Champion Windows was recommended to me through a family contact. They go all out in the sales process to make sure you understand what you are getting. Even though the production time of getting the windows took awhile with this crazy pandemic, Champion had the windows installed as soon as possible. Well worth the wait and prices. We will probably get some door repairs done and the other half of the house windows replaced in the near future. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Hayden our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the install process. We decided to go with Champion after meeting with him because we liked his attitude and honesty so much. (We had asked him what their biggest struggle and worst reviews were). Which happened to be the wait time for window installation.Now, he did tell us that because our A/C had gone out that he would try and do a ruch install for us of 4-6 weeks instead of the 6-8 it normally was. Cool, thats awesome. But, we new with the struggling reviews of install wait time that that most likely wouldnt happen.After he left, we had radio silence from Champion for a full 7 weeks. Unless, of course you count them sending us a bill asking for money in which case they did contact us. Go figure.On week 7, I get a call from them saying they want to schedule our install from two days from now. Kinda short notice but alright, we want our windows so well do it. I move things around, appointments, meetings, childcare, etc. They dont show up at the time they were supposed too. I call to find out if theres been a delay/stuck in traffic or something. Come to find out they never put us on the schedule and they dont even know when our windows will be ready....Edit:Changed my review from 2 stars to 4 because the installer came later in the day. He said he had car trouble and he was sorry, he called but had the wrong number. Completely understandable. He did a great job and we are very happy with our windows. I was working from home most of the day and the installation process hardly disturbed meetings. It was a nice experience.I still wonder how we werent on the schedule though, and yet he showed up. That part is rather interesting.

Installed new windows on my entire small house (except 1). Absolutely love the windows, even if they were a bit overpriced. However, I am having a bit of an issue getting in contact with them to replace the one window we skipped during the main project. Ive been trying for nearly 3 months to contact my sales rep to get my window replaced without any luck.Doesn’t make me feel very confident, if I need to contact them about an issue with my windows.

Champion Windows has been a great company to work with for our new window installation project. They were timely, respectful and very knowledgeable. Our rep also helped us get the price to where we hoped to see it. It was wonderful! Now, we just can’t wait for them to get installed.

We need to have 9 windows replaced in our home. The salesman came over and presented his company as well as provided us an on the spot quote. He gave us time to think over it and after other companies did their thing, we went with Champion. I cant wait to get the windows installed.

Chance was extremely professional, we appreciated his demeanor and knowledge of Champion’s products in addition to his respect for other competitors.

We got our first estimate from Hayden. He was on time and professional, his presentation of the product was great. Their prices were good and we got some additional discounts. We did sign a contract and are awaiting the official measurements for the order. He stated that the fabrication time was about 6 weeks. I will update my review after they are installed.

I’m having my old siding replaced with new it’s scheduled but so far so good . Haden answered my questions and was pretty friendly .

Installers never called to inform me they had changed my install time from morning to an afternoon. The recording while waiting on hold says repeatedly we know your time is valuable apparently its not valuable enough to let me know when theyll be here.But youre on a contract so they dont care.Called the office all they can do is transfer me to the install manager. Thanks, but that doesnt change the fact I had to take time offThanks Champion Windows...

We have a few Champion windows and a patio door. A couple of months ago our patio door handle broke down. We have called their customer service 4 times. Each time we were told someone will call us asap but there has been zero response in the last two months. The last time we called, customer rep told us there is nothing else she can do and told us to call HQ on the east coast.We went to their office in Magna to talk to someone in person but the office is closed and there was no information on their door on how to contact someone.We are really disappointed with their customer service. We thought we were supporting a local business when we decided to go with Champion but it doesnt seem so.We would have given them zero stars if we had the option.Save your money and go with a local company where you can actually talk to someone.

I needed estements on widows and siding. Haden came out on time to do the widow est. He was very polite and explained very well about the types of Windows to install and possibilitys that we could do different to save money. He was very professional but also personable. He did a good job taking care of us.

Haden was timely, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Pricing was on the higher end, however, due to Haden’s representation of the company, we had immediate confidence in the product and could see this is a good quality product! We proceeded to move forward, excited about the decision. Afterwards, we started reading reviews on Champion Windows, which left us with some serious doubts. So many positive reviews on the front end, with excellence in their salesmen, but so many negative reviews on the backend, with installation timelines and communication failures, to warranty fulfillment and the inability to easily make contact. Ultimately, we determined the risks did not out way product and declined to move forward. Haden, once again, proved his professionalism through his courtesy and understanding, making the process painless.

