Let me be clear,this is an absolute JOKE of a business. First off,the manager is beyond unreasonable,rude and also uncaring of customers. I’ve been waiting on the road for 3hrs for a tire replacement. This store said they had it in stock,they decide to call back 3 hours later,to inform that they never had it in stock to begin with! How on earth is that acceptable in any shape of form? Also,nobody called to apologize or inform me. My company had to call and inform me. I will never do business with this company again and I will ensure that my national company follows suit.

Two times in a row they put whatever tires they want on our trailers.... They quote one thing, then put something completely different on -and no, they didnt call EITHER TIME to ask! Very poor customer service, we wont be back.
