Glass Crafters of Utah did an outstanding job of repairing our large, frameless sliding shower door. After 3 attempts by the original installer to remedy the problem without success, we contacted Glass Crafters. Their team was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a poor/incorrect install, installed the door properly, and resolved our problem after 1 year of dealing with the original installer. I cannot recommend Glass Crafters of Utah enough! Their pricing was fair and a bargain after a year of headaches.

Great service. They installed my shower glass and mirror in less than 3 hours. When they realized they didn’t have the right part, they called around until it was found. When there was a slight water leak between the wall and the glass, they were there the next morning to fix it. I had to take 6 test showers but it’s fixed! Highly recommend

Only 5 stars because 10 wasnt an option! I had them install a frameless shower door with operable transom for my steam shower. I usually do as much work as I can myself but I am glad I hired them for this! The precision, tolerances and perimeter sealing is on point! It is incredibly challenging to get a frameless steam shower because of the need to seal the door. Brett and Co. rocked this. I am immensely happy with this door and the way it functions and it wasnt any more expensive than if I had tried to do it myself (and I wouldnt have been able to get the tight tolerances they did). They didnt ask me to leave a review, and I normally dont, however GC of Utah deserves it! The quality, attention to detail, and price was outstanding. If I had to do it again I would, 100%. I tried to talk to big box stores about it and I got frameless on steam is not possible and we cant do operable transoms. Again, these guys exceeded all expectations, gave me EXACLTY what I was after, and was worth every penny. Cheers!

These guys were great to work with. When they came to install my new shower door they were very kind and professional. My new glass shower door looks amazing!! I looked at the big box stores and they were going to charge me about $500 and I was going to have to install myself. Glass Crafters charges me a little over $900 and it is worth every penny !

Grant was fantastic to work with! My shower door is absolutely beautiful! He also did two custom wall mirrors for 2 of my bathrooms. When one of the mirrors was delivered the workman accidentally chipped the border. I was immediately offered the option of keeping the mirror (at a discount) with the chip being covered up by a metallic looking tape. I opted to go with this solution as it looked pretty good and I thought only a very discerning eye would even notice. Later that night as I was taking a bath and gazing up at the mirror I decided it was something I couldnt live with. I called Glass Crafters the next morning explaining the situation. They said we want you to be 100% happy with our product. They fabricated a new mirror and installed it in a timely fashion and I am 100% happy with it! They did not hesitate to make it right.Bottom line, I highly recommend Grant and all of the professionals at Glass Crafters. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional job at a fair price.

We had the best experience with Glass Crafters of Utah. They were able to custom make our shower in half the time as other places in town quoted us for. It turned out absolutely beautiful and their staff was great to work with and super friendly. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Very frustrating interaction. Very incompetent company. I would be ware……It started with a simple shower glass install, they came took the measurements, I had a clean slate for their install. Down hill from there, 5 weeks later, and after 3 attempts to install the glass, I finally got the final product. That is three times I had to take off work, because they only work M-F. No since of remorse that they could not get the measurements right, or cut the glass right. I still was charged the full price, and I was left with a shower seal with metal shaving in the sealant. With only a I am sorry you are frustrated with this experience. WTF….pictures attached.

Quick professional installation. Great price for quality work. The guys were in and out within minutes. They called to let me know they are running a little behind. It was only 10 minutes. I have been doing a lot of remodeling and this is the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Grant and his crew were phenomenal! I was moving and couldnt get a large sectional couch out of my basement. Glass Crafters removed one of our large basement windows, we were able to get the couch out, and they immediately replaced the window. The entire process took less than an hour. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Everyone I worked with was very professional and their prices were very reasonable. Thank you so much Glass Crafters!

I talked to Sarah a week ago about having a custom shower door made for my new shower. She asked me to provide basic measurements to get an idea on cost since we are still under construction. I emailed her the information the next day. I have not heard anything. It’s been 6 days since I sent the email. So I called this morning. I got voice mail. I left a message. Still no response. I guess they don’t want my business.UPDATE: Grant and Sarah apologized for not getting back to me. They are super nice people. We are now scheduled to get things started with our new shower door. Im looking forward to getting this project complete.

They did a great job and worked in a timely fashion. I was also impressed with how little messed they caused in the bathroom. Excellent work!!!Edit: We had an issue with our shower that caused a tiny stream of water to drain from the edge of the shower doors. I called GCU and no one answered so I left a message saying there was an issue with our shower. I thought if I left a message like that I would never get a call back. I was called back within the hour and they had someone out to inspect the issue within 48 hrs. They were able to fix the issue with a small fix on the skirting of the shower door (due to our shower being unlevel, not due to poor installation) and now it works perfectly. I would go to them again without hesitation. If you are going to spend the money to make something look beautiful, you want to go with a company that cares, will make sure the job is done right, and will insure their work. I am so impressed with their business!

Great to work with! Prompt to come measure and getting things ordered. I love their oil rubbed bronze framed shower doors. They look black which is a very difficult color to find unless you want to pay a fortune.

This is the third job I have used them for. They have very good follow-up and follow through and the quality of work is outstanding. Will be using again in the near future.
