I went in with a fleet vehicle (work truck). Although they made it easier and no cost for me, I looked at the receipt and they charged my company a stupid amount for a fuel filter replacement and oil change. Not only that it took 2.5 hours and my truck was taken within 10 minutes of me showing up. I watched nothing being done to the truck for more than 55% time. It shouldnt take more than 45 min in my opinion, its not that advanced mechanical work I just dont travel with the tools for it. Guy in the parts department gave me information on my personal truck back at home and thats what saved this review. Truck sat being completed for 20 minutes before they drove it out. Not sure if they were just trying to charge more for time honestly. Id avoid this place. Oil change alone was 220 dollars. These guys are straight stealing your money.

The fact that I am traveling 1100 miles to this dealer says a lot. Cody has been very helpful, honest and accommodating. We fly out for our new truck next week and I am so excited after getting the run around from other dealers.
I had an appointment set for Monday. Monday night after work, I hadnt heard anything, so I called them. My rep stated he hadnt heard anything from the technician. I got a ride home and then decided to call back. I asked when he expected to hear something. He said probably not tomorrow since they are closing soon. I wondered why I wasnt notified that I wouldnt have my car back that day nor had the rep even bothered to ask the technician for an update. The next day I had to call them again after work as I hadnt heard anything from the store. I was told the technician was behind but was looking into it right now. I called at 5:00 and was told I needed a part that had to be ordered but I could come and get my car. They would call me at the end of the week to have the new part installed. Needless to say, no one has called me yet and the part is not installed yet.

Had a great experience. Had an issue with a used truck i bought just after my purchase, John and the upper management team went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of and remedied the issue. They didnt have to do what they did. But they were more concerned about my satisfaction than making money. You dont see that in dealerships these days.

We have been looking for a new 2021 3500 dually and thought we found the perfect one for us until we called them to buy it. It was listed for $81,360. I left an online message asking if it was still available and the next morning Chris called and said it was. After my wife and I talked about it for the morning we decided it was the one that we both wanted. When I called I asked for Chris and the person who answered asked which one? I didnt know since he didnt leave his last name. Well as luck would have it I got Jackson instead of Smith. On multiple websites the price is $81,360 and they say that includes all the packages that are included on the truck. When we talked to Jackson we asked to make sure because my wife wanted to be sure. His response was of course. We asked what the final price would be out the door with cash. He said he would check with the sales manager and get back with us. Well the Chris who left the message on my phone called back, which is fine because he is the one that reached out to begin with. Well he came back with a price of almost $93,000 explaining that the packages on the vehicle is almost 6K more. We tried to explain that on the websites and the first Chris said it was already include the response was Well we had to pay for than the MSRP so thats the price.Needless to say I am very disappointed I will never be doing business with is company in the future and not to mention I am originally from Texas and I will make sure all my friends and working companions stay away from this place

The sales professional Rosa, and the financing/sales Manager Freddy were very nice, knowledgeable and effective professionals. I used to go to Abilene or even DFW to get much better deals used or new from bigger large inventory dealerships. But now with Lithia this is no longer necessary. I got a Ford F150 Limited KBB price 30K for 27K! Thanks Rosa and Freddy, They took the stress out of buying a used truck!
First and foremost I want to say that this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare for us! Every person that I have had contact with have all been the same, unprofessional. They will sweet talk you and tell you that “customer service” is their main priority but that’s a big lie. We’ve been lied to over and over with no concrete answer and it’s just absolutely horrible. If I could’ve given 0 stars I most certainly would have. PLEASE go somewhere else and give your money to a place that truly cares about you and what you are looking for.
I came here from the Nissan dealership where they told me they had, “the most inventory in town” but didn’t have what I wanted. When I arrived at All American, Isaac greeted us & asked what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted & what my price range was & in less than 15 minutes he had 3 different vehicles that met all my criteria. He helped install my sons car seat so that I could take a test drive and was super sweet & patient when my toddler started to get “hangry”. They offered fruit snacks & candy to help calm him so I could focus on the details of purchasing a new vehicle. Isaac was able to get my payments to what I wanted, and even increased the trade in value of my old vehicle. (That was in need of repairs, btw) He made the whole process so easy & was a genuine, respectful Individual. It’s easy to take advantage of a young mom but Isaac made me feel comfortable & confident in the decision I made. When it was time to do the paperwork with the finance guy, Isaac took my son out to the floor and kept him occupied while I signed all the dotted lines. I had such an awesome experience. I was told that as long as I owned my car that my oil changes would be free. The service guy said that since I refinanced my car that my oil changes would no longer be free. I dont like being lied to. There were NO conditions when I bought the car. I was simply told that as long as I owned the car that my oil changes would be free.

