Had a nice tour in this store so think I should write about it. My husband and I traveled from Houston to Salt Lake city and happen to pass this mall so we went to the store. The staffs are all very welcoming. I forgot the service reps name (girl with accent, no offense) and she is the best. She helped me to find what I was looking, although I didnt buy any. She was so friendly and professional. Love this store and will visit again.
Marian sold me my first LV bag, she was so excited for me and made the experience unforgettable she truly made me feel like the most important person!
I stopped by today & fell in love with this On The Go bag in black. It’s huge, has large LV on each side & numerous small LV on both ends. Buttery soft interior in a beautiful color. It was somewhere around $3,350 +tax and worth every penny. The customer service was top notch, as it should be👍🏼. Well stocked store with more not out on the shelves, so be sure to ask if you’re looking for something in particular and they may have it in the back. She brought this bag out to show me after I described the look and style I like, and I knew it was “the one” immediately. I’ve been to a few LV store locations across the US and this one in SLC is my fav, so far.
I hate having to leave this review. This basically bracelet was purchased eight or nine months ago for $360 from the store. Due to manufacturers poor quality and design the bracelet is falling apart. I’ve purchased several others in the past year that don’t seem to have a problem. I took it to the store at city creek today And the store associate told me that these fall apart all the time and he recommend that no one should buy them. I left it with the store associate only to come back 20 minutes later to get it to find out that the associate cut it into pieces and threw in the trashcan. I would have expected them giving me a credit or repairing it. Don’t go to this location.
This Louis Vuitton has good selection (the one in Denver doesn’t even have men’s shoes!) but what stands out more than anything is the staff!Anita is our sales associate and we will never have another! She is the best, finding products we want, really listening to our needs/tastes, recommending products that we will love, and overall being a wonderful human being.Cannot recommend her and this location enough!
I recently went to LV with my husband (this is Lori Bruns). We waited about 20 minutes to get into the store which was ok because when I got in, I was given 100% amazing customer service. I met with Chance (customer service agent) and he was great!! I had a knockoff neverfull GM that I used and the straps were getting bad. He took the time to walk with me everything about the GM and the MM difference. He showed me every color that was available. He even told me about what would happen if I needed to send it in to get repaired. I really felt 100 % like I was being honored by being in their store!! I purchased a Neverfull MM this day!! I absolutely LOVE it!! I’m definitely going back!! This store is top shelf!!
Hannah is one of my favorite sales reps! She’s attentive, enthusiastic, kind, inviting, and helped me resolve an issue that I was told couldn’t be resolved. A bottle of cologne was purchased for my manager. He didn’t receive the bottle he wanted and the wrong bottle was actually branded with his initials. Hannah did the exchange and rebranded the right bottle. I’m very happy and can’t wait to go back!
Of course LV service was exceptional. No waiting on line to enter, & well stocked with a selection of items.
Giving them 5 star, had an exceptional service from an SA Nyles and the amazing and very knowledgeable Team Manager MANNY UPTON!!!Coming in from Germany one of my Speedy Empreinte had an issue with its glazing, and due to Covid any services/repairs were delayed at the moment which is frustrating yet, understandable.Came in one day and didn’t get any help or assistance regarding the issue, i then decided to make phone call and tried another inquiry if anyone can lead me to something or on what to do.A very nice and friendly SA answered the phone and gladly assisted me with the issue, he then took my number and texted immediately so i can forward pictures or more details of the purse. I was already expecting that my problem would not be resolve( that’s was the case with our Vegas experience ) but to my surprise in less than 30 min. i received a respond back!We then head on to the store, waited for a que and was greeted with a smile from another SA.Nyles and the Manager Manny took over and assisted us immediately.Manny UPTON did a SUPERB job assisting and explaining to us the reason why i had those issue with the purse, he’s super knowledge and took his time to answer most of our question. He was amazingly friendly not only to us, but to other customers as well as we noticed.The staff in this specific store are all very welcoming!By far the most friendly store, amazing SA and Manager we’ve been ( lived in Europe for 8 yrs.and visiting LV store in Europe can somehow be frustrating due to them being super busy. )Hoping that LV boutique will continue to man their store with SA and Manager like this one in Salt Lake to give their customer an amazing experience and make them want to come back again ( which will be the case for us 😍 )Thank you team Salt Lake LV, Manny and Nyles for a superb service!!! My favorite shop at city creek! The staff is extremely nice — especially William and the manager (I forgot her name)! We went this weekend and I got a bracelet, perfume, sunglasses and a dog collar for my pup! William helped me get the correct size as well as provided me with trying on all the bracelets. My family is regular customers at Louis Vuitton 🧡
Finally a Louis store in Utah. Although this is the smallest Louis store I’ve ever been in I don’t think that should affect its rating. However, I dropped off one of my pocket organizers for service, as it was hot stamped crooked. I was given a 6 week window to have it returned. At 7 weeks I went and visited as I’ve heard nothing, unfortunately all they could tell me is they are still waiting.I am at 10 weeks waiting for even a call, and I’ve not received anything. Now Louis’ service has always been stellar. Unfortunately, this go around it has been horrendous. I’ve reached out since and still no response. Figured at this point I could submit an honest review.

