Cant beat the customer service at this Firestone located on Concho Street. The manager was very courteous, professional.Very, very good 👍 job..excellent 👏 I was impressed with the prompt service.

Took our vehicle, 2011 Buick Enclave, there four time for an A/C problem(freon leak). The first 2 two time they said they could not find the leak and it must be so small that the freon should be good for a long time. The third time they said they saw some dye on the compressor and want ed to replace it. The 3rd time they said they saw some dye on the compressor and wanted to replace it. I tried arguing with them that I didn’t think it would be leaking from the compressor but they insisted that this was it and it would solve the problem so I let them replace it at a cost of around $800. A few months later we were again without freon. When we took it back they said they had located the leak and it would be $300 to repair it. I told them fine if they would refund me the $800 for replacing a perfectly good compressor. The manager did not agree. Needless to say I am done with Firestone.

They say they are open but they can not work on ur stuff until 8 oclock. So they are not open at 7. Total waste of time .

My family and I moved from out of state and almost exclusively took our vehicle to the local Firestone there and were very pleased with the service. After our experience yesterday, we wont be going back to this location. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. We went in for a routine oil change and were hoping to set up a follow up appointment from some work we had done at another Firestone. He refused to answer questions, he tacked on extra charges and didnt explain them and when we asked he said we gotta get paid somehow. I have been taking our car to you guys for a long time. I know you dont charge $60 for a routine oil change on our little 2009 Toyota Matrix. We were asking questions about our A.C. in the car because we moved to Texas from New York and we want to make sure that everything is in working order for our 6 month old baby in the car with the heat in this Texas summer. We were only asking questions about it to get an idea about weather or not we should bring it back to them for service and he added a $10 charge to the bill! We were only asking questions and did not ask for anything else but the oil change and for a professional opinion on what needed to be taken care of at our next servicing. I was ready to walk out but then decided to stay and was able to use an online coupon. We like bringing the car to you guys but please do something about this horrible service at this location.

I knew I wanted Firestone tires and he advised me of what was available in the store. I also advised I was having trouble with my car starting. He advised the two men were assisting others at this time but would be able to make an appointment at my convenience later for a diagnostic and check it over. The technician was Michael, and he placed my two front tires on in a timely manor and checked my back tires as well. As a female, widow, and a retired Police Officer, I have seen many disasters all over town, scams on women, and half done jobs. But every time I have gone into this little Firestone store I have gotten professionalism, was listened too, and great service from the service advisers to the technicians. This Firestone has a great staff!!! Took our Mazda 3 in here every time and theyve been extremely helpful, professional, and gave us great deals. Helped us get a GOOD replacement battery (which took a few tries!), replaced the alternator, and actually took me out to look at the tread on my tires and remind me to get my spare tire fixed! Robert is THE BEST! Thank you Firestone!!! :)

They are always so helpful when I go in and explain everything that needs done. They are never rude or pushy.

The pricing was high but I had already waited an hour to find out my car wasnt out of alignment. I just had belt seperation in one tire. I would have been charged for just checking it and still have to get tires so I ate the higher price and they ate the labor of looking at my alignment.

This one in San Angelo was awesome very helpful even when a store manager in Crowley TX was one of the worst managers Ive ever talked to but I will come back again because how they handled everything in a very professional manner.

Decent service if you can get over the fact they ignore youre requests, absolute WORST time management skills I have seen in any shop, went in for an alignment, had an appointment and they lost the appointment, came back another day and it took them 6 hours to do it. Came back AGAIN because the alignment was still off and now have been sitting for 3 hours waiting and my vehicle isnt even on the rack. Adding insult to injury they put a layer arrival on the alignment machine before mine, the deskee did however realize the mistake and after 30 minutes had them switch vehicles.

Got me in and taken care of in a timely manner without an appointment. Super friendly dudes.

I needed a part for my 2002 Santa Fe AC. Andrew special ordered it from Lubbock & it was here by 2:30 pm the same day. My car was fixed and rolled out of the shop in under an hour. These guys go the extra mile .

