Excellent customer service over the phone! I had AVIS charge me a refueling cost of $150 for a rental car even though I filled up at this gas station to a full tank prior to returning the rental car. I called the ExtraMart and Bayley R was really busy but was courteous and made time to help me and get the receipt to me even though I didn’t know which gas pump that I used.

I came to my old favorite Chevrons tonight off 1300 East and 2100 south. I could see a female moving around inside; and the sign said 1:00 for closing (this was about ten minutes ago)...but she wouldn’t let me in! So disappointing. I really needed washer fluid. Door was locked.I will go the gas station now off 1700 south. I’m bummed!!!

I love this location! They have interesting sodas and A large selection of snacks. The only issue is it can sometimes be hard to get out of the parking lot during rush hour. Lots and lots of cars. The employees here are super nice too.

Change times or open when you say youll open. This morning (09/15/2020) you wasted two truckers time while they tried to deliver.

Ive been dealing with this store ever since I moved within walking distance of them over 20 years ago. I have always found the clerks and managers to be friendly and willing to help in any way they can, within normal business boundaries. Ive seen them deal with unreasonable and/or demanding customers while I was in there, and theyve always been courteous and professional. Occasionally they get very busy and service may not be as excellent as usual, but I cant imagine them refusing to take spoiled milk off the shelves, maybe not that very second if they are busy, but certainly before another customer tries to purchase some. Dont let one bad experience stop you from seeing for yourself.

Not bad selection here. But things are more expensive than other places. And the gas is typically more as well. But the location is amazing if you use the freeway often; grab, gas and go.

Recently this gas station added a number of road barriers that makes it really difficult to get in and out of their parking lot. Cars trying to go to the housing next door are fighting with gas station traffic coming in and out. They may offer Techron (whatever that is) in their gas but there are lots better places to get gas now that the driveways are all broken up by those silly barricades.

Gyrr went out of his way to help me with the vacuum and make sure it was working!

This convenience store is just like any other for getting in and getting out for the things that you need in one quick stop. Their prices are usual for Chevron, which means they are a little bit more expensive than your usual Maverik.

Bathroom out of toilet paper. Soap empty. Almost no towels. Ask for the manager but they wasnt there so one of the minions give me an rude sorry and let me use the sink behind the counter. Absolutely disgusted going to be going back to talk to the manager next time he/she is on duty.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I made that mistake while staying @ a hotel about 100 yds from this station. Went in at 5:30 am on a Thursday morning while walking my dog to get some milk, detergent & quarters to do laundry, as my hotel front desk was closed till 7. I asked if I could get cash back on a debit card transaction. Teller said no. Annoying, but it happens. So I withdrew $20 @ their ATM (paying $4 fee!) & then went to purchase my items & was refused $4 change in quarters for my laundry because our policy is no more than $3 change in quartersAre you f-n kidding me!!!!! It wasnt as if there werent plenty of quarters in the till to give the additional--glob forbid-- $1 more in quarters, they just wouldnt f-ing do it!Ridiculous customer service & store policies. Add the arrogant, snobbish, dismissive & just over-all off-putting attitude of the cashier, and I got the most ridiculous and pathetic experience at a convenience store Ive ever had the displeasure of having!But in retrospect, it was probably just me. Im sure this over-priced gas station in a very nice & affluent area, has seen a lot of problems with working professionals in their late 30s causing a ruckus & exploiting their store policies on getting change in quarters at 5:30 am on a weekday while walking their dogs, so they can participate in the notorious early weekday morning illegal dice gambling games between other middle aged working fathers that are known to plague Sugarhouse Park right across the street. Im sure it is a well-intentioned policy, aimed at helping the community by discouraging the rampant drugs & crime known to be commonplace here, and I was just an unlucky victim of their magnanimity. (Cough, sarcasm)

CAUTION BEWARE! This establishment sells spoiled products (milk) and refuses to refund the transaction because there was no receipt given to purchaser despite records shown on purchasers credit card. Then when asked instead to remove the spoiled product from the shelves so as not to poison other consumers, Tim the store clerk refused. There is no manager on duty so the place is horribly run. This entire occurrence is completely illegal in multiple ways. Who would want to shop at an place that cuts corners so badly that it releases spoiled product into the stream of commerce. Please for your own safety do not shop here.

William cashier was very rude, I bought a carwash but they were out of soap, after that I asked the cashier for an other code to use it for a different time or refund, but cashier looked at me like I am a criminal and said that he does not believe me so expect good customer service only if you are Williams friend, so sad racism still happens...

Went there on my way home to buy some chips, just in and out, on top of taking for ever the cashier was very rude.
