Holy cow! This store is amazing!! Weve bought two new beds, four custom orthotics, four fancy pillows and, the most amazing thing EVER, this gorgeous custom leather chair!! Brett and Shalimar gave such good customer service. When there was a delay, they let me know. When one of the arms didnt work right, they just took the initiative to get it fixed. This chair has saved me from going to the chiropractor every week for hip pain. These pictures do not do this chair justice. Great quality and great service!

I have severe back pain which requires me to sleep on a Relax a Back zero gravity recliner. Over the years (8-10) the stuffing had to be replaced so I called them. The staff became my advocate with the national manufacturer (this replacement is not often done) and got the replacements quickly. Throughout it all, the staff was responsive, respectful, and thoughtful. One could not have had better service. I’m sure I will return for other products. So glad they have my back (so to speak)!

I needed an office chair and after looking multiple places, I went to the Relax the Back Store. Immediately they warmly welcomed me into the store and taught me about their chairs and answered my questions. I went back several times, looking at different chair options, trying to decide what would work best for my circumstance. They offered to let me bring a chair home to see if it fit at my desk, which was very helpful in making my decision. It seemed to fit, so I ordered the chair. When it arrived, I brought it home and it didnt work as well as we expected. I took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a different chair, which ended up working great! I felt like that was above and beyond what most places would do.During this time we also purchased several of their other health related products, which we have really liked. I have been so impressed with the service I received at the Salt Lake Relax the Back Store! Brett and Lori provided excellent customer service!

I am very impressed with this store. I usually dont write reviews but, Brett was super helpful. I have been fighting insomnia and have a hard time sleeping. He was attentive with my needs and answered every question I had. Brett showed me multiple mattresses and explained all the features. He gave me plenty of time to lie on each mattress and explain what each does. He was knowledgeable and told me things I didnt know about my spine and back. One of the mattresses he showed me was cooling and promoted air circulation, which is critical to my spine and sleeping needs. I felt very comfortable in this store, Id definitely recommend stopping by here. Thank you!

I was in the market for a new mattress and shopped several different stores. As I walked in the door the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. After laying on the floor models, I decided to purchase a technogel. The staff coordinated a convenient delivery time. I was pleasantly surprised the drivers showed up on time as scheduled.I have been using the mattress for a few months now and noticed a big difference in my sleep. Previously, I would toss and turn waking up multiple times during the night. The mattress has helped me get a restful night sleep. I would definitely recommend a technogel mattress and this store to anyone.

Excellent customer service. They are very helpful educating and not pushy. They are also very helpful in suggesting other things in their store that might be helpful for comfort needs.

Relax can be pricey. A lot of the stuff they sell can be gimmicky. I have extreme back problems. 3 operations and still got herniated disks. I found for me, movement and excersise is best. A real masseuse is better than the massage chair at 6500 bucks, Ill just parcel out my need and reclaim on FSA. I do have the gravity chair from them, I like it. If you are like me and have fused spine, check with your doctor before you try anything.

Attentive and friendly staff greeting me as soon as I walked in the door and asked how they could help. Very knowledgable staff. Purchased office chair a few years ago and just went back in to look at massage chairs. Answered all my questions and I bought one that day! Junior and Alex delivered it and even took it down a tight staircase to the basement family room. Start to finish it was a very positive experience!

First of all, I am a real customer. A very picky one when it comes to buying a bed. Nothing stresses me out more than buying a bed when you really on lie on it for 10-15 minutes. The last three beds I bought at RC Willey got returned or given away. This round I was set on making the right choice. Thankfully I stumbled into Relax The Back Store on Highland Dr. when I heard they carry Posturepedic. I was skeptical because my dad bought one a few years ago and it slept too hot. That has been fixed. My salesman Matt was a true professional and spent almost an hour explaining the features and benefits of this mattress. No only did he sell me the bed but he also was one of the two guys who delivered and set it up. He was great! Regardless of the salesmanship or the reputation of the store where I bought the bed, This IS THE BEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. HANDS DOWN. I do not wake up with sore shoulders. It is a split King and adjustable so my wife and I have our own controls (would any couple want it any other way?). Many times we just elevate our feet and that is super relaxing. I have had the bed for 20+ nights now and I am not kidding, I have slept more sound for longer stretches than any other bed I have had in a long long time. I choked on the price but it is well worth the expense. I look forward to going to bed and having a good nights rest every night is priceless.

My friend wanted to look at foot and calf massagers; so we stopped by the only place in Utah; that has the most unique personal well being products in the state on display, to Try Before You Buy I was so impressed with their knowledge of; such a variety of products, that I will be going back to purchase the most awesome memory foam pillow you could ever want to have, double sided, breathe-able and cool. Yes the price is slit, but I already have a pillow similar to this one and I cant wait for pay-day ;-) Anyway, my buddy purchased a sweet foot massager for an excellent price and also got an additional 10% off just cause we were so cool. I do not usually write reviews, but when customer service is lacking in retail for most of the places I visit, I felt the need to express what a great experience I had at this store. Not only are the sales associates not typical sales people, but they actually are knowledgeable and educational and they dont work on commission so they are not trying to sell you. The products are of great quality and I am really enjoying my office chair. It has helped my back pain significantly and allows me to work more productively. I cant wait to go back and purchase my Tempur-Pedic from this store. So impressive.

Customer service was great. On 7/8/15 I was running late and got to the store about 3 minutes before they closed. The employee Shalimar kept the store open and thoroughly went through all the products I had questions on and took her time helping me find the best supports for my broken back. She did not rush me at all and was knowledgeable in her recommendations and products that are available. I was quite impressed.Well done.