Got my car aligned and I needed a new tire...they asked where I purchased it from, which was Sears, so they suggested I call to check if it was under warranty and have Sears replace it if so. Ill be going to Sears, but never would have thought abt checking warranty if they hadnt asked..very grateful they did ask.

Alignment bay is broke

Made an appointment for 3:45pm, they didnt start looking at my car until 4:30pm. I was then given a sheet of paper that shows camber/toe/caster. The supervisor, Michael, informed me that if I paid $200 for 4 new camber bolts, they would be able to fix everything...which is impossible, caster cannot be fixed with new bolts (which was the main issue). I was then told that nothing could be adjusted until I got new bolts, also not true, toe and caster have literally nothing to do with the camber bolts. I declined the advice, and waited another 30mins for them to get my car out of the garage.I then took the paper I was given and brought it to Steve at the Firestone on Southwest BLVD. Steve explained the sheet very thoroughly and my actual issues to me, he then told me that there was nothing Firestone could do to help me, and advised me to several other reputable shops. I highly recommend avoiding this Firestone, and taking your business to the one of Southwest BLVD.

Fast and friendly service

2016 RAM 2500When you pay for a service, you expect a professional job. Drive for over an hour to get my vechile serviced, and back. The next morning I notice a small wet spot on the gravel coming from the fuel filter housing.I paid 406.98 for 2 fuel filters installed. The mechanic had been referring that I work in the Oil Field, I do not, this must of meant that he can charge whatever he wants.Im professional, unlike this mechanic, I dont have any extra leisure time and I cant be cruising into town wasting my time and money to have re-work done. Do it right the first time, and check your work. They said they checked it, obviously they arent thorough, not professional. It was hard enough to get the time off to get the service done, left work early to make it there and caught hell.They offered to pay to have it towed in because I dont have time to drive there after work. But then I dont have a vechile for work, so I would also need a rental truck until they fixed it.It would take 5 minutes once they drove here to do what I already paid them to do, but they refused to provide customer service.Dont reward negligence, NEVER go to this mechanic.

I dont normally like dealing with big chains, but Firestone on Concho definitely changed my mind. The salesman was friendly and efficient without being pushy, which is rare these days.

Previous I had rated firestone with 5 stars . Since then I had them work on my 4runner and this last experience was bad. They replaced a part on my passenger side front ball joint plate and when they put it all together they forgot one small important thing to put all the bolts in. So be very careful if you take your vehicle to firestone.

Dont waste your time. Theyre very reluctant to honor their guarantees in any capacity, and even then wont honor them as written. And then theyll blame you for their shoddy materials and worskmanship. Long story short, they managed to screw up 7 times on 4 tires. Thats impressive, but not in a good way.

Right off from the start the customer service was terrible I called for a simple quote for the cost of diagnostics and repair (just the hourly labor charge) and the man on the phone was outrageously rude and condescending he proceeded to explain to me that a engine code doesnt explain the actual problem. I had to repeat myself several times to him that I wasnt asking for that, and that I just wanted to know their labor rate and diagnostic cost. I will never take my business here again and will strongly reccomend others dont as well. If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible...sold 2 bad tires. Came in for repairs...3 hrs later we leave with 1 new tire. Take it back the next day and 3 hrs later they didnt touch the car...

Made an appointment for an alignment. Waited an hour and twenty minutes and the truck was not looked at. I finally left. They did say that they would get to it soon but that was over an hour after my appointment time. Not impressed with this Firestone.

First time visiting, dropped my car off for an oil change and left for over an hour only to return and be told they wouldnt have time for it today, so I scheduled another appointment. I was never offered any complimentary services or discounts. The most recent time getting an oil change and 21 point inspection took over 1.5 hrs and was never told the results of the inspection nor was it emailed to me with my receipt. Also dont be surprised when your oil change total comes out to nearly $50

Horrible Service had my KIA for 2 hours and then decided they didnt have the proper tools to perform the alignment. If they didnt have the tools for performing the alignment they never should have accepted the reservation to do the alignment on a KIA to begin with.Avoid this business at all cost.

Scheduled an appointment to have an oil change at 8. They didnt start working on my car until 9. Oil change didnt get done until 10. However they didnt charge me so that was nice.
