Rude. I was adjusting my gps and the manager/own/whatever got uppity with me. The station could have kept me as a customer, after all, I paid for gas and just needed a few more seconds to finish what I was doing. Ill be going to a different station from now on.

Denies restroom usage to USPS workers unless they buy something first. Were out on the streets all day, in all kinds of weather and they deny us the restroom just because we wont buy something first? Thats some horrible people skills. And then insults me because Im not educated

This station was visited twice while staying in Salt Lake City. The gas was competitively priced and the inside clean. On one of the visits, 1 November 2020 at 0644 hrs., a transient started bothering me at the pump. Though I was able to effectively deal with him, it was appreciated when a male employee came out and asked the person to leave.

Im updating my review after receiving a phone call from the owner of this Shell station. The horrible employee was fired and, Ive been assured by the owner, has been replaced with a very nice clerk. I will give this company one more chance, with a word of advice to the owner, be very careful in who you let represent your business.Ill just say that the MF AH who was working when I was there treated me worse than anyone ever has, in my life!Id ASKED him several times to put on his mask, he had the music blaring SO LOUD that I was yelling through my mask, he told me you cant tell me what to do, only my mom and dad can tell me what to do! My boss cant tell me what to do! I TRIED to tell him that its the law (I think he knew, tho.. because he had just told 2 customer to put on a mask.Really long story short.. he pulled up his mask and as I approached the register, let it drop again. After paying for my gas, I waited a long time for the pump to activate, it didnt, I went back and yelled (because of the music) for him to activate the pump, then eventually called for the police to come help me get the gas that I paid for.

Horrible customer service . Employees never wear masks and always on the phone, slow service since they are always on the phone. I will never shop there.

The place was alright I but the owner or manager wasnt waring a masking and needs to ware a mask till we get the shot and tell to do so to take off the mask by governor of utah

I have read the reviews. I have had great luck with this Shell. Hope they stay in business. We have lost some Shell stations in utah.

One of the most unfriendly gas .Stations in Utah. Not only is it dirty but workers are truthfully rude. They sold me expired product and Refused to take fault and refund me for the expired product. I recommend going to Another shell if you want quality.

Not only is the customer service not provided but I am lied to and told to go across the street to get a refund when a machine of theirs doesnt work. First off they should look at the machine second they shouldnt like to me and tell me to go to 7 eleven for a refund. I was also called an A-hole by the attendant for telling him i will take my business elsewhere if this is the type of customer service that is provided here. The gas station is unclean. I will never use this gas station again and I have been coming here 3 to 4 times a week for 6 months.

Actually not bad for a shell as far as has lodging. Being an early bird they seem to catch me with lower prices before 7 AM
