I always come here for the drive-through. The person at the window helping with my order is very friendly. Makes nice conversation while waiting so you don’t feel you are waiting . They ask you if you would like to use your points which is a plus . Yes there is a line up but it’s normal cause it’s a drive through. Overall super happy.

Ive been going here for years...always good. Staff and service is excellent. Plenty of tables inside and outside patio. Only negative is its nearly adjacent to Eastlake HS, so often noisy kids there from 11-3.

I have a thirty min lunch break for school. I go to starbucks because it close by. I ask for a plain bagel untoasted, since I did not want to wait for a long time, I ask if I can get it right there since it is not un toasted. The lady says that she is not in charge of food and cannot do that. I wait for 20 mins and by this time I have to go back to school. I go up to the cashier and say I have been waiting for 20 can I please get my bagel. She gives me an attitude and say it was not 20 min. Then she gives me the bagel by doing the same thing I had asked her to do originally. I thought she was not in charge of food? Would not recommend this places

I have been here 4 times and all four times the service has been horrible. Each time the lines has been wrapped around, they run out or pastries, they do not have sleeves for the coffee, and this time after waiting in line for 20 min they were out of chai tea and I had to wait in the line for nothing

Solid store with seating, snacks, gifts. Etc.Always has nitro and new flavors. One of the better overall stores with customer service and seasonal variety

I was shocked this morning with the rudeness of employee Brian. From the drive through order taking to his scoffing a fellow employee in front of customers this guy is not what this location is known for. He really would be happier doing something else. His attitude is his problem.

Good place. Tends to take a bit more career than the other Starbucks around. The regular baristas are awesome, the newer ones not so much and they seem to be in a hurry lately.

Waited 15 minutes for mobile order... found out the order had been sitting there all along and no one called me. Food now cold and whipped cream melted. Also another group left without getting their order cause it was taking too long. They need more staff and need to get more organized.

Good food and drinks. Only problem is that there is very little parking so it is impossible to find a space.

Worst service ever. I ordered via the mobile app and it took over 15 min to get my drink. I stood by the register trying to find out where my drink was but no one came to speak to me for 4-5 min. One lady finally came by and said someone else will help you. Huh? Youre supposed to help me. They need more customer service training.

The store opens at 0530. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes while they turned the coffee pot on. 0530 opening means you turn the pot on at 0515. People who get up early cant afford to lose those valuable minutes in the morning in a captive drive thru lane.

Staff is friendly and efficient. The drive thru is very popular and there is usually quite the line of cars. We always go inside. Interior is larger than the other Starbucks in the Safeway shopping center.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have had to suffer thru to get coffee from. My drinks were never right. Does not matter if you walk in or use the drive thru. It was so slow that I could park my car at Safeway across the street walk into Starbucks at that shopping plaza, wait in that line and still get coffee faster than using Starbucks drive thru. So bad. So slow. OMG!!!! SUCKED SO MUCH. JUST SITTING THERE WAITING. Thank God for Starbucks in Redmond, WA with super, fast, accurate drive thru.

This is THE worst and slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Their drive-thru line always has crazy long lines because they are incredibly slow. Every time I get up to the window I look in and theyre moving around like turtles . very nonchalant and Casual almost always they tell me its going to be another minute or so for my order and they close the window while I wait. I think they hire a lot of students from the neighboring High School. Last time I saw the Barista hadnt even received or didnt care about my order at the ordering speaker. She was sitting wiping off the counter not making any coffees while the drive-thru line is hanging out into the parking lot and no orders were being made by the time I get up to the window . The window operator had to go tell her about my order. This Starbucks makes other Starbucks look bad

The store is wedged in a tiny plaza, near a KFC and a bank. Like nealy all Starbucks it has plenty of coffee and pastry smells, is clean, and has plenty of room for you to loaf around on you laptop or phone drinking a grande double half caf no foam latte with a hint of vanilla.The staff is pleasant and focused, and at least in my case, got me my goods quickly and professionally. If I had to complain about something Id say the parking lot is a little narrow. On the plus side if you dont like it here there are three more Starbucks within corpse throwing distance and a McD if you like that kind of thing.

I used to think you couldnt get a decent Carmel Macchiato in a Sammamish Starbucks. I work in downtown Seattle, and always get great coffee at the Starbucks near my office, but everytime I got the same beverage at a Sammamish Starbucks, it was bitter. I took a chance and ordered one this morning, and it was great! The service was a little slow, but the coffee was worth it.
