I have used Brady for the Last 8-10 Years for Laundry and House Keeping needs. I have had an impeccable sales man who addresses my needs timely and efficiently. (Lynn Vandermerwe). He is one of the big reason of their success from my point of view. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality chemicals and products.

I deliver to Brady in both AZ and UT and the guys in both warehouses have always been on it, efficient, courteous, and respectful, (not common in most recieving depts. And DCs). Never had to wait more than 2 hrs tops to be unloaded and on my way. Both places have allowed me use of their facilities as well which is highly appreciated, (its those little things that make the biggest difference some times).OTR DRIVER, US CONNECTION.

Nice people but slow to get unloaded. Had 10am appt didn’t get touched until 11:30 am.

Friendly service the only thing I have a problem with is every single order we have theres always something thats messed up or forgotten. We have to use a different alternative sometimes because were in urgent need of those items that get messed up. Its frustrating

Clean building and storefront. Friendly staff. I liked that they had some products on display. Would be nice to have more products.