I went to buy a new pillow for my terrible neck. I searched around and asked a few people and colleagues who recommended this place. I was told by one of the sales team members the best pillow was the tempur pedic pillow for my neck issues. I brought it home, took it out of the package and it was not nearly what I had tried at the store. I went to the store at about 5:15 and by the time I got home at 6 and opened the package they were closed. I called the store the next day to express my disappointment and was told that pillows are not returnable due to the fact that people’s hair, skin etc can touch it they are non refundable. I was not informed of this when I went to purchase my pillow. Had I been told this, I probably would not have taken the money gamble I took. I saved for a while to be able to purchase such a “luxury.” I told the person on the phone that I had not slept on it. I simply opened the package and touched it, squished it, and tried to make it feel anywhere close to the one in the store, and decided it was not what I really wanted or thought I purchased. I was shocked to hear that they would not take this back but they allow people to sleep on mattresses for 90 days where people sweat and do various other “activities,” have kids jumping on the bed, pets on the bed etc and they are allowed to return this. I feel like people need to be able to “try out” pillows for the same reason that people “try out” mattresses, to make sure it is the correct fit, firmness and to their liking etc. I spent $135 on a pillow that I was able to “try” in a store, but not able to purchase with the possibility of knowing if this pillow is not what I need I am able to exchange it or return it. We spend quite a lot of time in our beds and our heads on pillows and to be told that, sorry since your hair could touch this we can’t refund you money for a PILLOW seems ridiculous. If a store claims they want you to have the best feeling back and neck they sure have a interesting way of showing it with their return policy and not advising its customers of this policy before purchasing and extremely expensive item. I simply wished I had been informed of the “non return policy” it seems rather shady as a person who also works with the public and strives to not deceive them in any way, I was extremely disappointed. I felt they simply wanted to make money from me and not to necessarily help me. In the future I will not be returning to this store for any future back or neck related items. I was saddened to have such a disappointing experience when friends and colleagues of mine have had such great ones. I will also be sure to dig much further into a store or companies return policy in the future for any purchase much less an extremely expensive purchase. I felt as though I should have “tried” this pillow in store and then simply ordered online from somewhere like Amazon, where customers are valued and we are able to return any items we feel are not suitable for our specific needs.Terribly expensive lesson learned.I hope this helps someone in the future make the best informed decision for themselves!**response to owner**I have already been back to your store the very next day after I purchased this along with a family member who also purchased a pillow. If you now suddenly are offering a refund, it is only because of this review and not because I already attempted to return this item already. Again, I feel as if you only wanted my money. I have since sold my pillow to recoup only about 1/2 of my hard earned money. Please do not attempt to contact me again.

***this store contacted and replied to my family member review by phone and on this website offering a refund but nothing offered to me*On Wednesday April 17, 2019 I went to this store in search of a pillow to help my neck pain. I’d researched pillows to help and read Tempupedic is the best pillow for neck pain. I found this store as a distributor for Tempurpedic so I was excited to go there. I went with a family member who also has neck pain. We met the saleswoman and she gave us a few options. We decided on the pillow and agreed to buy them. When she brought the pillows out in the plastic packaging I was not convinced it was the same pillow we tried. I asked her if this was the same pillow to which she responded Yep. I trusted her and bought the pillow for $135 and change which is a ridiculous price for a pillow but my neck hurt and I wanted to sleep. We’d checked out at 5:17 pm and the store closes at 6 pm. By the time I got home after some additional errands it was close to 6:30. I pulled the pillow out of the package, squished it, looked at it and decided it was NOT the pillow I tried in the store. I zipped up the package and put it in my car. The next day I called the store to ask about returning it because it was NOT the pillow for me. I saw they would return a mattress after 30 days but before 90 days and a mattress has so much more potential for nastiness on it that I figured a pillow returned 24 hrs later would not be an issue. Imagine my shock when I am told there is no return but if I want to come in they’d make it right. We go to the store after work, where we were made to feel stupid. You can try a mattress for 90 days but you can’t try a pillow? I never used it but I am being offered nothing. You can try, have sex on, sweat on, pee on, have pets on a mattress but not try a pillow?? Give me a break. I was NEVER told the pillow was non returnable, never given documentation, it’s not written on my pillow. NOTHING was said to me. I’ve been ignored on here even though my family member has been contacted twice now. What a joke. If you are thinking about buying a pillow from here buyer beware. I can return pillows at bed bath and beyond, Kohl’s, Walmart or amazon but not here. Skip this store if you’re not positive you want the pillow. I have since tried the pillow and it sucks. The neck roll collapses when laying on it. I’ll be writing unhappy reviews everywhere. If I’d been offered a refund this review would be totally different.

For over 13 years it is the place for me, and now my friends. When it comes to warranty, or service, they cant be beat. You can go on line to find anything they carry, but will never be as good or for less. Their delivery service is done in a profession manner, orientation to the product, and perfect installation is their Moto. Keep up the good work, and thank you for al you do.

I bought a product from this store and had a problem with it not at fault of the store just a manufacturing issue I returned the product and they were happy to replace it with a new one. great people and stand behind there products I appreciate it ! I would highly recommend them!!

After 3 visits and 3 different employees I can say their knowledge, patience, and in store perks make this place a winner in my book! I literally thought they where paid on commission... But now I want a chair every time I drive by.

Im one of those crazy people that pay hundreds of dollars to run marathons. After a long run, my body hates me...lower back pain, aching calves and quads, you name it I got it. Relax the Back has the best massage chair to relieve me of my aches and pain. The people that work there are super nice and super knowledgeable. They fitted me into the right massage chair for my needs. I could actually walk around like a normal human being afterward. They also have Tempur-pedic beds, office chairs, etc. Go here if you are looking for the right furniture to support your aching back.
