Poor customer service, buyer beware. I found out the San Angelo, TX store does not carry metal line posts because they do not support chain link fencing, only T-posts. Really? Is this Texas, or New York City? The employee practically berated me when I asked about metal line posts! This store does not care about Texans being their customers. Better to go to Ace Hardware.

Conveniently located near the loop.Plenty of parking. I could not believe the selection and quality of their pet food and feed. The store itself is not exactly easy to navigate; however, if you like cool stuff walking the whole store to find the one thing you need isnt so bad.

This is my favorite store. Not just my favorite Tractor Supply but my favorite place to go to for odds and ends for my property. Hugh selection of dog food and helpful staff to assist you in finding exactly what you need. I know several of the staff by name and they always greet me and my boys with a cheerful attitude. The store is tidy, organized and pet friendly. Life would be harder without this store.

This store is a complete wreck. I live in Ballinger and I was in town for a bit so I stopped by to grab some merchandise and I asked a employee named Allyson who assistance and she seemed unaware of her surroundings. She was very snappy and not joyful which should be important for the situation of this year. I will not be visiting this store again because of this and I did not end up purchasing anything because what she showed me was not what I needed and she left as soon as she directed me. New and better employees are needed.

I went in and purchased tires. The people there were super helpful. Erick even loaded my tires and tied them down for me. 100% top notch!!!

I really like this store. It is like they hire country folk to work there, and everyone is always so courteous and helpful. They are always willing to help you get things to the car if you need help. Shopping there has always been a positive experience.

Nice store. Its clean well organized. And stocked with pretty much anything you could need as far as farm and ranch needs are concerned. I went there just as a curiosity visit. So I really didnt do any shopping.

I go to Tractor Supply at least 1x every 2 weeks or more. I frequent San Angelo the most, so I stop at the San Angelo location often. I like the service at the San Angelo location, and the employees are very helpful. They go above and beyond to research items for you, even if its not at that store. They are knowledgeable about what they carry and what they dont have in stock. My complaint is that it is one of the more crowded locations, along with the Big Spring store, and stock sells out fast. The lines are often long, so sometimes Ill go to other locations I know are less crowded, as Im centrally located to other cities. Need another Tractor Supply in or near San Angelo, as San Angelo has grown, and is still growing quickly.

I love this store! No one ignores you if they walk by. They always asks if you are looking for something or if I need help lifting anything. Cheap prices, great employees, and lots of stuff to choose from!

Ive been a regular customer, the sales people are knowledgeable and respectable. The prices are compatible with other companies. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for animal supplies, farm supplies or ranch supplies or equipment.

There seems to have been a change for the better. In the past some shelves were empty and no help around. Last three or four times there shelves were all stock and help was asking if you need help finding something everytime you turned around it seemed. Much better now!

Lots to choose from in clothing! We buy a lot of our dog supplies and farm supplies here. They have a unique selection of yard deco also.

Found $5 flannel shirts and $5 pants exactly like the Duluth ones I just paid over $50 a piece for while going to look for baby goat medicine. Their prices always beat competition, even Sams club for dog food. Love this store...

We went in, gathered our items to purchase and went to the cashier to checkout. She was on the phone with a customer who called in with a question about something and walked off talking on the phone, leave about 5 groups of people standing in line waiting to make their purchases. While we had been shopping, there were at least 3 other employees standing around talking to each other. Why she didnt call one of them to deal with the phone call is beyond me. We put our items down and walked out after standing there waiting for her return for ten minutes with nobody standing up at the front door at all. Im not sure how many stayed, but I know others left behind us as well.

Good tractor supply. But it run down some. They could do better with thebup keep of the store. Also, some better customers service of the employees.

There is always a wait at the registers. The online pick up is a little unorganized and needs work. I go hete for dog food and love the variety. Also like that I can get my dogs shots here.

This day skinny guy with brown hair brown eyes working in the customer service department told me that if it wasnt out on the floor they didnt have it in stock. I needed 10 5 gallon buckets of 303 hydraulic oil for the tractors. So when I got back to the farm and told my boss there was none in stock he was mad and so he called the store and this same guy said oh yeah we have over 200 in stock!? Why did he tell me they didnt have any? Among other things I believe that this guy is lazy and a liar!
