Very disappointed in this store. After getting the things I needed to do my hair got to the check out and because I had a large bill was told by the young girl behind the counter they had no money to make change..What kind a retailer are you if you can’t make a sale?? The attitude I got was “OH WELL”, not even i’m sorry for your inconvenience..For the plan and simple fact I can and will choose to spend my money somewhere else..

Love love love love this place lol maybe a little too much. I frequent this branch, its cozy, people are friendly and helpful, carries my favorite makeup brand as well as all of my hair needs. Anything beauty related I get from here. Love it

As someone who works in the customer service industry, I was very disappointed with my last visit. Yes I was greeted however I was in the store 20 min not once did anyone ask if they could help me find anything. So once I finally asked for some help one of the girls turned to the other girl as if I was a bother and said will you help her out?.. I was directed to where I might find the product I was looking for but nothing more than that. I walked out empty handed..

The clippers and trimmers are no good from here. I wont be buying nothing like that again from here.
