Payment owed from January of this year over $ 10,000.00 for transportation of services. I have called and talked to Mike and been Referred to Ryan and Alice. No one responds to emails or phone calls. I am looking for payment status. Please advise. I call daily with no response from Mike or anyone.

Came in with the budget and Mike was able to get exactly what I needed for a great value. Definitely a better price than what I was finding at other forklift dealers. Seems to be a family ran business. The son really made sure I understood how to use the forklift and what the forklift couldn’t could not do.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are the worst company that i have ever worked with or seen. Nick and Mike are lazy and liars. We purchased a Toyota forklift from them and The mass cage had been cut down, scabbed together and modified by the previous owner, when we looked at the lift it was not on the lift they hid it until it was delivered to us. Also it was missing bolts and the ones it came with were stripped out. After 2-1/2 months there was a leak it turns out it was a front pump seal, and Trans case seal, we got a quote from Tek Equipment and turns out it is going to cost $4,500.00. Nick and Mike said that they had a 90 warranty but that is not the case they ran me around the bush for 3 to 4 weeks. I called them and told them what was wrong and they said that they would be out to look at it (several times) but never showed they said that i never even called them, but I talked to both of them numerous times. They even said they put me on the schedule and were going to come pick it up at our shop and no showed us. NICK AND MIKE ARE FRAUDS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Use Extreme Caution!!! We purchased a $13K forklift after a trade in of our electric forklift with battery and charger. After 2 weeks it wouldnt start. They came and picked it up while giving us a loaner and some attitude. They kept it for a month and supposedly fixed it. It worked for another 2 weeks. As stated in other poor reviews, the company went strictly to their contract. I figured buying a $15K forklift it would have worked for more than a month. There was supposed to be a 90 day warranty but it was never provided.They said they cant provide free parts and labor after they already fixed it. If it was fixed, I wouldnt be on here leaving a bad review. Your response wasnt a surprise but I feel people should know how you handled my situation.

We just purchased a refurbished used Toyota forklift from the guys at Utah Forklift Company SLC, UT. Our sales rep Nick was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. He mentioned multiple times that if we were not happy with anything he would fix it or let us exchange the lift for another one. So far everything has been amazing! It is so nice to have forklift that functions so smoothly!!!!

We checked out several companies for our forklift needs. Nick at Utah Forklift Company was very helpful. He not only educated us but showed us various pre-owned forklifts. We found just the right machine in our price range. Our mechanic said we got a great deal!

BEWARE!!!! Do not purchase from this company.....They sold us a Forklift and from day one it would not work and had to have another company come try to fix it because they would not take care of us or repair it. We had to spend thousands to have it fixed.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. We have had nothing but bad experience with them. I was out of town and my business partner purchased a forklift because we needed to keep our business rolling. The pictures of the forklift we wanted from KSL, and were told we were getting. The forklift they brought us was completely different lift with 300 more hours than advertised and with 1000 lbs less lifting capacity. Talking with mike to get this resolved after the purchase they put us off and never came through with the maintenance checks as they promised. Please do not use this company find one that treats customers right.

I beg of you, please do not use this company. I have no idea how they have any decent reviews on google with mike running the company. It must be his family and friends leaving reviews. I bought a forklift from him. After signing the contract I realized it was not the forklift that was in the ad. What I did notice when he dropped it off to me was that it had a max lifting capacity of 4000 LBS and I specifically told him I need a 5000 LBS forklift. With out hesitation he lied to my face and told me that the 4000 LBS on the tag meant that it would lift 4000 LBS at full extension and would lift much more. He refuses to take back my forklift or exchange for the one that was promised to me. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company. Mike is hiding behind his contract when he knows he is being dishonest. He is an absolute swindler. Anybody that needs proof of any of this please contact me.

Mike and Nick sold me a small warehouse forklift for a great price including trade work I paid them $1500 cash and over $1000 in trade work - I started doing business with them moving forklifts around the Inter-mountain west and they have stiffed me for numerous payments on several loads, when I posted a poor review on Google Mike called and asked me to change my review and he would pay me what he owed so I believed him but he only made a token payment then ghosted me again- nice guys till they owe you money then all excuses and they just disappear. #icantaffordtopayyourbills...... Update - Mike had his son post a poor review on my wifes company stating that I dont pay my bills ??? wow what a piece of trash

We recently purchased a Toyota forklift from Nick. The machine is great and Nick was responsive and easy to work with. About 2 weeks after the lift was delivered it stopped working. I contacted Nick and he had a tech at our shop quickly. They were able to find the problem and even worked late to get us back up and running. You can quickly tell a great company from an ok or pour company by how they deal with problems. I have been very impressed with Utah Forklift Company and their team.

Its not how you handle easy situations that counts! These guys showed us today what they can do in hard situations. We rented a forklift and have done business with this company a ton. We were at there mercy in need of a forklift to set up in an RV show! They LITERALLY pulled every rabbit out of there hat to help us get what we needed to make it happen!I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED HOW FAST THEY HAD US HANDLED. AND EVEN HUNG AROUND FOR A WHILE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE TAKIN CARE OF.wowow thank you soooooooo much

Nick was super prompt in addressing our needs for our fabrication shop. When everyone else we called fell short of coming through Nick surpassed all of our expectations and got us a loaner forklift while our new one was being painted.. Awesome people to deal with!!!!!!!!

We called, they came, our problem was solved within 5 minutes. They were very nice and professional and we would definitely recommend.

This company is horrible. We purchased a forklift from them over a month ago. It has no run right since they dropped it off. I have called them at least 50 times to come fix it. When Mike decides to answer his phone he promises to be out that week to fix it and never shows up. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all!

Horrible customer service, no follow thru, misleading. We purchased a forklift from this company. Day one, the clutch was bad. We contacted Mike, he promised to fix it. A month and a half later, still no follow thru. We are going to fix the clutch our selves. This forklift has killed our shop production and their product that was guaranteed, clearly was not guaranteed. I would buy from anywhere else.
