Great place - super clean, phone app code access, and easy to enter/leave! Used this place after opening it online, and received the access code. We had a great move-in experience, in a great location. Theres good access for big vehicles, and the process was made simple by Marks kindness and helpful attitude. Appreciated the online agreement and contactless process.

The staff on duty when I visited was named Corey. Initially, they did not have the storage unit that I reserved a month in advance available on the day of check in. Corey was quick to call another team member at another location to make sure that they could find a space for me. I asked to see the (indoor) unit before confirming my reservation / making my payment and Corey accommodated to my request which I appreciated. The unit was emptied completely, very clean and the indoor units are well ventilated (it did not feel humid / is kept dry). They have the typical amenities / securities there (free dollies to use, many security cameras, secure gate & passcode).

Easy and convenient. Mark was helpful and happily showed me around different options so I could make the right decision.

Was going to show up just before closing, so I called ahead. Mark was great! He had everything ready to go and we were done in about 5 minutes. This is my 2nd unit at this facility, very happy with the service and the security.

I liked this place. It is easy to access, clean, safe and Mark is an excellent manager, very friendly, and willing to help.

I initially rented a 10x8 indoor unit but found I needed more space when I went to move my belongings in. So I ended up switching to a 10x10 drive-up unit. The switch was no trouble at all and Mark had it done in a matter of minutes.

Mark was very helpful and always pleasant. The facility has great access so we were able to drive a large truck onto the property to drop off the U-boxes. Also worth noting is that they have carts to use for loading/unloading. Always felt like the property was secure.

While we were moving OUT of this location because we were able to find a Storage place a little closer to our home, Mark and crew have always been helpful when needed in the nearly 11 years we rented storage at this location. I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them again, if we were a little closer.As fort the moving out experience, we were able to get the paperwork done quickly and efficiently.

Updated my review to reflect just 1 Star after being here for several months. Mouse droppings in my unit and an small open access to the exterior you could see through to the street. Raised concerns with staff who didn’t seem to care in the least and who gave me a pamphlet to file a claim with the insurance company. Upon moving out, I voiced concern again to be scoffed at and told that having mice were just part of the business. I work staging homes and have had storage units for years. I have never had a mouse problem and subsequent damage to stored belongings, including staging furniture because of it.Original review: I had a great experience. Mark gave me a call within a few minutes of submitting an inquiry for a reservation. I came in the same afternoon and was given a tour. Mark was friendly, thorough, and most importantly the facility and the units are very clean and secure.

This place has bad business practice. Theyll sign you up at a price you think youll pay until you leave and then 3-6 months in, youll receive a notice of rate hike. I have three units and its happened on all of them and they never mention this during the sign up stage. Ill be moving all three of my units to another company within the month.If you are considering storage in Sammamish, Id choose another company besides this one.
