Prepaid for gas in two transactions (long story) she told me all I would have to do is hang up and the handle and let it reset and then I could pump the rest of my gas. Well, I had a baby in the car she was cranky enough when in dragged her out of the car the first time to pay. She was sleeping when I was done with the first transaction, hung up the pump. Waited for the reset.... Nothing. Waited a little longer... still nothing. Press the call button... obviously doesnt work just for looks... nothing. Pressed help several times on the keypad... the pump screen said it was getting the attendant but of course... NOTHING! TRIED WAVING MY HANDS TO GET THEIR ATTENTION! BUT STILL NOTHING. Well I will not be visiting this Common Cents anymore. I have been fairly consistently purchasing gas and snacks before games for the past 7 uears... Im done... they used to be known for their great customer service and smiley ways and their famous Hello.....something has changed and it has not been for the better.Goodbye Rose Park Common Cents.
The only convenient store I frequent the staff are nice, the prices are good, and the selections are better then most.
But he needs a train Rhonda and Amber how to use customer service you would think a 3 year old taught them Ive never been so mortified at a gas station and Ive been coming here for 20 plus years come on guys you can do better than this
It wont let me do no stars... No help with Disabled or disability. & the staff there were no help & especially the Assistant Manager. This is the one in Rose Park.... The west bountiful is the best one to go to. Ill drive out of my way to go there instead.
Horrible Horrible Gas Station!! If you want to be charged Double for your purchases at this Common Cents in Salt Lake City Utah then this is your place!! It’s been 5 days and this store still has a pending transaction to charge me twice for my purchase a d the store manager told me yesterday too bad give it a few more days instead of even taking the time to look into this!! I will DEFINITELY NOT be returning to this store for ANYTHING and will be Sharing this horrible experience with everyone I know!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business practices!!!

For a store with a name like common sense, the owner doesnt seem to have a lot of it. Maybe they should focus less on power tripping and more on keeping their doors open.

For a convenience store, it is quite clean. A good selection of snacks and fountain drinks. Have not tried the coffee yet. Friendly staff and overall a good experience.

Rude service attendants 2:25am on 07/27My friend, and I walked into commen cents, two employees greeted us, like everynight we always come in. As we looked around to see what we could find, because (my friend is a night shift Welder): wants food, and something to drink like always. I walk towards the cash register, over heard the younger female employee tell the older female employee to get those people out of here 3times they were a cross the room from each other, And we was given rude looks.We come in everynight, i understand my friend just got off work, and did not look to their standards, who are they did judge.We will not be coming back
