the condition of the tires on the car that we are buying. We will be choosing a different, more honest dealership for our next car purchase.

The team at Ken Garff Honda was very pleasant to work with. Their process of getting you in is pretty streamlined and I loved receiving the text communication with links to my diagnostic video from the mechanic, a “tour” of my car (exterior, under the hood, under the car) identifying potential issues and explaining a bit about them. Their online platform also made it very convenient to choose which recommended services/repairs I wanted to have them complete. I would definitely use their services again.

Ive taken my Honda here for regular service since it was purchased theee in 2010, and I now take my newer, used Honda here. Staff is always really friendly, helpful, and honest. They will do what they can to get the job done for the best price they can (we all know how much labor adds to parts costs!). They have some great service packages at reasonable prices, and I KNOW they actually do the work thats supposed to be done (compared to other shops Ive been to that dont complete -or at times do ANY of the work paid for and then send you off with your vehicle in virtually the same condition it was brought to them in). Highly recommended.

I drove in from Denver for a camping trip in the mountains, and just as I arrived in SLC my Element stopped accelerating. I drove right in to the service area, thinking there was no way I was going to get this fixed by the time I needed to be back on the road. They usually have my service performed and me back on the road in a quick and effective manner. I dont have extra transportation, so I wait while my service is preformed. They have a nice waiting area and complimentary snacks & drinks. I appreciate their great service. They even wash my car.
Ken Garff is honestly the best service experience I’ve had. Prices are fair, communication is great (including an awesome inspection video that they send to you), and the lounge is comfy and well equipped.
I was pleased by the service departments organization and promptness in having my Honda Pilot serviced. I was particularly impressed by the service video which they provided to me free of charge (via text). In the video, the technician clearly pointed out and explained the various parts that were checked and which services were completed. Recommendations were given for additional services based on mileage.
Garff Honda is wonderful. I call their road service and they come and change my flat tire. No charge. Then I go to Garff Honda and they fix my tire and wash my car. No charge. I am so glad I bought my Honda from them 11 years ago. I trust them to always do what is good for my car and to not do anything unnecessary. So far they have never let me down.

These guys are better than Orem ken garff by far. Have only had a few issues with downtown but nothing I wasnt able to fix myself easy after looking over the work. Have stood up to warranty coverage no questions asked when weird stuff on my new Honda has gone out so definitely would refer someone here.

I’ve got an Element that I absolutely love and had been experiencing problems for over a year; no one at the various service places I went to could figure it out, and I sadly figured my car was on limited time. Enter Andrew and the folks at Ken Garff Honda. They’ve completely changed my perception of a dealership service center. They were able to diagnose the problem so quickly, they were thorough and helpful in their explanations to me, and they worked out things so it was convenient for both my time and my bank account. And Andrew made sure to communicate through the whole thing, getting me to and from home so I could keep working. Since then he’s gone above and beyond fitting me in last minute on small but important fixes (I even called him today about something, thus reminding me to write this review 😂). Having to get car repairs is never a fun experience, but at least I can feel confident and trust towards the team at Ken Garff Honda!
I have been getting my Hondas serviced here for about 5 years. I always work with Brian Tebo because he is friendly and professional. He gets me right in at the time of my appointment. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions when I have them. When my car is finished he goes over the paperwork to let me know what the technicians found during the service. I usually just wait for my car because the Ken Garff service team completes the work in a reasonable time. The quality of service performed is always excellent. When I get my car back it has been vacuumed and washed.
I am from South Carolina and on vacation. My van had a very peculiar smell almost like glue or hairspray. We were to leave the day I called your facility. Kyle answered my call. I was scared and desperate because I had no clue what was wrong with my 2022 Honda Odyssey. Kyle told me to bring it in and they would check it for me. Mandy, Marcus, and Nick were all incredibly helpful. We have loved our CR-V Hybrid since purchasing it in December of 2020. With a road trip coming up, we wanted to ensure everything was in tip-top shape. I love the ability to view the actual inspection via video texted to my phone. The apex of the experience was the complimentary wash and vacuum- I was planning on doing this myself, but they saved me!

I had just gotten my Honda Odyssey out of the body shop on Friday at around 5pm, and there was a check engine light on. The dealership took it in immediately, diagnosed it and had a reasonable price for me the next morning. I picked it up Saturday around 5pm, it was a miracle.

Brian communicated with me very often while my Pilot was in the shop, sharing a video of the mechanic inspecting my vehicle, details of what needed to be repaired/ replaced and why, accurate estimated costs of the repairs and kept me notified of the progress. They are honest at Ken Garff Honda, have reasonable rates, use only the Honda manufactured parts, and give you back your vehicle clean and shiny.

Amazing customer service. Everyone there is so genuinely nice and sincere. There is no pushing towards a vehicle you don’t want or can’t afford. They honestly listen to what you have to say and don’t up sell everything. They have earned a customer for life!
