What a great experience. I write reviews when its really good or really bad. In this case they did a great job. We are in the process of selling our home and we decided last minute to upgrade kitchen countertops to granite and a farm sink. We were in a hurry and I called B Countertops. The owner got back to me right away and said that they could help. We set up a time to meet and I gave him the dimensions for the countertops and the next morning he had a bid to us - super reasonable. In fact, he said if we could pick a large piece of granite in the grade we wanted, that it would save another $800 as he could do the whole kitchen from one piece. We pick out the granite on Monday morning at the supplier, he had it delivered and installed it on Thursday and Friday that same week. Maybe we caught him at the right time - but it was amazing. This guy is honest and does what he says he will do. HIghly recommended! Thanks B Countertops.

They were absolutely amazing! Oakwood homes built our house and did a terrible job with our undermount kitchen sink. It completely fell down and Luis was able to come on a Saturday to reattach it for us. He showed us why ours fell out in the first place and installed brackets and used tons of Bondo so it won’t happen again. They worked quickly and did an amazing job. Could not be happier!

So incredibly, over the top HAPPY with the quality, professionalism and craftsmanship of this company!They truly aim to please!I had been looking for months for the perfect countertop.They told my handyman they had what I wanted.I looked at the first one and it was gorgeous, but then I was told they have an even nicer one I may like more.... I TOTALLY FELL IN LOVE with the second one!Their selection to choose from was the highest quality AND most varied I had seen.... remember, I had spent months looking.But could they deliver?YES!!I have a custom cabinet and it needed special cut, no problem. Everything came out BEAUTIFUL!! Luis and his crew were great, and did a stellar job finishing & installing our quartz countertops. Luis offered helpful insights and options when we visited his shop and at the installation, was easy to reach via text & phone and was able to meet a tight schedule working with our cabinet installer. So far my experience has been great! They were on the spot getting their bid to me immediately, their pricing was excellent and easy to understand unlike any of their competitors. I just had this company replace all of my bathroom counter tops. Their bid was 2/3 the price of the home improvement store. They were very good at working with us, even when we decided to add on 2 more counter tops. They showed up on time and did a beautiful job on our counters. I will be ordering my kitchen counter tops from them in a few months!

Talented artisans!! They worked with me through every detail! Luis was terrific and did not disappoint! Our island, counters and backsplashes turned out beautifully! Actually better than we could have imagined! I highly recommend Botellos!! Luis, Sam and all the guys!!

I do not recommend this company. They were extremely difficult to get in touch with to schedule the work even with the 50% deposit paid for. One countertop was warped, which makes one side of our counter a half inch higher than the other side. After the initial install they had to come back to finish installing the window sills. They pestered us for full payment even though the job was not complete, promising that they take care of every client and every job until it’s complete. We paid them in full but when it was time to come back to finish the job, just a few days later, it was even more difficult to get a hold of them. They scheduled install times with us several times and didn’t show up. It’s been over 5 weeks of calling and they still haven’t been back to finish.

They were easy to work with, great price, and stuck with their timelines. They have come out for two different projects two years apart. Both times I was happy with the finished product.

We love our granite countertops! Botellos were great to work with. Sam met us to map out how we wanted our granite used in each room and they did exactly what we asked and went beyond our expectations. The backsplashes and overhangs continue the pattern on the granite and it looks amazing! Botellos worked very hard to meet our rushed timeline and got them in on time. Sam even sent pictures of the fabrication along the way to keep us updated. The installers were very skilled and professional. We would highly recommend Botellos to anyone and everyone.

Botello’s may do great work but when I cancelled my order in February (paid 50% deposit in early December 2016) they refused to return my deposit of $3k - AND from that point on they refused to reply to my emails AND would not return my calls.Now 6 months later - still no refund. Too bad they cannot be responsible and honorable business professionals or people. Im still waiting for my money to be returned and they still refuse to talk with me.****Would NOT recommend due to poor communication and failure to be upstanding and decent people and return what is not theirs.**NOTE: According to Utah law if a cancellation policy is not printed on an estimate, quote, bill, or invoice then the business is responsible to refund the money.It came to my attention yesterday evening that two young teenagers, while overhearing a conversation between two adults, decided to “help”. They created a fake email account and created the review of Botello’s as “Ann Renolds”. They took a few facts from a private conversation, add a big helping of teenage drama and posted the review of Botello’s. The owner is correct in stating that the review is false. Unfortunately these two did not understand the amount of harm they could do with a posting like that - but they do now and did show remorse for their actions. Botello’s and I had some communications issues, but nothing so drastic as was reported below. I fear the well-intentioned but woefully misguided attempt by these teenagers have made things worse for all of us, not better. I sincerely hope the owners and employees of Botello’s can forgive these misguided teenagers for their foolish behavior.Botello’s does have a valid business license issued by the city of Salt Lake and they are a valid business.Botello’s may do great work but when I cancelled my order in February they refused to return my 50% deposit. I couldnt be happier with the service we received from Botellos and my beautiful new granite countertops!I had a very difficult time deciding which stone I should use. Sam was extremely patient with me throughout the process and went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with my final decision.Louie made some great recommendations when he came out to make the templates which saved us from problems with our cabinets down the road.The installers were in and out quickly and did a really great job.Every step of the process was as painless as they could possibly make it. They were a pleasure to work with. Our granite countertops are beautiful and the cost was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Botellos!
