The cashier is nice. pretty ghetto place though. not you fault 7 eleven

People do great job. I found why thy short temper sometime and understand completely. What I need say you homeless need get a job and leave great employees at this job a lone.

I went back to store and saw that the employee Laura, was still working there! A month ago I ordered a pizza and at home she confessed to me she spit in my pizza then I went to managers they said shes always angry. they were protecting her I called health department with the concern that covid virus was a real threat. And laura was threatening Laura and her coworker and roommate, Chad, harassed me Then the health department came to check on the store. owner Z banned me from store for speaking my mind!!!! I would be careful of the 7-11 at 100s 300e!!!! Especially Chad and laura they use other peoples credit info to buy internet items I know cuz I was a victim the owner does nothing when u tell him.

Its dirty. Trash usually on the ground. Sketchy area, people consistently hanging out outside.

Ive come here several times, usually no issues. This morning my app and the signs in the store said ANY 2 ring donuts for $1.69. The cashier refused to honor the price (glazed and red velvet ring donuts), and put them back in the case. I dumped my drink in the soda machine and said screw it Ill go elsewhere

Just ordered some pizza and it was good for the price($6 more or less). The cashier automatically assumed that I was going to steal something while waiting inside for my pizza to be cooked because I was looking at the car accessories and additives section.(Really?) so he told me I had to wait by the ATM right next to him. Next time Im going elsewhere. Im not going to be treated like that nor should anyone in that matter of fact. BTW they had no napkins anywhere.

What can I say? The slurpee machine is always full and the guys running the place are chill and keep it clean. Totally dig it

The people working here were dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. Won’t be giving them my business again anytime soon.

If you live around this area, you soon find out that the manager charges different people different prices for things such as ice. I was blamed and threatened for a mess at the soda machine I didnt create and even upon me offering to clean up this mess for him, and tellung him to check his cameras he still threatened not to let me use the machine ever again. I have seen people falsely accused of stealing and refused service just based on how they looked. My mom is constantly harassed for getting about 4 cups of ice, in which they have charged her up to $8.00 for. I was being harassed by a man and followed, in which the manager defended him when my fiance came to my aid. Ive never had an issue with the rest of the staff, they have been great toward me.

The staff that PREVIOUSLY worked at this location was fantastic! I would like to give an extra kudos to Jordan, he made every stop there personable.I was just advised that there is new management and they fired most of the previous staff.... This location has really plummeted in quality. It is a shame.

Clerks dont know currency laws. Clerk turned me down for a purchase because a corner of the bill was torn off. Both serial numbers were present and more than 80% of the bill was present. Poor attitude towards patrons who are trying to do business with you. Astute customer service guys. Lots of other choices out there with those who appreciate the oft repeated business.

Me and my fiance were just in thisstore this morning I went in for a refill woke my feionce scattered outside with my lit cigarette i came back out and was standing outside the store smoking when a homeless person asked another customer for money the customer then started flipping out on everybody including me and my fiance and drew the attention of the store clerk. Three clerk then came out and started yelling at me and my fiance saying that we need to get the hell off the property that we were Fn trespassed that if he fn saw us again he was calling the fn cops and the customer was even joining in and we werent even the ones asking for the money we were paying customers and got treated like total s**t. this is an ongoing issue at this store they decide who they want to help and who they dont i Havre scene several people hanging out all day all night long some homeless some not without any of the clerks saying a single thing we were just out there finishing our cigarette after making a purchase and because some homeless person was standing near us and asked a customer for money we got yelled at and trespassed etc. The customer service at this store is WAY Beyond poor and unexceptional. I would advise never going to this store EVER!!! (not unless you want to chance bring the next customer/s getting told to leave or cops get called when you didnt even do anything wrong...... WORST EXPERIENCE of 7-Eleven EVER!!!!And i use to work at a convenience store myself not to long ago.The language from a few of the clerks that work there is uncalled for, a few even look stoned, all the clerks take there sweet time ringing you up, and if you tell then an item is listed say 2 for 3 they argue its not until they finally decide to look and even then.....My experience today was so bad that i even had to call the corporate nmbr and file a formal complaint.Should know somethingin next day or 2.

Not always the cleanest place but pretty good overall. Some of the cashiers can be grumpy but I would be too if I had to deal with some of the rude people Ive seen come in there.

My only sweet indulgence is the Sourberry mixed with Green Apple SLURPEE 1 a day and use the 7/11 App.

I lived near the 7-11 so its convenient and always open. Friendly staff and it has the feel of a neighborhood grocery just a Lil bit more expensive.

No napkins and a few rude cashiers that work graveyards and mornings. Ya you know who you are@$$#¤|€§
