I asked for a custom piece of granite to be made, he said they have to install it if they make it, the piece is only 3ft long and going into a property 4 hours away. So I asked for a referral and he insisted they need to install it, when I explained it again he hung up on me. So, I suppose unless you do exactly what they want they have no respect for you and do not care for your business.
