I went in with some questions while needing some help ordering. Carmelita was exceptionally helpful! She made time for me by asking questions and browsing the catalog and local inventory. I was able to find what I was looking for and am very happy with the purchases. I was also given recommendations about what types of cleaning agents would be ideal for our facility. A sales rep gave me a few samples to try. He was very gracious and kind. The customer service here is the one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Thank you for your time and efforts!!

If youre a company looking to get your cleaning machines serviced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They will not show up on the scheduled day. When you call to find out why the tech didnt show up, the call goes to voicemail. Nobody will return your phone calls, not even Jared the regional service manager. Wasted a month trying to get our floor scrubber serviced. Ended up calling complete supply company in Spanish fork. They had a tech at our facility in two hours and the scrubber was fixed in an hour.
