Good, honest service. We opted not to go into indebtedness for two sets of hearing aids right now. The problem with hearing aids currently is not with distributors, but with manufacture who have jacked up prices to a. Con mans level. When Medicare expands to include hearing in the BUILD BACK AMERICA legislation, Medicare will clamp down hard on this price gouging and bring the costs down to a reasonable level. Then folks like us can seriously look at getting them.

The greatest place to go if youre having hearing problems they will go out of their way to help you out with I first went to Livingston hearing aids and they were real rude and only wants and wanted to push off the most costly hearing aids that they. Visited with Gary & his staff today to discuss any needed upgrades to the hearing aids he provided four years ago. He thoroughly explained that the aids I had were already surpassed in terms of technology and were delivering all they could, but my hearing continued to degrade. He took time to outline various choices that meet my hearing needs. He had his staff install one level of hearing aid, and after I was impressed suitably to agree to the purchase, they then asked if i wanted to go up one level. I agreed to try it, but with only one aid installed, I could hear a conversation two doors away! I cant remember the last time I had experienced that. So I went with the upgrade (the cost increase was to me marginal), and I am grateful that they made the offer to try it out. In past years I have been to all the local hearing aid providers, but none had ever been up to Garys level of service. His staff is also experienced and seamlessly share his outlook on customer service.

I have known Gary for several years from business networking groups and have nothing but admiration for how they take care of their clients. They will take their time with you to give you the best level of care for your hearing needs.
