The office receptionist was polite and friendly. The doctor did hearing test and explained the results very thoroughly. He also showed the best hearing aids for me and that my insurance will cover the cost.

Called early this morning and was told to come in when I could and we’ll fit you in. Arrived just before 12:00 and they had my hearing aids fixed shortly after that. I was done and on my way by 12:30The staff works hard to accommodate all their customers. They back their products and provide top notch service. I definitely recommend them

I cant believe how much better I can hear since I got my hearing aids! It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Kathy and Dr. Kirbow. They worked very well getting me in quickly. Dr. Kirbow explained everything and answered any questions I had. I was very surprised how well hearing aids work. I love them and wear them all the time.

New Sound has great service.

From the day that I got my new hearing aids, Lynn has been there to tweak them for better sound until he got them to just where I wanted them to be. The hearing test that he gave me was very comprehensive. He even tested me when I was wearing the hearing aids, something that NO audiologist had ever done. By the way Lynn, dont forget to Email me those test results so that I can give them to the VA for inclusion with my military medical records. Thanks for being there.

They have provided the best service and have adjusted my hearing aides to where I can hear better than I have in many yrs . After 25+ yrs of wearing hearing aides and not being able to understand and hear people now I dont have to have the TV volume maxed out and I can now talk with others, thanks Lynn

My boy friend went in to see what was the matter with hearing aids he purchased 3 years ago. The issues were minor and did get fixed, but not after a 20 minute argument at the front desk about him owning almost $5K more on same hearing aids. (This was the 1st time hed ever gone in to complain and just wanted them fixed so he could hear again.)The gist - they quoted him a price of about $4K total originally for the hearing aids and charged his insurance company nearly $10K. He called them on it, but no one ever took it off the books once settled between BCBS and their office.Beware the bait and switch! Its why affordable insurance is no longer affordable anymore. My boyfriend will be going elsewhere from now on. One star is too much in this case, and Im thankful for social media.
