So far not so good, at least for personal document scanning. I hoped to save time by having it done professionally. I took the afternoon off work today so I could pick up my scan job. Arrived at 4:20 (they close at 5). There were at least 3 people there, but they couldnt give me my scans. Only one person can do that, apparently, and she left (leaves?) at 4 p.m. I told them coming back tomorrow is not at all convenient--but it seemed there was nothing they felt they could do. Id have been far better off doing it myself, and saving the work time and vehicle expenses for the useless driving back and forth.

Awesome place. Whole transaction took less than five minutes. I was in and out which I really appreciated since I was in a big rush.
