Yasser is very helpful, accommodating to multiple requests for boxes and assistance with loading them, change of units, and adjustment as my needs changed in the middle of a massive move with downsizing. The units are clean, lighted and no extremes of temperature. The prices are reasonable and every person I have dealt with there is very pleasant. I recommend this storage facility for anyone in the area that needs space to manage their belongings.

Very easy to rent a unit and set everything up. No pushiness or nudging to spend more on extra insurance fees, and they also offer a free cylinder lock.

Rented a space for 6 months. very clean facility. heated. but does get warm, we were on the 3rd floor. elevator is very large. lots of carts were available..Yasser, the manager is very helpful, and friendly. Thankyou Yasser for a great stay

After moving during blizzards, minus temperatures and covid the last thing we needed was a challenge with storage. Of course we had one! Not here, somewhere else. Yasser did a great job of getting us setup as someone had moved early and everything worked out. The unit was clean and ready to go.The only issues that I encountered was the rental trucks being in the way while trying to navigate the area other than that it was all good.

Front staff is friendly, attentive, and informed. Unit has climate control, is clean, and has lights. There is always plenty of carts to move your stuff.The downsides (which I have not removed a star for because it is outside the control of the staff.). A lot of Sammamish residents are rude, and most of the residents who use this storage facility are no exception. Multiple times when we showed up to remove items from our unit, another renter was using both spots in front of the main doors, backing their moving truck up so close to the doors that it was hard to navigate around. Then once inside the building there were items scattered everywhere in the lobby, multiple carts loaded up with stuff that was not attended to, and the elevators being tied up for 10-15M at a time.Again, I havent deducted a star from this review for this behavior as its not staffs responsibility to police the behavior of its renters. But, it is something to be aware of when choosing to rent a storage unit in a multi-level building with one elevator and lobby for access.

Yasser, the Project manager was very informative and he is willing to assist in a timely manner. He even asked me whether I need an assistance when I go back the next day. Plus the PHS seemed to have the Best deals & availabilities at the end of busy moving days in February in 98074.THK PHS!
