Very unprofessional. The general manger is extremely rude. The salesman Terry gave us the run around instead of being straight forward. My suggestion is, if you don’t want to be treated poorly and you’d like to be taken seriously, take your money elsewhere.

My daughter went to this dealership (if that’s even what they consider themselves) and was dealt with by a very unprofessional employee by the name of Teri who refused to serve them who gave them the run around, he asked my daughter to come back in a few hours because he had a personal appointment to go to!!! when our kids went back he told them they’d have to take another day off from their jobs and that they should’ve come in earlier! I mean really?!? They were there in plenty of time. Very unprofessional business, make sure you read ALL NEGATIVE reviews before buying from this place.

I have ALWAYS had great experiences. Terry is always my go to guy and Randy is wonderful as well. I have always felt the same of the staff, until today.An apparent miscommunication led to an unagreed autodraft which I called to resolve, Wow. Talk about RUDE!! I was belittled and spoken to in an unacceptable manner, being told I said one thing where I clearly said another. I could hardly get a word in.. Having to talk over her without yelling.I have always maintained good standing with my vehicles and was just floored at how the treatment of 1 employee can sour the taste of an entire company.

Had Terry and Randy as our salesman and they were great. They were able to work with us and made sure we were comfortable with our payments.

I never had a problem with them. Actually very nice people, even when I could no longer afford my payment on my vehicle and had to return the vehicle, they were very understanding. Jeffrey and Randy are both very helpful salesmen. I recommend this car lot for anybody who needs a second chance!

Randy has the highest degree of integrity and worked fairly with my niece on her challenging vehicle situation. I would unequivocally recommend Randy and the company.

Dont bother with this place. The people are your stereotypical sleazy used car salesmen. Theyre rude, pushy, and good luck getting decent terms. I tried to point out a couple things, ask a few questions, and the guy - Jeffrey Hernandez, I think - kept changing the subject.Go somewhere else!

Bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonta from them and referred my mother. Felt welcome and appropriated. Would recommend them to everyone I know.
