The ladys at Zales in the Sunset Mall, San Angelo, TX, gave great service and the selection was awesome. Cant hardly blame them for reducing customer numbers in-store due to CV19, so entrances are reduced, but hygiene was great.
Always have such a good experience with this store! My husband and I have bought our wedding rings here and they are beautiful! I also was so impressed with Raquel, She was so nice and professional!
The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help with any issues. Always thinking outside the box to find solutions for any jewelry problems I may have. Sweet ladies and friendly atmosphere!
I must say that I absolutely LOVE my local Zales store! This year is my 10th Year Anniversary with my husband. I have shopped with Zales every step of the way. From the first time walking in the store Melissa was always there to help. She has paid attention to each of our styles and what is important to us. She has been dependable upon helping to make the important decisions like the birthday, christmas, and anniversary gifts that we have had. There is not a time that we dont walk into that store and NOT find her helping someone. She is always so attentive to everyone and yet still if she happens to see us walk in shell give us a wink and acknowledge we are there. We love our Zales Store and Melissa!
Melissa the store manager and a sales associate which name is unknown to me, were very inappropriate in their conduct today. They refused to treat a customer that has been doing business with the store for over 13 years with respect. As I walked into the store I could see them talking about me. A real lack in edicate was obvious from the start. I ignored it and continued my dealings with a very pleasant associate and was interrupted by a rude and petty girl. She proceeded to take over as if she was requested. The items I was interested in all of a sudden were not able to be delivered to me before Christmas.. This was the first inclination to their diliberate plan to make this a very unpleasant experience for us. Then with her flagrant attitude and snide remarks it was made clear that she had no intention in being professional what soever. I told her that I could very easily do business with another zales store. Which in turn her response was, go right ahead, once you recieve a better price you are more than welcome to come back and get a price match here. Wow!! I asked to talk to the manager and the manager said, there is no magic button she can push to fix the problem. So I made it abundantly clear that I would be very happy to place a well worded review on her behalf for her lack in taste and judgment. Giving her ample opportunity to change her attitude. Her response was that I had already done so previously. Which was a huge lie. Ive never once placed any review or complaint at this store until now.. The audacity of this Manager and I use that word loosely was shameful at best.. So here is my review.. I hope you get retrained in a manner where you value your position and realize that in todays age we have the means of protecting the consumers from ill mannered and pompous people like this. I hope that corporate does follow up with you on this matter.. And FYI guys I was able to get a way better deal over the phone on these items and delivered straight to my home. With a guaranteed delivery before Christmas..Thanks Zales I will continue to do business with you just not with this store.. And thank you so much Heather for taking my order over the phone and pushing the magic button to fix this problem. 😊
A Very dishonest employee told me that the regular price (that was on tag) was the sale price. I have Always have bought jewelry here but never have weve been treated so awful. Was also told if I ordered anything online everything would come in after Christmas which stressed me out because she wanted to have a ring they didnt have in store, mailed from another store which would of taken 2 days to come in so I went ahead and asked her to do that. She Wanted me to buy the insurance because the string of pearls would need to be restrung, which made me not want to buy the pearls because it sounded very poor quality.After buying the jewelry, I went home and called Zales customer service to check prices. They told me they didnt know why She would tell me that, the price wasnt correct and was indeed the full price that she gave me. Well I went ahead and ordered everything through zales customer service and got a 30% discount off everything through them and saved so much money and I recieved everything 2 days after I ordered! no extra charge for shipping. I then went back to zales the same day to return all that I bought. This sales person made san angelo Zales look bad.
I went in the other day and they couldnt be bothered to help me. Will not patronize this location again.
My hubby gets all my jewelry here because of the excellent service he receives....which makes me happy...
