Itd sure be nice if the doors were opened again like all the other stores in town. There are 2 ways to get ahold of someone for service and half the time one of them doesnt respond or answer. Improvement could be made

ABS has done countless jobs for us and it seems with every job, the level of care, service and attention to detail decreases. Our spec is and has always been Sargent hardware and we now have a project that was just turned over to us with Falcon hardware. Nobody answers their phone anymore... I hope they dont expect to get paid but this review should hopefully warrant a callback.

I ordered a custom steel door and doorjamb. Toby was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. All parts were on time, on budget, and fit to spec as ordered. I made a mistake that could have cost me $100 and Toby caught it and corrected it before I left. His integrity was superb and he really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Architectural Building Supply on Main Street in south SLC.
