Ive worked with Workspace Elements a handful of times in the last few years, and they have done a great job for me on every one of these occasions. Their service is consistently and reliably excellent.They are a great local resource for anyone purchasing furniture. Not only because they offer so many great products from some of the very best furniture companies, but also because they have a huge variety of textiles and other materials available to choose from, with samples in their showroom. So you can see the material, and feel it in your hands before making a decision, as opposed to looking at pictures of the material online somewhere.
Workspace Elements has been great to work with through the start-up of a brand new middle school, and more.For starters, we had the opportunity to visit their showroom to pick out fabrics, colors, and furniture styles. The design team was great to work with, offering their expertise to make sure we knew exactly what it was we would be ordering.The installation team did a great job too. In two days, office furniture was delivered, assembled, and placed in offices/classrooms. Boxes were hauled away and disposed of by Workspace Elements.Weve had a few pieces of furniture that have required the use of the warranty and Workspace has been great to help with that process as well. We let them know of the issues, send in the item numbers, and they take care of the rest, with weekly updates. A delivery date is scheduled, and they always arrive within the timeframe that was scheduled. They quickly repair or replace the item, and no assembly or clean-up is required on our part.In addition, theyre always quick to respond to phone calls, on the rare occasion they dont answer the first time, and emails. Theyre pleasant to talk to, always helpful, and they always follow-up to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Joel was awesome and worked magic on the scratch, and the desk is as good as new.