Ghosted! Totally Unprofessional.We engaged with Champion for our Upper Avenues home for replacement of a front window. The salesman came out, made the measurements, gave us a quote and we signed a contract. Then a couple of weeks later, a second guy came out to make measurements and we handed over a check. Then crickets. Over a month later we call up, and no clear answer about the status of the order. After hours of sleuthing we find out that Champion just simply dropped us without letting us know! On protest to the original rep, they said the job was more expensive than they thought so they decided they simply didnt want to honor the contract, offering that they would consider taking us on again if we paid a third more.I get that a job may not work out financially. Thats business. Win some, lose some. But reneging on a contract and not notifying the customer is utterly unprofessional, particularly for a company the size and reputation of Champion. And an inconvenience for us as now our window replacement plans are shifted past winter into next year. So disappointed.

I had a problem with the installers and reached out to the company to complain. It took them too long to reply which is why the review is 4 stars but eventually they did and made things right.The quality of the windows themselves is great and they look amazing.

1)This company is all front end. They will get out there right away, get you a quote and install quick. As soon as you are done with that, if there are any issues, they have buffers where it is impossible to reach someone local. You think you have someone scheduled to call you and schedule a time and they never do. (they do not give you a number to call) You then have to call their national number again and again just for them to tell you the best thing they can do is write an email to the local company. 2) - I am adding to this review as it has been 2 months now that I have been trying to get help. The number they gave me on this review to call is the same one that gets nothing done. I started visiting with a gentlemen and once he heard it was a service call he didnt even let me finish stating my case and sent me to an automated line that said I am in a queue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY WANT TO INSTALL YOUR NEW DOOR AND DO NOT WANT TO COME FIX IT IF IT HAS ISSUES.

I recently had set up an appointment to get an estimate for my windows. I informed the guy I would not be making a decision today, I had other people coming out to give me estimates. I really liked their product & the their presentation but the guy was so aggressive. I repeatedly told him I would not be making a decision today. He then continued to try to make me sign a contract. Love their product & presentation cause you really know what you’re getting. Hated the aggressiveness.

They came out measured the windows . Came it again to confirm . Said they couldn’t complete the work . Then charged the card we gave them on the first trip. Not sure how that works when they themselves said they couldn’t complete the job. It’s been over a week and my money still hasn’t been refunded.

Buyer beware! After well over a year from placing the order, our sunroom project is still not complete. They rushed to collect payment and said the list of loose ends, including installation of the rolled roofing, would be completed in a timely manner. They were not. Originally we were told they didnt install the rolled roofing because it was too cold. Yesterday, when it was 19 degrees, they sent a crew to install it. When we asked about the temperature, the crew called the boss and were told it was indeed too cold, so they left. There has been no communication about when they will be back. We were told that three of the windows they installed did not pass inspection and would be replaced. They have not been. They made a mess of the lawn. They poured concrete landings in the cold and snow, which have since badly pitted. The heating and air condition unit was defective and had to be replaced. Communication, project management, and follow through are poor. Save yourself some aggravation and do not hire this company for anything.

So far, we have only visited with a Sales rep and purchased the replacement windows for our house. The windows are not yet installed so I cannot evaluate performance yet.

I made an effort to have Champion provide windows and siding estimates for my active Reno project. I should note that I live about an hour from Salt Lake as it may be a contributing factor in my experience with Champion. Initially I was told they wouldnt have anyone available that can provide both estimates at the same time and I was asked if I would accommodate two separate estimates at separate times, which I was willing to do, but wasnt excited about. I really only want one point of contact managing the project. I was called back hours later saying that they could have ONE person do it for both the windows and siding but it would be two weeks before they could make it out. I was happy to hear the news and willing to wait. On March 22nd I received a call from Champion asking if it was possible to reschedule due to the outbreak. I of course understand and agreed. Through out the process Champion was really good at keeping me informed and up to date regarding my appointment. The last few days have been silent so I thought I would call and confirm tomorrows appointment. Unfortunately they dont have record of the reschedule. Apparently it never made it on to their calendar? I was told it would be another few weeks before they could get someone out for an estimate. That would be 6 weeks just to get an estimate. I was really looking forward to working with Champion, their prices seemed highly competitive for the quality of product they provide. Everyone I spoke with was professional and understanding. No complaints regarding their personnel but the ball got dropped somewhere and I simply cant wait another 2 weeks for an estimate when their competitors were here the same week. bummer city.

In todays world it is hard to find people to give you good service let alone the information needed to make a good decision. Windows is not something to take lightly when you feel the draft and hear the noise outside. But then I had a knock at the door and against my better judgment I let the guy in. Brent came in and took the time to give us a great presentation and answer our questions instead of rushing through just to make a sale. I look forward to working with him further and seeing him again to make our final decision.

