I needed a pair of odd sized bolts for some security cameras at my house. Instead of searching up and down the huge bolt aisles at the two big box stores I decided to swing by Angelo Bolt and I was blown away by my short visit there.I honestly forgot what it was like to be treated like a customer until I stepped foot into that business. The whole crew that works there is friendly, absolutely attentive to their customers, and they hustle. As soon as I entered the building I was acknowledged and told somebody would be right with me and 5 sec later I had a gentleman ask how he could help. I told him about the bolts and he said he would go back and see what he could find.In the meantime, two other customers came in right behind me and they had to wait all of 15 seconds for someone to help them. The manager called up some of the staff that was working in the back to come help with the other customers and four of them showed up to help two people.About this time the gentleman helping me came back with the exact two bolts I needed. I looked at them and said Perfect, what do I owe ya? He said not to worry about it it wasnt worth ringing up the two small bolts. I was shocked that common sense was applied to a transaction. The 0.50 cents they are out on the deal just secured them a returning customer and a 5 star review. Thanks guys!P.S. They also have tools at their store, including Jet brand tools, which I didnt think anybody sold around here.

These guys are knowledgeable and super friendly. Rick was great. He paid attention to the issue, and was able to recommend a solution to the problem I was having attaching a glof cart seat . This is my go to place from now on for any screws or bolts I need.
