I love my hat! I have trouble finding small hats that fit my head. Even Gigi Pips XS size was a smidge too big on me- but they have the inner size adjuster in the hat so you can make it even smaller if you need to. So now I have the perfect fit! I also love all their different hat bands that you can switch out for whatever outfit you are wearing. I plan on getting many more hats!

I truly adore my Monroe Rancher hat!!! It is my first Gigi Pip hat and won’t be my last!! The fit is perfect, (thanks for the YouTube on measuring your head!) and the quality is first class! I had the most unusual and personal “chat” with Gigi Pip Hat Shop this morning. I was trying to order a beret and had certain questions about sizing as well as speed of delivery. The person on the other end of the chat wrote me back RIGHT AWAY and answered all my questions, assuring me that the beret would be shipped ASAP so I would receive it before my trip to Italy in two weeks. An hour or so after I placed the order, I had a text that the package had been SHIPPED! I’ve not been to the store in Salt Lake City and simply took a chance on an online link I found when searching. The photographs of the brick-and-mortar store are so impressive. I wish I lived in Salt Lake City so I could visit in-person. I somehow had the feeling that the person on the other end of the chat was the owner. That’s how caring the chat was. Thank you!

I placed an order for an event I was attending and after I didn’t receive a confirmation email, I reached out to customer service to inquire and made the agent aware of the issue and hopes that I could receive my new hat by Saturday which was 5 days away. I made an online purchase and had no idea if Id love it, if it would fit etc., so when I got my darling hat I decided I liked a different style better and wanted to do an exchange. It was a seamless transaction with immediate response time to my questions, a new topper on the way, and refund handled--Im a fan! BTW, be sure to take advantage of the adjustable sizing band inside your hat under the little interior band--it will let you tweak and adjust for just the right fit!

Cute hat shop! I got the Hannah and I totally love it. I always get compliments when I wear my hat. I love that you can order it online and pick up in store. Very convenient. The hats are very well made and you can see and feel the quality of their product. Customer service was also great and I appreciate all their help. First of all, I have to say that I love the Rylee hat. I also had a great experience with the customer service people actually communicating and helping me sort out my issues - the hats and the customer service each rate a solid 5 stars. The reason for the four star review is that I had to use customer service…. I was sent the wrong size hat even though the enclosed order form indicated the correct size for one of the hats - the actually tag in the hat clearly showed it to be a size smaller. So now I have to wait another week to hopefully get the correct size hat to hopefully receive the correct hat. Yes, mistakes do happen and it’s less than ideal - but the hat is nice and it was nice to be able to interact with an actual person.

I purchased the Zephyr. It’s color is called cream, however it’s closer to tan and I love it. Nice quality. The brim was a little curled around the edges (maybe from shipping) but once I flattened it looks perfect. A keeper!

The quality of the hats is TOP of the line. I have fallen in love with them & I’ve never been more than a baseball hat (which they also carry) kinda girl. They have support to help you find the perfect fit for your head (I have a small head and thin hair) luckily the hats are adjustable on the inside. Buy one hat & trust me you will be addicted.

I normally don’t post reviews (simply lack of time) but WOW! Gigi’s Pip costumer service was outstanding!!! It was late at night (almost midnight CT) when I came across their website and had few questions about sizing and shipping. I sent my questions on their website and was not expecting to get any answers till next day… Well I was completely wrong. I got a text message with all my answers and more… Thanks to that I purchased right away two Monroe hats (oatmeal & dark grey)… if I would not get my answers I probably would make a plan to buy next day and it wouldn’t happen because my days get crazy busy and I forget what I planned day before.My head size is 54.5 cm and I was advised to get XS 55 cm, so I did… Can’t wait for hats to come and for me to try them on!!

I bought a straw hat to wear while doing yard work and I love it! I can quickly grab it when Im headed out to the yard and it provides excellent sun protection. I also have a Gigi Pip baseball cap that I love to wear when Im headed out and I dont want to do my hair or if I need sun protection. These are great quality hats. Gigi Pip has such amazing hats! I just received the Isla straw fedora in brown and love it! I also love that you can buy additional hat bands. I wanted to get a leather band but didn’t know what color so I texted with customer service to get their opinion. I love this hat so much. So so cute. I got the one called River-Oak and I got the size 59 ( all the hair) and I dont like tight hats. This one is perfectly sized and lightweight. Winter I I will be looking more closely at their felt hats as those are my jam as well. Its worth it.

I absolutely have enjoyed doing business with Gigi Pip. I started off with buying one hat in November of last year, the Monroe Rancher in brown. I was skeptical but I love the hat. Then I preordered the Cara Loren. That took forever to get, but they kept sending updates. I was frustrated but I quickly realized that it wasn’t their fault. So many companies were affected by shipping and logistics delays, including my own. Got the hat and let’s just say I have about 18 Gigi Pip hats now. I loveeeee the hats. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with their customer service team!!! Where else can you text a company and they text you back?!! And of course the loyalty cash program keeps me coming back. I ordered a hat from Gigipip and I couldn’t find a confirmation email. It had been over a week I reached out to Gigipip via chat, around 9:15 pm CST, and asked for status of order. To my surprise I received a response back via text in about 30 minutes I provided customer service with the email address for the order that I thought I had given and it wasn’t the right one but customer service was able to locate my order once they received the correct email address my issue was resolved within less than an hour they totally exceeded my expectations I’ll order from them again!