I had windows installed. After 1 week, I had to go to the Salt Lake office to pick up a window handle. When I arrived at the office I was blindsided, confronted, and told that I had a balance due on my account which wasnt true. I went home, scanned and emailed proof of payment. No response from 3 emails to find out whether or not they credited my account for the payments. Very rude and unprofessional!

Love our new windows. Mark Roloff (sales) was punctual, professional, and didnt try to pressure us. Installation took a bit longer than expected, but the finished product is outstanding. Weve noticed a huge difference in how much cooler our west-facing rooms are in the summer months. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable experience! Im so happy with my new Champion roof. The entire process went without a hitch-from the sales person, remeasure tech, installation, and follow-up visit, I am 100% totally satisfied. These folks are definitely on the ball when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend Champion to all my friends and family for any home improvement needs. In fact, my parents have now got Champion windows in their home.

I scheduled a window measuring and their first opening wasnt for several weeks. By the time it came around I had completely forgotten about it and they didnt give a reminder text or anything. I was about to leave the house when the guy showed up. I was in a hurray but thought it would be a quick five minute measuring and then I could get back to my day. Wrong. With complete disrespect of my time, the salesman spent the next hour going over what made their product so great. After his long, unwanted sales pitch he finally revealed the price as being 3 times what we had gotten from other competitors. I liked the product but was not going to spend that much, especially before talking to my husband about it. The sales guy kept push to get me to agree to it and even started discrediting the knowledge of my husband saying that he doesnt know what you now know he is just going to see the price and say no. Excuse me, you are an unwelcome guest in my house. Im not going to commit to a $2,300 window without consulting my spouse. Overall they wasted my time and theirs and get another terrible google review.

In 2012 paid $23,440 to replace windows in our home, In 3 years they were leaking, which they would not fix. Leak is annual maintenance. They were not professionally installed. A year later we had a crack in a window, which they were to fix. We have been waiting 2 years for them to replace. Excuses have been turnover of staff and installation managers. I have a list of dates that I have contacted them. In my records, they have ordered the window twice, but have not been able to get it put in. I do not want to even give them even 1 star but they would not take the post. Over promise and no perform

Wildly unethical sales pitch. They offered discounts if you buy today. After expressing we wouldnt be making a decision for another week, they offered to extend that discount in exchange for a good review during the sales pitch. Most of the sales pitch was reviewing other company warranties, claiming the language was subjective, only to have them hand us a warranty with the word necessary on every line without any explanation as to who would determine what is and is not necessary when we called that out. Champion was our eighth consultation, and second highest bid. The quote was for a vinyl product, we have several lower offers for composite from other companies.

We have been very happy with our Champion Windows. We have been replacing a few every few years. The first time we upgraded some windows to Champion we met with several window companies but were impressed with the quality and warranty of the Champion Windows. We did have to have one replaced when I hit a rock with the lawn mover and the rock shattered a window. Champion came and replaced the window just like they said they would at no charge. We know that they are more expensive than many of the windows on the market but we feel that the quality and customer service are well worth the extra money.

We bought windows from Champion in 2003, then siding and a roof in 2017. Great product, maybe a little pricey, but we loved the warranties. Had a bottle thrown thru our front window, was told it would only be $100 to replace for the warranty. I think that is a great price, no complaints. The customer service on the phone is really poor. I understand manufacturing takes a while, and I was told 4-6 weeks, but to have a huge hole in my window for that long in the middle of summer is not fun. I have called a few times to get status, and each time I do I feel like I am bothering who is answering the phone. I just feel like as much as I have paid for their product, they would be nicer.

Mark was a wonderful salesman. He provided some great education on the window selections and we never felt he was pushing us in any direction. Highly recommend Mark and Champion Windows for any budget.

BEWARE!!!! This company does not follow through with contracts and will leave you hanging for years. This has been a nightmare for us. We have been trying for 2 years to complete business with them only to be ignored. Weve left many messages which have never been returned. We paid a lot of money believing we were getting top quality merchandise only to find the windows dont lock properly and doors warp and dont close.

Do not purchase Champion Windows!!! I had the installation manager of this location come to my home before they installed my windows to explain how they would be installed. I specified that they dont cut the window fins as that is against my city code. The installation manager let me know that they would use the, Jump the Frame technique. When the installers arrived they cut the fins and installed the windows complete different than what was explained as well as going against city code. I called to explain my issue and that manager is no longer with them anymore and come to find out there has been a lot of tern over. There is no communication from one department to another, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS LOCATION!! Also, my shutters do not open all the way because of the Champion Window design. The sales rep nor the installation manager did not even bring this to my attention as something to consider once the new windows are installed. They both saw my existing shutters and I am sure others have had this same issue in the past. DO NOT PURCHASE CHAMPION WINDOWS.

