I work for Bonneville Asphalt and we took our asphalt paver to Tim Taggert and his technician TJ and we could not be more impressed with how well they took care of us. We didnt know where to begin with the repairs and they went through it (for free) and gave us an accurate estimate that explained the entire process. Our paver had some issues when it came to parts and their fitment from previous repairs and Tim was just the best at setting the right expectation for us each step of the way. I cannot recommend Arnold Machinery in SLC enough to people in the industry. We are now discussing additional equipment purchases and have been getting help from Tim and TJ with additional equipment repairs. We have to stay moving in our business and with them, we will keep doing just that.

Not happy with my experience on many levels. from taking months to get a dock leveler replaced, asking me to take pictures and figuring out their electrical which I know nothing about. I asked to get a quote on repairing equipment already in place, took 2 weeks to get a technician out and now another month with no correspondence sent another guy out to take pictures basically doing the same thing the other technician should have done when he was out a month before. The only reason it is 1 star and not 0 is the leveler they installed is good not anything to do with how we have been treated to date.