While they were friendly I was not happy with the service. I went in to see if they can find and fix a leak. They did a full diagnostic of my vehicle and told me my water pump was the problem. Told me it will cost around $700 to replace it. I did the replacement myself and found that they did not find what was leaking. Not only were they going to charge me a ridiculous amount to replace the pump, they didnt even find the problem to begin with. I will not be going back.
The jeep we got from this place in may of 2020 has been nothing but problematic and a financial headache. Not even 2 weeks into having the Jeep had to be towed over the alternator ( we replaced that) next was the entire motor ( radiator, head gasket, computer) it happened in October of 2020 and after months of the mechanic trying to get a new computer to get working he said the vehicle was bad to begin with that the computer was what caused the issues from the beginning. Over a month ago the sales guy we got the jeep from contacted me to see how things were going so I let him know he said he was going to speak to his manager to see about taking care of the jeep and getting us into a new vehicle he took no time to hit our credit but do you think we ever heard anything back? No. When I cal I go straight to voicemail. This place does not value you as anything but a number.

I brought my truck in because I heard a noise coming from the wheels. I was greeted by Alexia Carter and Eddie and they immediately addressed the concern. A Technician was able to look at my truck and determine that I needed breaks. After a short wait, I was presented with 2 offers for 2 different types of breaks and given prices for both. I was able to get my vehicle serviced right away and for a fair price. I will continue to use All American service for all my future needs.

People did not acknowledge me I had to inform them I was there to pick up my vehicle eddy from a 3rd party point of view felt that customer service was not his top priority granted he was busy takes 30sec to say hi are you here to pick up? I would have said yes here’s you paperwork head to the cashier but nothing when acknowledging I wanted to get mopar oil package after dealing with that no need I’ll go somewhere else
I had 14 different recalls and safety campaigns on my 2013 ram 2500 that I had purchased used. All American took care of all of them .. even gave me a rental car for a week while they did the recalls and waiting on parts.. excellent customer service!!! Would highly recommend the San Angelo dealer!! I’ve been to the one in Odessa/Midland which is actually closer to where I live but customer service was not good.. great job San Angelo!!! Will come back there again

My husband called to get an oil change and they said they could get us in that afternoon. When we dropped the truck off they asked if he was staying and he said no we would be back and they said theyd call when it was ready. 4 hours later we called to see what was taking so long and they were closed! No one had said anything about keeping our truck over night! So about 30 min after they opened the next day we were there and they said they technicians had it now. Then 4 hours later we were back still not hearing from them! They informed us the tech was finishing a vehicle and we were next! At this point they had had our teuck for 23 hour! So we had them bring us our truck and left! As we were waiting for them to bring our truck around a salesman asked if we needed help and I told him and he said that they didnt have the best service department! But he did offer to see what he could do but we were just ready to be out of there.

Although I declined the repairs quoted, I appreciated Eddie and his promptness to assess the issue with my vehicle, and to answer my questions straight forward and with a smile. Thank you, Eddie. Had a radiator hose pop off about 30 miles outside of town midday Saturday — even though they closed at 4pm, they were able to fix it and another issue I wasn’t even aware of in order to have the car done that day. Amazing efficiency and wonderful customer service. Will not go anywhere else with my car. Thank you!
It was easy to make the appointment, but that really did no good. We were there 1 1/2 hrs for a simple oil change. It should have taken at the top 45 min but average at other places not more than 30 min.
I can’t speak for the whole dealership, but Mark Smith is the salesman you want. He went above and beyond to find something that was nice and fit my budget. He remained patient and kind through my indecisiveness, and found solutions to all my problems with a smile on his face.

Only posting because I got a 1 year anniversary text from them. My car had a recall on the transmission. Been in and out of the shop for repairs, which is inconvenient since Im enlisted and dont ever really have free time. I wish they would have disclosed the recall and issues it had before selling it to me.

Do NOT buy a vehicle here. My husband bought a truck in at the end of March. Took them 3 weeks to get the vehicle to us. We traded in a bmw and told them we were not sure of the payout amount. They told us they would call to confirm the payout amount and send the total payout amount in a check on Monday to pay off my husbands BMW. Come to find out they only paid a portion of it and left us with the rest to pay. Coy was very disrespectful and mangers did nothing to fix our issues. Not to mention the truck had hail damage when we picked up the truck. & they did not give us the contract when my husband picked up the truck. & now we get to pay a ticket for expired tags since apparently our license plate has been at the dealership and no one informed us. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I personally feel like OSCAR RODRIGUEZ could have taken the situation a bit better on his side but instead decided to put me down for not going and getting the vehicle. Thank you OSCAR for calling me a liar and not people of our word. Way to go. Absolutely never go to this guy if you’re indecisive.

For the only CJD dealership in town for service I can say it’s mediocre as far as service.