We have been waiting what seems like forever to get our windows. We got approved for the loan within minutes. Champion got their money in no time at all... I couldnt even get past the rude secretary to get any answers about how much longer our windows are going to take. She just keeps saying, Mike will call you back and let you know. 7 calls and 8 weeks later, Mike still hasnt called. The installation guy finally did, and one of our windows will be even longer. They got the wrong size. Ive waited 2 more weeks for a promised call from Mike to see what our time estimate will be. At this rate, itll dead winter with a gaping hole in our walls while they put in windows!!!!! The secretary knows me by name now and all she has to hear is my voice!!! Im FED UP!!!!

They didnt bother to show up to an appointment I had made online. Wasted a whole day waiting around and when I called to see what was up I was tramsfered to someones voicemail.For sure the best thing to do for business! I wont even bother trying again!

They are telling me the windows are yet another 3 weeks out, because they are still painting them. (Thats what they told me in August). Ive asked multiple times for a discount on windows. They said no. They also said if I try to cancel the windows, Ill face a fine.Update: its now Sept 12, 16 weeks after ordering. Youll notice the customer care response below… I talk to them daily, and theyve done nothing for me. Dont let that fool you!Original post:We ordered windows, and paid for them, on May 24, 2017. It is now August 31, 2017, and no windows have been installed. 13 weeks.At first, we were told 6-8 weeks. Our salesman, Mark R., told us he would be our point person every step of the way, and would give us great customer service. To this day, he has never returned any of our calls.We ended up calling the main Salt Lake office every other day, asking them to track down our windows and give us a date. 8 weeks into the process, they said they were coming on the next shipment and we should prepare our house. My husband removed one of our existing windows (we had to enlarge the space for the bigger window we ordered). We have now been living with plastic covering the hole in our wall for more than 5 weeks.A woman named Venus called us and told us she was the regional manager, and she would be taking care of us. She apologized profusely and said our window order had never been placed (their mistake), and that it would be another five weeks. We asked for a discount on the windows because of all the hassle. She said she would find out, but never did. We also never heard from her again.We called last week and they said it would be another three weeks (they blamed the bronze color and said it takes longer). This week, they werent sure if that three week deadline can be met.Ive never experienced such poor customer service. Apparently, someone named Chad is supposed to call us and determine whether hell refund some of the money. Weve asked for him every time we call, but he has never returned our call.We are extremely worried that even if we do receive the windows, this company will not be responsive if we have a warranty issue or problem. Working with them had been a nightmare, and I really urge you to look elsewhere.

Update: dropping from 5 stars to 1Brent gave us a great presentation and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him to everyone.But not Champion.The way they treat their employees is deplorable! The business model is the worst Ive ever seen! With all of the travelling the reps do to get to appointments, giving them 1.5% commission ONLY if they sell at the first appointment is just stealing from them. Scheduling appointments that have been cancelled so that reps knock on the doors to angry customers and then penalising the reps is pure evil. And increasing the prices to cover the losses is hurting everyone.On top of that, refusing to honor warranties or repair bad installation is just killing their reputation and Im surprised that the company is still in business.Unless this company gets behind their commission paid employees, and works to repair their reputation I believe the coming recession will wipe them out.Heres a lesson: employees who know their company is 100% for them will do anything to help their company succeed. When your company steals from you and wont reimburse you, help you with training, or support you when you ask for help, how do you expect to succeed?This is 2019. This business model needs to completely change. Go back to school, and treat your people better.

Had an estimate done for new siding. They were very prompt and professional. They had what i was wanting done and i went with their estimate and should have the service done by October.

Where to start.The salesman mis represented the company, made claimes about the product (roof) that werent true, got our money and left or was discharged from the company without letting us know that someone else would be taking care of our project. The roofers were not employees of Champion, they were sub contractors, did shotty work and were confused as to why I was upset that my awning was sagging after they cut holes in it for ventilation and were surprised that I wanted them to fix it. I asked specifically for a wood supported and shingled awning and got a cheap aluminium and Styrofoam awning that leaks occasionally. They came out and repaired it once, it still leaks and when I asked for them to come and repair it again, they said they would have to charge me although the product supposedly has a life time warranty. I hesitantly agreed and still cannot get anyone to come look at it. My roof is only 5 years old. The only reason they received 1 star is because someone actually came and did attempt a repair once. I will never purchase another Champion product nor would I ever recommend them.

