Went over at 5:25pm on May 31st 2021, they said theyd be open until 6pm and the open sign was flashing. Not sure how they expect to sell anything with the door locked.Left 2 stars as they are actually quite friendly when they feel like leaving the door open.

The sales person noticed I had purchased online the wrong battery for my apllication. He recommended the correct battery for my application. I appreciated his help.

The sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable about my iPhone and showed me features to avoid wearing down the battery. Instead of purchasing a new phone, I was able to just buy a new battery, have it installed, and my phone works like new.

My husband and I were in there looking for a specific light bulb that we couldnt find anywhere else in town. Batteries Plus had the light bulb we needed and it was inexpensive. Our Sales Associate, Ryan, was knowledgeable on a variety of things we asked. We found out Ryan is Apple certified and can change out your iPhone battery if needed. We were so grateful for his help.

Found a 10-battery collection for a hard-to-find battery for my car. Ordered it online and paid for it. Got it the next morning via pickup. Less expensive than auto parts places. I highly recommend.

Was able to find batteries for one of my two slr film cameras. It’s the one that I use much less often simply because the batteries in it are much more difficult to find locally vs purchasing them online & having to pay shipping costs as well. I went in totally NOT expecting to find what I needed. However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find exactly the batteries I needed & even for a few dollars less than I expected to pay. I can’t remember the name of the young man who assisted me, but he was very attentive as well as much more knowledgeable about slr film cameras and the various batteries such cameras require. In this day and age where most everything is done digitally, it was definitely a breath of fresh air to find out that I did NOT have to get into my teacher mode and go into a detailed explanation of what I looking for, which is what is typical at other places & what I was fully expecting to have to do here as well. It was also nice to not be looked at like I have three heads when I said I was looking for batteries for my film camera. I typically shoot digital, but have film ones that l use occasionally most often for the mere fact that they still work and therefore I CAN still use them both, most especially now since finding the batteries for the oldest of my two film cameras.

Disclaimer: I used to work here.With that being said, this is probably the only place Ill buy batteries now. Ive heard so many horror stories of other places batteries dying quickly or being cheaply made, but almost no complaints about any of ours.

Fixed the broken camera lens on my phone is about 30 minutes! Works perfectly...and soooooo much cheaper than a new phone!!
