Excellent customer service and selection of leather and tools. The associate (Im sorry I didnt catch her name) was BEYOND accommodating and answered all questions I had as well as provided plenty of advice for a novice like myself. Needless to say, Im a loyal customer from here on out. If youre interested in getting started in leather work or if youre a seasoned worker, this shop has what you need and the customer service is above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help!

This places has everything you need for any of you leather goods. This place is packed full of goodies and they have an awesome staff! I am a total rookie at this stuff and they got me what I needed and never tried to up sale me. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs anything to do with leather goods.

I didnt get her name because she had beautiful gray hair and bright intelligent eyes and I was a touch smitten. So I just blurted out my problem and she walked me around the entire store, pulling sample after sample until the solution was found. Her efforts are what I define as customer service, that is all. As an aside, I noticed they had a fine selection of leather belts, Im going to go there tomorrow after work and purchase one, I hope she is there and this time I hope I can get her name!

Very nice and helpful staff. Helped me, with no leather experience, figure out how to fix and recondition my dads old tool belt which now looks and works really great.

This place has everything leather you could need! So many selections of leather all the way up to buying the whole cow (and other leather types) in many different colors. I wanted leather for writing on for some conference tables and it was only hard to decide what to get cause of all the choices! Will be coming back here for sure.

They didnt have their scrap bins anymore because of covid but they gave me a nice piece of leather that was priced at $20 for way cheaper

If I could give them no stars I would. Very rude sales associates. I didnt make it in the door before asking to put a mask on. I informed them that I have a breathing problem and the lady pulled her mask down to tell me I needed a mask and this is required by law in which it is not its a recommendation. Once I explained that I have a disability she said I couldnt come in the store and that I could order online or over the phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE..

I wanted to introduce my kids to some leather crafting since today is National Leather Crafting Day. I called them up and they said to come in and they could help us. We bought a leather bracelet kit and some brushes and then they showed us at their workbench how to stamp and stain. It was such a great experience. We want to go back and create again soon!

Super helpful. This is the first leather store I’ve gone into that’s been able to give me suggestions on what to use without being condescending. The customer service was much appreciated especially for a beginner leather crafter like myself. Seems to have a good supply of different types of leather.

Been coming to this location for years, long before the current manager was overseeing the store. Current manager is a great guy, very helpful and willing to answer questions or help the best as possible. The store is better organized. Unfortunately, there is one real rude employee who isnt as considerate to customers as managers. Pity, staff have usually been polite here and Ive heard from several others that have gone to the location and encountered the employee with similar issues.

This is the best leather store of all time. They were so helpful and friendly and even gave me some coasters to practice on. I dont know the girls name who helped me but she is the best! Great selection of tools and materials for all your leatherworking needs. They have a variety of materials to fit most budgets as well. Great little starter kits for those that would like to learn the basics and the staff is usually knowledgeable to be able to answer any of your questions and many of them can show you basic tricks of the trade.

Always helpful and friendly, even for the odd requests we throw at them all the time as their customers :). Its a beautiful store, especially since their remodel. The selections are organized and well-displayed. Special thanks to the staff there, especially Sherry and Mark who always have helpful tips and are always ready to demonstrate how an unfamiliar hand tool works and suggest alternate ways of working with particularly demanding projects. The item quality is fantastic, though you need to put in some work to build your own from the kits. With a little bit of time you can have items better than any from the store, at a fraction the cost, plus you can customize it how you want. I built a belt phone holder years ago, and it hardly shows wear. My belts from here last ten times longer than any others Ive owned, and I can make them how I like in less than an hour, most of which you can do at the workbench right in the store.

This is finest leather establishment here in Utah. I highly recommend their leather, findings, supplies and customer service. You won’t be disappointed by anyone in the shop. They know leather and can help you get what you need done, wether it’s a simple DIY or they can even refer you out to someone professional. Take my advice, start here!

Great selection of leather products and accessories. The service was top knotch. They are very helpful and informative. Parking is challenging. We drove around the block and parked on a side street. If you want to get started in the leatger crafts i highly recommend you visit Tandy Leather.

The selection changes regularly and they do really great sales from time to time. Not everything is clearly labeled, so dont be afraid to ask.

Because Im inexperienced at leather making, I was reluctant to go inside after reading a previous review. Im not sure who the reviewer was speaking with, but the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out with only a catalog and a better understanding of leather making. I did get a warning that leather making is extremely addicting!