I had Champion install Windows in my home a few years back and was impressed with the results. So i invited them back to do a soor and i am equally impressed with the quality of work. They are always ready to answer questions and help with adjustments when needed.

BEWARE!!!!!They did an AMAZING job on our 100 year old house windows. They did SO great that we recommended them to family. Our family used them and loved them too!HOWEVER, several years later, we needed our doors replaced. We went to Champion. They used an outside contractor to do the work. A single worker worked on our doors. He was kind and personable. Yet his ego and pride made it difficult to ensure the quality of our $7000+ doors.Initially Champion was very responsive to our inquiries about the various issues that we had with the doors. The storm door handle falling off, STILL AN ISSUE! The sloppy frame work. Etc....However, a year later and we are calling them for help/assistance. We get blown off every time! Go elsewhere!!!!!

Champion is amazing! We love our windows they were up front and honest with everything and the customer service was excellent. We recommend champion to anyone we can.

Made an appointment. They never showed up or called me back. Not at all dependable. Looking for another company. Don’t waste your time and money with a company that is not reliable

They messed up on so many things and were so unprofessional. They hammered a screw in a cinderblock into the wall instead of pulling it out. It damaged the inside wall. Instead of fixing it, they brought us the supplies for us to fix it. They built the screen for the dryer vent into the siding so you cant take it out. The siding was crooked and bowed in and out. They took the perfectly good rain gutters and demolished them or scrapped them or who knows what. They covered up the plug on our front porch. They didnt frame the front door right so we were unable to hang a screen door. We called for 7 YEARS to get this resolved, but they have such a high turn over (Im guessing from being underpaid because the owners obviously dont care about anything but money) so it was hard to get anything resolved. When they finally came and fixed most of the mistakes, not all, they then sent us a bill!!! Beware of this company!!! GO THROUGH SOMEONE WHO HAS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK FOR THE COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF JUST MAKING MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

June 18th Yesterday I talked to someone to complain about being no showed twice. .... they told me corporate would call me this morning June 19. First thing. Yeah no one reached out to me. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!This place is a waste of time. I made an appointment to get all my windows replaced. They were supposed to come last week. My husband and I made arrangements to BOTH be home take time off work for this appointment. A few hours before the scheduled appointment someone called and canceled. We rescheduled for the following week. About 45 mins before they were supposed to arrive I got another call saying they were canceling our appointment again. After we had once again made arrangements to get off work early and both be home. This place is a joke!! I would not recommend them to anyone.

They sent someone to fix all my problems and I am now very happy. Will came out to my house and continued to work until everything was right. He was on time, professional, and did good work. Because of Will I am now a loyal customer once again.

Horrible. Painfully unprofessional staff. Namely Alison, in the front office. Condescending, rude, invasive with no regard for the value of customers time. Dont bother. For $6 worth of hardware (they wouldnt break a $20 or honor the lifetime warranty because Im the 2nd owner) Theyve lost a customer and referrals.Windows originally incorrectly installed, according to a Champion installer. Resulting in bent hardware over the years. Massive waste of time trying to get the parts.Do yourself a favor: order windows from Mr. Window. I did in my last home. Correctly installed, warrentied and custom for very inexpensively. Plus- no awful technically inept front desk help.

My elderly mother has purchased siding through them and they still have not come out and put it on or done anything.She paid the 30% down in July and have not heard a word or answer her phone calls and messages, very disappointing I will update this when or if they actually finally follow through.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a siding estimate, champions website directed me to schedule online, which I did. I show up to the appointment, which I got a confirmation call from champion confirming. I wait 20 min past the appointment time before I call to ask if they are coming. Mind you, I don’t live on-site, I am a landlord and this was for one of my rental buildings. They tell me that somehow the appointment that I made online fell through the cracks and no one is coming. Despite the confirmation call. Okay, I reason, I guess that could happen. So, Andrew the estimate guy from salt lake calls me multiple times to try to reschedule the appointment. We set another day and time. Again I show up and again a no show. I texted him 20 min after the appointment time to ask if he is coming. No response.I used champion about 10 years ago to side another rental and it was a good experience, not sure what has happened to the company since then but it’s not good. I asked them not to contact me further. I’ll take my business where it’s actually wanted and where my time is actually valued.

The product cost was higher then the competitors we had talked with but not without justification. We ended up choosing Champion to complete our project.

9 weeks, several phone calls un answered, still no door ! Unprofessional, and no responses to the many messages left. Frustrating!
