My car was broke down for two weeks at the Napa Auto parts store. Rick Was one of the very best from the beginning that helped me with my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. He advised me not to move it so I don’t damage it anymore than what it was. Worked with me on pricing especially when I needed to purchase anything for my car. Every single employee were all patient with me asked me the right questions. The best customer service I’ve gotten in so long considering the fact that’s all I’ve worked. As a hard worker myself I give credit where it’s due. This location is one of the very best. All the staff deserves is a 10 if you ask me. Go by & see these awesome guys if you need anything for your vehicle. Ask for Rick if he’s there he’d be happy to help.

I was on hold for 7 minutes minutes and finally got to ask my question. He said he would go look and then hung up and then hung up. To hell if I was gonna be on hold for another 7 minutes. Im a busy man too.