Ok so I went there to collect my online purchased, I was figuring out how to open the door, I thought it was locked inside or something, the salesman inside noticed me but didnt even bother to open the door, he just looked away, then finally the other salesman came, I told him I came to collect my online purchased, he just told me to wait. I was waiting and standing for awhile, nobody even offer me to take a seat! like hello! its LOUIS VUITTON! we expect good customer service! be nice!!! and be polite!!!
I will never visit this store again! Waited outside in the freezing cold, was next in line, watched 8 people leave, yet was not invited in. Finally asked why we couldn’t come in and was told an associate wasn’t available. I said no problem, I just want to browse. Apparently you can’t browse without an associate. Do we need babysitters now to visit your store? Are you that amazing? Get over yourself!
I will NEVER shop at Louis Vitton in City Creek again. I drove 45 minutes to take my daughter shopping. We entered the store with our masks fully on. There were no other customers even in the store. The person at the door who is also the manager told us to keep proper social distancing and to keep our masks above our nose the whole time. I nodded and proceeded to look for some shoes I wanted when I hear the manager say to me, ARE WE CLEAR?! In a very patronizing and extremely rude voice. You obviously make all the money you need and do not need my business.
Great LV store. So glad there is now a storefront here in Utah. I have worked with both Andy and Chance and both provided excellent service. Can’t go wrong with Louis Vuitton.
Weve loved working with Will here--he has always been kind and helpful. Sometimes I feel strange pressure from other sales reps in the store and that is when I specifically dont want to buy something. But on the whole, its luxury and it feels like it when youre there.
I was greeted at the front door by a very rude associate who said they were closing early due to some “internal reasons” that were “none of my business.” I saw about 5 people in the store shopping at the time. I simply wanted to purchase some overpriced sunglasses. 🤷🏼♂️ I’m glad I drove out of my way to have the pleasure of meeting that friendly employee.
The manager at this store is rude. I tried to exchange something and she said it wasnt possible because I had a mark on my purse. Which is fine, but the way she handled it was totally unprofessional. She tried to shame me with all that was wrong with the purse when I used it for an hour. I got better customer service at Athleta where I spent way less money.She had zero class.
The rudest customer service I have ever received in any LV store. My reason for visiting was very simple- it was regarding a bag I received as a gift that I wished to exchange. However, the staff (Hannah a client advisor and Manuel the team manager) were so rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, they humiliated me over exchanging a bag.THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST OF ALL !
I was so excited to get a Louis in SLC, since I don’t have any close to where I live. I had some items that needed repair, and I brought them with me from home. I had to wait a while because the three sales associates working were already helping other customers, which was totally fine. Once I was able to get some help, the SA that helped me wasn’t really able to help at all. She had to ask another SA questions about my items and he seemed put off and impatient, as he was also helping a customer. I wanted to purchase another item while I was in the store, but after this experience with a less than helpful associate, I decided to just leave and look online instead. I wasn’t happy with the level of service, especially since this is a luxury brand that you’re usually paying an arm and a leg for anyway. I’ll stick to purchasing my items online or through another store.
Finally we get a luxury store in SLC. Should have know it would be the size of a food truck. .

Went in to look at possibly exchanging a purse that my wife got for Christmas. We had an absolutely amazing experience and William was one of the best we have ever worked with in a retail store. We will definitely be back

My favorite LV ever! I have shopped with LVs all over the US and my hometown Utah LV is the best! Such sweet SAs and managers, beautiful boutique in such a pretty shopping area! And if youre looking for a great SA, you cant go wrong here-especially if Will helps you! Hes wonderful! I cant recommend him enough!! But like I said, all great people working here!!!!!!
Trying to call them, no body answers the phone from the store including the advisor who gave me his business card. I have called them at least 3 times, no answers.
I love that we have a Louis Vuitton in Utah. They have wonderful bags, wallets, sunglasses, shoes, accessories. They are expensive, but worth it. If anything is ever to tear or unstitch, they will repair it at no cost. Even if you arent in the market for something from this store, you should at least stop by and take take a look.
We went your store in SLC and were turned away for lack of masks. We told to get a mask at Nordstrom where they were provided free. We were told at Nordstrom they were offered but not required to wear. Step up your game Louis!
So we walk in and the shop attendant comes up to us saying hi (through a literal yawn) and then says bye as he immediately walks away. felt just about right, five stars.
