Dixon was so great to work with! I needed a custom mirror and failed to tell Dixon the width of the mirror.. so when i arrived, the piece was too thick. Dixon was willing to work with me and cut a new mirror for me. We appreciate the customer service! The new mirror was PERFECT. We will definitely return for future custom pieces.

This company has customer service that is unmatched!! I was late for our install and they had to leave for another project. He came back and still installed for me without complaint. They were patient and the quality is exceptional!! I will be using Dixon for all my future glass projects.

Couldnt convince these guys to take my money. They even came out and took measurements for a shower arrangement and never responded with a bid. Upon calling them, their very talented receptionist recommended I call the individual who took the measurements.This is a great place to go with if youre not serious about your project. Otherwise, Id recommend Vision Mirror and Shower Door. They were very prompt and professional.

We ordered a custom mirror and are very satisfied with it. Advice and supplies for installing it were included and made it a great experience.Even when the mirror I picked up wasnt the ordered size, they quickly did another mirror in the correct size.

Have done 3 showers for me.... All to perfection!

Ive used Dixon Glass several times over the years, including just this week. They are helpful, professional, and very fair with their pricing. And their products (e.g., double pane windows) are of excellent quality.

Im kicking myself for doing business with Dixon. I did do my research and I did read the previous reviews. Being an optimist...or an idiot I went with them. They were quick to have someone come out and measure for a single custom mirror but the run around after that was a joke. I and my husband called multiple times to find out what the quote would be, then when it might be finished and then installed. Phone calls werent returned. It was always Oh Ill have so and so call you back tomorrow. A month later, after I shouldve just called someone else to finish the job, my phone call was answered and a date was set to have the mirror installed.I wouldnt refer them. Read the reviews. Everyones similar experience speaks for itself.I gave 2 stars only because the final time I called upset and done they offered to come the next day with my finished mirror.

We had used them before in the past for a small job. We had them bid another smaller job (some transoms and a mirrored table replacement). Initially we set up a time to have them bid the job at the last minute they had to reschedule because they had a larger job in Park City. We then rescheduled had them bid the job again. We waited 2 weeks and didnt hear back from them. We contacted them and stated that they lost our contact information and could we give it to them again. We waited another week and no bid. We called again and we gave them a different email address assuming it was the email being the problem. We waited another week with no email. We called on a Friday afternoon and spoke to someone and asked could they just give us the bid over the phone? They gave us the bid and we agreed on the price and we authorized the work to be completed. We did finally receive an email with the bid later that day. They said they should start working on the job Monday. Tuesday we received a call stating that they were too busy to work on our job and recommended another company to work on our job. What is obviously frustrating is the lack of professionalism. If they were too busy why didnt they tell us from the beginning?

We bought shower glass from them and seven years later when we were having trouble with it they stood behind their work and fixed it for us. We will always use them.

I called the first week of November to get a quote on a few bathroom mirrors and a frame less shower door. No one returned my call. Called again 2 weeks later, and finally on week 3 someone called me back. Had a nice employee come out and measure. I was told I would be given a quote within a day or two. Its been over 2 weeks and Im still waiting. I guess they didnt want my business? Im afraid of how long it would actually take for installation after ordering - weeks? Months? They really need to work on customer service or at least be upfront and tell a person if the job is too small.

Dixon is the best, every dealing I have had with them has been fair to the point that I feel like I owe them more money. Disregard the typical american reviews complaining that nobody is taking their tiny jobs. Guys, just go home depot if you need your hand held every step of the way Dixon is a real glass company.

When I contacted this company for a mirror they told me it was earlier to email them with what i wanted, so I emailed John and it took him several days to get back to me. And all he told me was that he would get back to me on pricing. Another week and a half passed and nothing. So I emailed him again and I got no response. I finally called the store and a young lady helped me and passed on my info to John, he called back to once again tell me that he would get back to me on pricing and he never did. I dont understand how you can run a company and not get back to your customers.

They have and continue to provide great quality and customer service. A few times we have asked for a project asap and they have helped us everytime.
