I had a terrible day and I needed a new battery. They helped me out it in my vehicle which was a extremely difficult task in my type of vehicle. They stayed 30 mins after closing till the job was done and I couldnt have been more thankful! 100% recommend.

Very helpful experience received on January 25, 2021 by Christopher. My mother’s truck didn’t want to start at the store across the street from Advanced Auto Parts and she was able to get this very respectful and helpful associate to walk across the street and test her battery and after figuring out that was not the issue, he then cleaned the battery heads and terminals which ended up being the problem. Christopher went above and beyond to provide optimal customer service. We will definitely be returning customers and most definitely recommend their services.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I got some new wipers for my vehicle and due to them having to use a certain type and style, it was nice that they installed them for free. I had no idea that they changed how to attach the bladed and the lady told me to use another brand for they are easier to install. Would recommend going there for future car parts and assistance!

Do not get a lifetime warranty part .I bought a water pump from them in 2003 started leaking out of the weep hole . Took it in for a lifetime warranty replacement with the original receipt .Yes it lasted 17 years .They said it was against store policy to replace it . Said I got my moneys worth out of it . I have had my 1997 chevy z71 sence it was new 200000 miles I want lifetime warranty parts for it .After asking questions they said they would replace it out of good faith and would only get a 90 day warranty on the replacement would not get a receipt .Said I was in the system .Why offer a lifetime warranty if you dont honer it?

Never been to this place until today and talk about great customer service up over and beyond. They didnt have my part but went out of there way to find me one and there prices are alot better than Auto Zone because Auto Zone wanted 10 dollars plus for the exact same sensor not very impressed with Auro Zone but would reccomend this Advanced Auto Parts all day!!!!

DO NOT use this parts store. Store Manager, and I use that term loosely, ordered the wrong part for me after me questioning him 3 times, are you absolutely sure this is the right part for my manufacture date because I have to have to have it tomorrow. Sure enough, he ordered the wrong part. Just stood there staring at the computer with his mouth open. Never offered an apology, never asked what could he do to fix it, never even acknowledged his screw up. I will drive out of town for parts before I ever walk in this place again!

Good for parts if you know what you need and want to order something not in stock but horrible service when I went. Had to come prepared with the part number because if not my part didnt exist...

Advance autoparts on loop is a rip off...people there do not know their ass from there elbow and they stole my money..i ordered valve cover gaskets..girl said next day and told me i would have a receipt when i pick them up....its been a week and they still havent been ordered asked for a refund but they have to have a receipt....ohhh and the kicker...the gaskets are not ordered....sooo they took my money and arent going to give me my gaskets.....

Horrible experience I ordered a part on a Friday they said it would be there Monday and not it is Tuesday and still have no clue when my part will be there and I have no way to work. I will never purchase anything from this place as long as I live!!
