Customer service is different then most gas stations then most gas stations simply because of the age group. The kids are mellow but they are always trying to learn names. They don’t sell to kids that is a rumor.

The guys are not respectful of their female customers there, make creepy comments.

So, I filled my car up with gas this morning and now I’m at the car dealership. The dealership, is now ciphering and emptying my ENTIRE gas tank because my car was filled with “bad gas” I even took a photo of the gas they pulled from my vehicle and it is very cloudy and looks like Apple juice. It’s supposed to look like clear lemonade. I’m here at the dealership because my “check engine” light came on and my engine was also revving when I wasn’t revving it....Sooo UHH don’t come here?? I hope I get my money back considering I don’t have a car for the rest of the evening and half of tomorrow due to bad gas from this place!!!! The gas should be at levels E85 and this is at E77

Somehow this place continues to hire young, dumb, rude, druggie, adults with terrible manners and customer service. my latest experience is related to using the restroom. I asked to use the restroom and after about five minutes being in there I was interrupted with a knock on the door by the young lady working there telling me customers are waiting to use the restroom and that I needed to hurry up. So I immediately exit the bathroom to return the key. when I hand the key back I apologize for taking so long and explain to the rude, dumb, young lady that I was cleaning the restroom due to the horrifically conditions.She responds with pride saying “well that’s not your problem.” I said “it sure shouldn’t be but it is, your right tho it should be your problem but you obviously haven’t made it priority enough to even make it a problem, so now it’s whoevers using the bathrooms problem which is me.” I just couldn’t believe the attitude of this bi***. I mean seriously.This is my third bad experience here, Its about time to just avoid this place altogether, why should I spend my money somewhere with terrible customer service and dont even get me started on the prices of their smoke shop stuff.Just a crappy little run down joint with crappy employees and no time, energy, or love invested into providing a quality customer experience. Overall disappointment in this store and in humanity. Kids these days?!, got no sense and got no respect!

This smoke shop is trash. From the moment you walk in, you are not greeted, cared for, or assisted in any way. The owner and the guys at the front are ALWAYS talking on their phone and never even care to provide customer service. Prices are ridiculous for the cheap and basic glass work they have. If there was less than one star Id give that. Do not waste your time here

I come here every day excellent service as well as convenient if ur looking for something they got it prices may be higher on certain items but u gotta realize ur paying for items u won’t find in most shops. Also if u want to get bulk they are willing to work with you.. also anyone implying they don’t I.D kids has no idea obviously I would know I tried to buy smokes there many times as a minor never once did they let it slide... those were hard times. Shout out to saad for running the most convenient one stop shop anywhere in the sugarhouse /foothill drive area -jay btw to everyone crying about the prices get ya money up not ya funny up I’ve spent at least 5k at this shop just in 2018 and any time I have had a problem with my items they are happy to swap you out.

Congrats American Food Mart, your service and store are so sub par you managed to get me to write my first ever review!I really cant express enough how bad this shop is. Everything you can imagine that a gas station can do wrong, they manage.As a little background, Ive lived on Foothill Drive for 3 years and have visited this shop a few dozen times.After my initial few visits, I would come here just to pick up water/gatorade for work/the gym.1. Expired ProductsIve bought 3 protein bars here and EVERY SINGLE ONE was expired. It was only by a few months, but how can you have so many expired products? I truly believe the purchase their goods at a discounted price knowing full well they are encroaching on the expiration date2. Sketchy Clerks/ServiceThe clerks here have an air of constantly trying to rush you. Admittedly, its a small store that can crowded fast so this is forgivable. However whats not forgivable is the service that is provided by the clerks. You really have to fight to get the attention of the clerk, I get that they work at a gas station and im sure it gets dull, but you cant be dull and rude its just a terrible combination.3. PRICESThis is the biggest complaint and why this store is no longer getting my business. The markups here are just disrespectful. I can only assume its convenience that keeps people paying these prices. Im not talking about a slightly more expensive piece of glass or pack of tobacco, Im talking about bottles of water marked up by a dollar, kratom marked up 300-500%, and most of all, outrageous prices on food.I could go on for awhile about all the negative aspects, the one positive thing about this shop is the selection. Theyve got pretty much every product you would find in a headshop plus some.I hope the other reviews caution folks to stay away from this store, unless youre completely out of options, please choose to patronize one of the many other legitimate, fairly priced, and friendly shops.

Iam dropping my rating of this place it was 5 now two they do not except cigarette coupons they will sell you the smokes but wont honor the consumer discount from manufacturer thats selling product in thier store so i quit going there cause if i can save a buck the next store down tgr strett will glady except my coupons Just Saying

One and only dome shop

The first time I found the store, I was happy to find a vape and smoke shop near my house. They even helped me find a cool flavor of e-cig juice. Less than 2 weeks ago, I spoke to the younger employee because my device at the time stopped working. I told him that I needed it for a few weeks, then I would come back and drop $200-300 on a permanent set up. I just needed a small, painless device around $50 to get me by. He sold me a Mi-One ($49.99), and told me it was a solid vape setup, and great for the money. He even told me I could get a discount when I traded it up. Mind you, Ive already spent over $1,000 at this business, and I went there 3-4 times per week. Within a few hours of use, the MiOne was discharging e-juice into my mouth, and burnt my face by shooting out small, hot droplets of e-juice. the battery life was also awful--it lasted about ten hits, and charges intermittently. When I told the owner (the older fellow) about it, he said I was over-filling the device, which I wasnt--I dont like wasting the liquid in something that clearly doesnt work. Today, Saturday, April 15th 2017, I brought it into the same guy that sold it to me, demonstrated what it was doing, and the battery died when he was checking it. I asked to swap it out, but he informed me that they dont accept returns or give refunds, which is ridiculous. Apparently, as soon as you buy something there, even if it doesnt work, youre out of luck. After demonstrating that the MiOne was spitting e-juice into my mouth, causing me to cough, he still just flat out told me that it still works, dude. After talking to the manufacturer, they told me to take it back in, and that the company can return it for me. Clearly, clearly not the case. While I was in the middle of talking to him about the issue, he just started helping another customer, so I left.My advice: do not shop here. There are dozens of better shops all over the valley that sell working, quality merchandise that a) works, and b) will exchange your defective item(s). Very, very bad experience. I will make sure that all of my friends are aware that this is a shady outfit with a lack of customer service altogether. If youre shopping for something you want thats going to work, go elsewhere. They overcharge on cigarettes, juice, and their e-cig products, and frankly, they just dont care about their customers, and act like jerks unlesstheyre selling you something. BUYER BEWARE!I considered leaving two stars, but it has become clear that they were only kind and helpful when money was coming out of my wallet. Do yourself a favor, and find one of the many other legitimate outfits around town.
