I used Navis Pack & Ship for a large number of household items. Mark took great care to review the items and schedule the shipping. Navis came to the home, boxed the items, and took care of all shipping. They did terrific work.

I found these guys and connected them with a Valuable client. They shipped some furniture for her and it showed up broken. Not good....

This company has been great to work with. We have used Navis Pack & Ship on numerous occasions and they carefully pick up or medical equipment that needs shipped to the East Coast. They are extremely careful in the way they pack each item. As well our packages always arrive at the correct destination in a timely manner. Navis is always reliable and very professional. I highly recommend using this company for your shipping needs.

Came out to my house and looked at the sculpture and gave me a bid for $3900 to move it to Florida. A few days later they called and decided to ship it on a flatbed and told me it would cost $8000 when I asked them why they said it was because of the weight. When I called another trucking company they told me that since it was shipping on a flatbed the weight did not matter. Because of this I told him I would have it picked up and moved with someone else. They charge me $1000 to store it in their warehouse and then an addition $330 in overtime for their employees if I used them to move it out of their warehouse. I had to rent my own forklift which had to be picked up same day because they would have left the forklift on the street with the key in it. I live in Florida and I was not able to control the pick up of the forklift. It’s one thing to change your mind on the price, but don’t be dishonest and keep charging me more and more after it was no longer on my property. I would never recommend Navis.

Shipping and packingWe had many priceless items to ship to Montana. Gary and his employees did an outstanding job.Everything was packed perfectly, arrived on time.They are also storing items for us. What a great company to work with!

We selected Navis Pack n Ship to receive, inspect and deliver/install a house full of goods on a very important Interior Design installation. We are an Interior Design Firm, based in Los Angeles. Finding the right receiver is integral in a successful project. Several companies were vetted for our project. Navis rose above the others quickly in our initial conversations.Communication was consistent throughout the receiving process from countless vendors of received goods. Signs of damages in packing material was identified upon receiving with shippers and reported to me as they came in. Goods with potential damage were inspected immediately. Pictures and descriptions of damages were detailed. Goods were stored until time of installation. The product list was very long, consisting of all furniture, lighting and accessories for a three bedroom house.We had some delayed items which changed our delivery dates a bit. Navis was great in juggling our needs with their existing schedule. The installation went quite smoothly overall. We had a couple very minor hiccups here and there on BOTH our parts. Gary at Navis took this as an opportunity for new structures to be put in place and remove room for error. I found this to be very professional, forward thinking and full of integrity. We had some 911s that were addressed immediately. They went above and beyond to put out our little fires for an install that was totally seamless from our clients perspective, which is what matters most to us.It was a great experience and look forward to working with them again.We are very happy to have them as part of our team for our clients in the Salt Lake City, Deer Valley and Park City area.

Very responsive and helpful. Had several delicate antiques to ship to different parts of the States, and they came and packed them for us as well as ship them. Items arrived safely. They are very good at communication. I emailed them most of the time and got a response almost always immediately.

We did not have enough furniture and personal items to call a mover. We called Navis and Conner arrived at the scheduled time and move our stuff. It arrived in Arizona at the scheduled time and the driver helped us unpack all that we had shipped. I appreciate the care that Conner and Randy paid to our shipment.

The people at Navis Pack and ship were very professional. On time for the pickup and also accommodating when we needed the delivery dates adjusted. There were no damages to the shipment either. Overall their professional approach made the move a lot less stressful.

Packed fragile things from my Moms house in Utah and got it to me in NJ quickly and without any problems. Highly recommend
