Disappointed with customer service and delivery. We ordered enough lumber and trex to build a deck. Delivery truck backed up and just dumped all the wood in my driveway. No regard for damaging the product. Also, once we went through the trex, several pieces were damaged, chipped and had dents in them. When we went to speak to customer service about it, they declined to reimburse or exchange these trex boards for undamaged ones. We did not select the boards, but ordered them and Stringham selected them. Guess they wanted to get rid damaged products on their unsuspecting customers. It was at least $100 dollars in damaged trex boards they refused to replace. They responded by saying if we did not notice it when the truck dumped it in our driveway that it was our issue.This is why I shop at Homedepot and Lowes and why many of these smaller companies are going to go out of business. Very disappointed with their service and quality of product they passed off to an unsuspecting customer.

Stringham Lumber is awesome, been dealing with them for decades and they always take great care of us contractors .......I guess nowdue to Covid-19 theyre just for contractors or wholesale only

Good place to get things that Home Depot and Lowes might not have. And many lumber items are cheaper than the big stores. Also the yard guys are the best in the business!

I ordered a custom entry door from Stringham Lumber Company a few months ago, love my door purchase and install was great.

For the right thing they may fine. No one acknowledged I was there. Wandered to the lumber yard with finding what I need or anyone helping.

This is one of the most dishonest companies Ive dealt with. They caused serious damage to my vehicle then lied about it so they didnt have to pay for damage.

If you need a box of screws, nails or lumber for a 10,000 Sf house you can count on this guys . Knowledgeable people on the counter and happy guys outside ready to help you with the loading or you can always have it delivered

Dont go there to buy Doug Fir. Bottom of the barrel product. I made the mistake of starting to work with it so I couldnt return the lumber. Lowes lumber was surprisingly double the quality. I wasted allot of money by trying to buy from a local store. Dont make the same mistake I did.

I bought all my lumber for an large addition/ remodel, 2x4’s TJI, OSB LVL etc. not only was it good quality, but it was a bit less than HD. They shipped out extra TJI for blocking. They delivered with a fork lift into a very trick condition. Tom followed up with phone calls to make sure I had what I needed. Same great treatment with door shop from Dave.
